that I get in my car one day andmy car decides that it's real
and it takes off driving, likehere in Phoenix we have those
Waymo cars driving around thatdon't have a driver and it's
like that, like it's taking youwhere it wants to go.
I mean, in this case, of course, you're telling the Waymo where

to go, but go with the analogyhere.
Imagine that it decided thatit's the intelligent being and
it's just completely ignores youas the operating intelligence
of this vehicle.
And that's really what our egodoes for the body.
And so we're going to talkabout why this matters for our
own process of spiritualawakening.

And let's dive into the science,because the science here is
pretty wild.
The first one is the zero pointfield discovery, which is your
soul's cosmic address.

and it's where your soul isresiding, when and even though

someone and they call you.

We've all had these experiences,whether someone picks up the
phone and calls you or they textyou, and in fact I just had
this experience this morning.
Yesterday, someone popped intomy mind while I was meditating,

so I included her in mymeditation, sent up some love
and some prayers for what she'sgot going on and working on in
her life.
And then this morning shetexted me and said hey, I just
wanted to let you know that I'mthinking about you.
Well, of course she was,because I was thinking about her
yesterday and quantumlyentangled her in my thoughts and
we've all had those experiences.

Your electromagnetic field isliterally connected to everyone
you've ever loved, worked withor shared energy with.
The more coherent your fieldbecomes, the stronger these
quantum connections get.
This is why soul families canfeel each other across
continents and why prayeractually works, because we are

all entangled in the quantumfield and when we are in these
higher aspects of consciousness,when we're not in the body and
this is talking aboutentanglement, traveling faster
than the speed of light thatthey're instantly affecting each
other across the speed of light.
It's because Weston told me Iwas downloaded in a channeled

session, that thought that isfaster than the speed of light.
And we're talking about thought.
That's not thinking, thoughtwhere I'm thinking in my brain,
thought.
I'm talking about how we havedownloads, telepathy.
Have you ever had thoseexperiences of having a download
where just information lands onyou all at once and you don't
know how you know it and it'sjust like this.

It's almost like having a bookdrop into your mind and all of a
sudden, you know something thatyou didn't know a second ago.
And it's more than just thewords, it's a full transmission
and that's what we're talkingabout here.
With quantum entanglement, we'reall connected.
We're traveling at faster thanthe speed of light because we're
traveling at the speed ofthought.
The second you think aboutsomeone in this quantum field is

you're entangled with them.
They feel you too.
It's absolutely amazing.
So, of course, this works withsouls and this works with us
when we are working on ourchanneling and we're working on
wanting to be in contact withour loved ones who have crossed
over that, we're the ones whoneed to come into coherence.
Weston told me that immediatelycome with a calm mind and a
coherent field, and that isexactly what we need to do to go

into these sessions, to raiseour frequency, into the
frequency where our thoughts arenot static, where our thoughts
are not being interrupted byother thoughts.
Number three is the observereffect.
Your consciousness literallycreates reality, and so many
people use this one as anexample, but I'm going to share
it anyway in case you haven'theard it.

Quantum physicists discoveredthat particles exist in multiple
states simultaneously.
Until someone observes them,the act of conscious observation
literally collapses infinitepossibilities into one reality.
This is absolutely huge for ourmanifestation work.

We are always, always, alwaysmanifesting.
We are never not manifestingbecause we are constantly
creating and your consciousnessisn't just witnessing reality,
it is actively selecting whichpossibility becomes real from
the infinite quantum field.
When you do coherence work andalign with the creator's love

frequency, you are literallytuning your consciousness to
observe and collapse the highestpossibilities into your reality

You're not attracting what youwant, you are consciously
selecting it from infiniteoptions.
You are consciously selectingit from infinite options and,
again, because it happens at thespeed of thought.

