From 'Glitter' to 'Soul'

Join me this week as I talk with 'truth teller' Jessie Elliot. Jessie's background includes being a Business Brand Strategist and now Mental Health Advocate. All the way from 'Glitter to Soul' will be the title of this weeks episode. Why? because Jessie went from living a glittery life of social balls and being in the spotlight, to now to living a more soulful, intentional life. Her childhood trauma started at a young age when she was adopted from Korea at age 12. There were many obstacles that she will vulnerably share. She wanted to give up many times. Until one day she looked in the mirror and knew she was a WARRIOR. Despite living in the streets and eating from the garbage can at the army barracks in Korea, she knew there was more for her in this life. Skip ahead. Jessie was willing to give up life as she knew it, and learn to create a new one with an autonomy. This is a woman of courage and fearlessness and determination. AND she's not done! Jessie returned to school in 2021 for psychology to get her degree in Behavioral Health which is close to her heart for good reason. Today Jessie has decided to live a more purposeful life in the world of Behavioral/Mental Health, ketamine therapy in particular with Mind Reset Wellness.
