We all have heard on how important having a strategy is in business. As one saying goes, "Hope is not an effective strategy." Even more important when one is neurodiverse (Autism, Dyslexia, ADD, etc). So how do we begin to figure out what works best for us that moves the needle forward? That is what will be discussed with my next guest, Dr. Robert Garcia. Dr. Robert Garcia is a visibility expert in sunny San Diego, California. He failed out of high school and two colleges due to rampant ADD and probable mild autism. He joined the Air Force and finished his Doctorate in Education after identifying his own unique learning style. Today, he is the owner of SHIFT Magazine and an eight-time author.
