My MDMA trip report from my first experience with MDMA therapy. I have shared my healing journey publicly over the years. It dawned on me one day, something greater within me chose to have a public life and share my healing journey along the way, and I felt in authentic just posting my trip reports online.
So I decided to read them out loud.

I did MDMA therapy. TWICE. It sort of feels like a confession, and I suppose it is, but it has been the most transformative thing I have ever done in my life. I decided to try MDMA for PTSD and s*xual assault trauma. It helped me so much that it would feel inauthentic if I didn't share my experiences.
In this episode, I am talking as if we were talking over coffee, if you want to know what actually went on during my sessions please visit michaelapaluck.com/mdmatherapy.
I hope you find this helpful and enjoy the show!
