In addition to her current role, Mary Jane has spent a career in the industry as a trainer and judge. With Paul, they talk through a few highlights of the modernization of the AHA office in her time working with them. They also discuss judges seminars and the school and how that experience changed how they thought about showing their own horses. They then move to the important updates around the enhanced enforcement for shoeing regulations at the US National Show in 2023. Mary Jane talks through the inception, execution, and enforcement of the new plan in partnership with USEF.