This is the thought, that isthe energy of your beingness,
this is your deep-seatedenergetic belief systems, which
is why it's so important for usto do the work to heal our own
biofield, to free ourselves fromour traumas and to bring
ourselves into coherence, sothat we can do these things and

create intentionally instead ofunconsciously and being obsessed
and thinking about all the time.
What you don't want creates it.
Being obsessed all the time andthinking about what you fear
creates it, because that's whatwe're giving our energy to.
Number four is quantum fieldcoherence, and this is why group

healing works.
Scientists have found that whenquantum particles achieve
coherence, they start actinglike one unified field system
instead of separate parts.
The same thing happens withhuman electromagnetic fields.
When you get a group of peopleinto heart coherence doing
healing work, their individualbiofields actually merge into

one super coherent field.
This is why group meditations,sound healing circles, singing
circles, prayer groups createsuch powerful shifts, because
you're not just individualssending good vibes anymore.
You are literally creating aunified quantum field that can
influence reality at a distance.

being around coherent peopleactually makes you feel better.
And I want to say too aboutthis that the reverse is also
true, because I've seen thesegroup experiences where it's
like these massive groups ofreleasing their trauma and this
is actually trauma bonding.

This is not integration, it'sthis exact thing that the field
that you are in becomescontagious and everybody starts
experiencing these mass hysteriaexperiences.
It's not healthy, so just becareful out.
There is my only warning aboutthat.
Number five quantum vacuumfluctuations the universe is

constantly creating.
Even in the deepest vacuums ofspace, particles are constantly
popping in and out of existence.
The universe is literallycreating and uncreating reality
trillions of times per second.
This means that creation isn'tsomething that happened once.

It's happening right now,through you, every moment.
Infinite possibilities arebubbling up through the quantum
field, and your electromagneticsoul field is selecting which
ones become real and manifestedthrough you.
Remember, you are a spiritualinterface for your soul.

You're here to create.

in this constant cosmiccreation process.
We are not separate from source.
We are an aspect of source,experiencing and creating itself

Particles can mysteriouslytunnel through energy barriers
that should be impossible tocross.
They literally disappear on oneside and reappear on the other
side without traveling throughthe space between them.

When your electromagnetic fieldachieves high enough coherence,

Why trauma fragments your field.
When quantum systems interactwith chaotic environments, they

Emotional shock, limitingbeliefs and even ancestral
patterns create decoherence inthe body field, fragmenting your

Every time you clear trauma,you're literally restoring

and this is why so many of usalso feel like we have come here
to carry and releasegenerational and ancestral

I can't tell you how manypeople I've talked to who feel

like that, like they've beenthrough so much and everything
that they've been through hasbeen not just for them but for
their lineage.
And maybe you're experiencingthat too.
And that's so beautiful that weare living in a time where, yes
, it hurts, yes, it's painful ohmy gosh to take all of that on
but, wow, the freedom when it iscleared.
Number nine quantum resonance.

Why certain people feel likehome.
Quantum systems naturallysynchronize when they share
compatible frequencies, creatingstable resonance patterns.
This explains our soul, familyconnections, twin flames, and
why some people immediately feelfamiliar.
Your electromagnetic soulsignatures can recognize each

other across the quantum fieldand naturally sync up.
When you meet someone whosefrequency harmonizes with yours,
your biofields literallyentrain each other, creating
that coming home feeling.
You are actually not imaginingthis connection.
Your quantum fields areresonating and I want to say a

note on that too, that there's adifference between being
love-bombed by a narcissist andtrauma bonding versus actually
feeling like someone is home.
And how do you know thedifference versus actually
feeling like someone is home?
And how do you know thedifference?
You'll know it because of theway it feels inside of you and
it will be mutual.
There'll be that do I know youhave.
We met before.

It'll feel really easy in yourrelationship Versus love bombers
are over the top with how greatyou are, how wonderful they
think you are, and you know theroutine with love bombers.
And if you don't, you can watchlots of videos on YouTube about
spotting a love bomber,spotting a narcissist, versus
quantum entanglement like this,the quantum systems coming into
(17:46):
resonance.
You feel just in resonance withone another.
There's no red flags.
You're both your individualpeople but you feel like you
just know each other, your soul,family.
And then there's number 10, themany worlds theory, which says
all your potential lives areexisting simultaneously.
Some quantum physicists believethat every possible outcome of
(18:06):
every quantum event creates aparallel universe, meaning there
are infinite versions ofreality existing simultaneously.
From a soul perspective, thismeans that all your potential
lives, all of your possiblechoices, all of your alternate
timelines exist right now in thequantum field.
When you do past life work orfuture self-channeling, you

