In 1831 Ralph Waldo Emerson wrote “It is a luxury to be understood,” and it is still a luxury in the modern day. Perhaps even more so, given the number of modes of communication and fractured attention.

Communication is at the very core of your leadership. Without it, you have nothing. Which is why working on your communication skills is so important.
