The week I'm very honored to welcome Jeryn Alise Turner to the podcast. Jeryn Alise Turner is an Amazon Best Selling author, certified yoga instructor, mindfulness mentor  and Customer Communication Strategist for a major financial institution. She is a proud graduate of Spelman College, BA in Economics, Magna Cum Laude and obtained her MBA in Marketing from Clark Atlanta University, Summa Cum Laude.  She is an active mentor and volunteer with Spelman College and The Girl Scouts.

Ms. Turner is the author of several books, A Dream Come True, The Biggest Star,  What Do You See? and the What Do You See Companion Journal. All of her books are meant to support healthy conversations about complex topics.

Jeryn’s passion is connecting with others and uplifting their spirits through encouragement, empowerment and enlightenment. Yoga, affirmative words, wellness seminars and midfulness retreats are the tools she uses to pour goodness into others. She is grateful that others have been able to connect with her through books and social media messages. She teaches and promotes restorative yoga because of its focus on mindfulness and relaxation-- two things she credits for creating structure in her life.