might be accessing theseparallel quantum realities.
Your current life is just onefrequency station your
consciousness is tuned to, butyou have access to the whole
cosmic radio dial of infinitepossible selves.
So let's take out the idea thatit's a real world, like there's
these duplicate worldsduplicating all over the place,

and there would be gazillions ofthem if they're for you and for
me, with all the choices andpossibilities.
But instead of thinking it asliteral, physical choices, think
of it as energetic pathwaysthat have been carved in the
field, as possibility, and thatour future self also knows.

Our soul knows, from the pointof view of our future self and
all these quantum possibilities,what our highest possible
timeline is, which is why we canask for guidance and help.
And I don't know about you, butI've had this experience.
I'm in this experience oflooking back, like standing
where I'm at now and lookingback at my life.
I almost feel like I'm like apawn in a game of life, because

there are so many things thathave happened in present time
that tie back to something thatI did in the past, including a
poem that I wrote for Westonthat I read at his celebration
of life, that I had written in1997 about losing a loved one
too early in life and that wasbefore I even had children, and
(20:00):
it was one of only two poemsthat were untitled in this whole
poetry book that I had written.
And then the other one that wasuntitled is a poem that's
perfect for my oldest child, sobizarre.
And I remember a friend oncewho told me that in a shamanic
mushroom journey that she did,she saw how her future self is
(20:21):
the voice that she experiencesin the present moment that will
drop in to give her warnings.
And I've had this voice drop insometimes I'm like, huh, I
wonder if that's my future selfgiving me some wise counsel.
In the moment there's just somany mysteries that we don't
understand.
And the more that quantumscience tries to explain the
(20:41):
universe, the more mysterious itgets.
And the ultimate truth is thatyou, me, none of us, are having
human experiences.
We're not just humans Born ofthe earth, die, fall back into
the earth, ashes to ashes, dustto dust.
We are not a human having humanexperiences, because we are
(21:05):
having spiritual experiences andwe are a conscious quantum
field temporarily focusedthrough a biological antenna,
with full access to infiniteintelligence, healing and
creative power.
Think of your body as a quantuminterface device in this 3D
realm.
And it's such a miraculous,beautiful, wonderful thing to be

in a body, because we feelthings physically and it's very
slow.
It's very slow.
We are living in a very sloweddown space of light which
manifests all of these thingsaround us that look physical but
in reality none of them are.
The quantum field isn'tmysterious anymore.
We can really think of it asour cosmic playground.

And when we understand howthese laws work or what they
even are I don't think we canunderstand how they work so much
as what the studies have beendone and what they're showing,
what they're demonstrating.
But we can really think of itas like this is an interface and
we can ask for direction fromour higher self, from our soul,
from our nafsha, from thisaspect of ourself that is living

and residing in the quantumfield.
But know that when we startasking for help, we start asking
to be shown what it is we needto clear.
It shows up first as obstacles.
I will always tell my clientsthis like be careful when you
come to work with me, becauseyour life is going to blow up,
because everything that you'redoing, that's in the way, is

going to become very consciousfor you to see.
The problems are not theproblems.
The solutions are always in theproblem itself.
And, as one of my masterfulspiritual teachers said, the
issue is not the issue.
How you relate to the issue isthe issue, and I wrote that down
and I sat with it for yearsbefore I really understood what

he meant.
The creator's love is ultimatelove that creates everything,
the all that is this lovefrequency organized the quantum
field as an extension and anexpression of itself.
And when we expand into love,we get access to infinite
possibilities.

