In this week's episode, I kind of reflect on what I feel is a fundamental flaw in how many people approach personal development and self-improvement.
Typically we enter these areas because we want to achieve more, become more productive, procrastinate less, and become high-performers.
This inevitably leads us down a path where we try to improve various areas of our lives.
But do those areas even need improvement? If something isn't broken do we need to fix it or make it better?
Like anything in life, our choices have consequences and our actions have trade-offs.