But here's what this means forspiritual life when you think of
someone and they call you.
That's not a coincidence, it'squantum entanglement.
We've all had these experiences,whether someone picks up the
phone and calls you or they textyou, and in fact I just had
this experience this morning.
Yesterday, someone popped intomy mind while I was meditating,
(06:11):
so I included her in mymeditation, sent up some love
and some prayers for what she'sgot going on and working on in
her life.
And then this morning shetexted me and said hey, I just
wanted to let you know that I'mthinking about you.
Well, of course she was,because I was thinking about her
yesterday and quantumlyentangled her in my thoughts and
we've all had those experiences.
(06:32):
Your electromagnetic field isliterally connected to everyone
you've ever loved, worked withor shared energy with.
The more coherent your fieldbecomes, the stronger these
quantum connections get.
This is why soul families canfeel each other across
continents and why prayeractually works, because we are
(06:54):
all entangled in the quantumfield and when we are in these
higher aspects of consciousness,when we're not in the body and
this is talking aboutentanglement, traveling faster
than the speed of light thatthey're instantly affecting each
other across the speed of light.
It's because Weston told me Iwas downloaded in a channeled
(07:15):
session, that thought that isfaster than the speed of light.
And we're talking about thought.
That's not thinking, thoughtwhere I'm thinking in my brain,
thought.
I'm talking about how we havedownloads, telepathy.
Have you ever had thoseexperiences of having a download
where just information lands onyou all at once and you don't
know how you know it and it'sjust like this.
(07:35):
It's almost like having a bookdrop into your mind and all of a
sudden, you know something thatyou didn't know a second ago.
And it's more than just thewords, it's a full transmission
and that's what we're talkingabout here.
With quantum entanglement, we'reall connected.
We're traveling at faster thanthe speed of light because we're
traveling at the speed ofthought.
The second you think aboutsomeone in this quantum field is
(07:59):
you're entangled with them.
They feel you too.
It's absolutely amazing.
So, of course, this works withsouls and this works with us
when we are working on ourchanneling and we're working on
wanting to be in contact withour loved ones who have crossed
over that, we're the ones whoneed to come into coherence.
Weston told me that immediatelycome with a calm mind and a
coherent field, and that isexactly what we need to do to go
(08:23):
into these sessions, to raiseour frequency, into the
frequency where our thoughts arenot static, where our thoughts
are not being interrupted byother thoughts.
Number three is the observereffect.
Your consciousness literallycreates reality, and so many
people use this one as anexample, but I'm going to share
it anyway in case you haven'theard it.
(08:44):
Quantum physicists discoveredthat particles exist in multiple
states simultaneously.
Until someone observes them,the act of conscious observation
literally collapses infinitepossibilities into one reality.
This is absolutely huge for ourmanifestation work.
(09:04):
We are always, always, alwaysmanifesting.
We are never not manifestingbecause we are constantly
creating and your consciousnessisn't just witnessing reality,
it is actively selecting whichpossibility becomes real from
the infinite quantum field.
When you do coherence work andalign with the creator's love
(09:27):
frequency, you are literallytuning your consciousness to
observe and collapse the highestpossibilities into your reality
.
You're not attracting what youwant, you are consciously
selecting it from infiniteoptions.
You are consciously selectingit from infinite options and,
again, because it happens at thespeed of thought.
(09:47):
This is the thought, that isthe energy of your beingness,
this is your deep-seatedenergetic belief systems, which
is why it's so important for usto do the work to heal our own
biofield, to free ourselves fromour traumas and to bring
ourselves into coherence, sothat we can do these things and
(10:08):
create intentionally instead ofunconsciously and being obsessed
and thinking about all the time.
What you don't want creates it.
Being obsessed all the time andthinking about what you fear
creates it, because that's whatwe're giving our energy to.
Number four is quantum fieldcoherence, and this is why group
(10:29):
healing works.
Scientists have found that whenquantum particles achieve
coherence, they start actinglike one unified field system
instead of separate parts.
The same thing happens withhuman electromagnetic fields.
When you get a group of peopleinto heart coherence doing
healing work, their individualbiofields actually merge into
(10:52):
one super coherent field.
This is why group meditations,sound healing circles, singing
circles, prayer groups createsuch powerful shifts, because
you're not just individualssending good vibes anymore.
You are literally creating aunified quantum field that can
influence reality at a distance.
(11:12):
This explains remote healings,group prayer effects and why
being around coherent peopleactually makes you feel better.
And I want to say too aboutthis that the reverse is also
true, because I've seen thesegroup experiences where it's
like these massive groups ofreleasing their trauma and this
is actually trauma bonding.
(11:33):
This is not integration, it'sthis exact thing that the field
that you are in becomescontagious and everybody starts
experiencing these mass hysteriaexperiences.
It's not healthy, so just becareful out.
There is my only warning aboutthat.
Number five quantum vacuumfluctuations the universe is
(11:57):
constantly creating.
Even in the deepest vacuums ofspace, particles are constantly
popping in and out of existence.
The universe is literallycreating and uncreating reality
trillions of times per second.
This means that creation isn'tsomething that happened once.
(12:18):
It's happening right now,through you, every moment.
Infinite possibilities arebubbling up through the quantum
field, and your electromagneticsoul field is selecting which
ones become real and manifestedthrough you.
Remember, you are a spiritualinterface for your soul.
(12:38):
You're here to create.
When Weston told me that we arepackets of quanta the soul is
packets of quanta he meant thatwe are consciously participating
in this constant cosmiccreation process.
We are not separate from source.
We are an aspect of source,experiencing and creating itself
(12:59):
moment by moment, by moment.
Number six is quantum tunnelinghow miracles happen.
Particles can mysteriouslytunnel through energy barriers
that should be impossible tocross.
They literally disappear on oneside and reappear on the other
side without traveling throughthe space between them.
This is how spontaneous healingworks.
(13:21):
When your electromagnetic fieldachieves high enough coherence,
healing information can quantumtunnel directly into your cells
, bypassing normal biologicallimitations.
This explains why people canheal instantly during profound
spiritual experiences becausethey're accessing quantum
tunneling.
Through field coherence, yourconsciousness can literally
(13:44):
transport healing frequenciesdirectly into your DNA and have
spontaneous, miraculous healing.
Doctors can never explain whenit happens, but it happens.
Seven is the holographicprinciple.
You contain the whole universe.
Scientists discovered that allthe information in a

three-dimensional space can beencoded on its two-dimensional
surface like a hologram, whereevery small piece contains the
whole image.
Your electromagnetic soul fieldworks the exact same way.
Every cell in your bodycontains the information pattern
of your entire soul, and yourentire soul contains access to

the universal field.
This is why you can do cellularhealing, why past life memories
surface during body work andwhy touching one part of your
energy field can heal somethingcompletely different.
You're not just connected tothe universe.
You literally are a holographicpiece of the universe
experiencing itself, and this isthe hermetic principle of as
(14:50):
above so below.
It's all a reflection ofeverything else.
Number eight quantum decoherence.
Why trauma fragments your field.
When quantum systems interactwith chaotic environments, they
lose their coherence and startacting randomly instead of of in
harmony.
The same thing happens withyour electromagnetic soul field
(15:12):
during trauma.
Emotional shock, limitingbeliefs and even ancestral
patterns create decoherence inthe body field, fragmenting your
connection in the quantum fieldof possibilities.
But there's a beautiful freedomand there's something so
beautiful here, and that's justlike quantum systems can be
restored to coherence, so canyour soul field be restored
(15:35):
through healing work.
Every time you clear trauma,you're literally restoring
quantum coherence to yourelectromagnetic consciousness,
and this is why so many of usalso feel like we have come here
to carry and releasegenerational and ancestral
trauma.
I can't tell you how manypeople I've talked to who feel
(15:57):
like that, like they've beenthrough so much and everything
that they've been through hasbeen not just for them but for
their lineage.
And maybe you're experiencingthat too.
And that's so beautiful that weare living in a time where, yes
, it hurts, yes, it's painful ohmy gosh to take all of that on
but, wow, the freedom when it iscleared.
Number nine quantum resonance.
(16:19):
Why certain people feel likehome.
Quantum systems naturallysynchronize when they share
compatible frequencies, creatingstable resonance patterns.
This explains our soul, familyconnections, twin flames, and
why some people immediately feelfamiliar.
Your electromagnetic soulsignatures can recognize each
(16:40):
other across the quantum fieldand naturally sync up.
When you meet someone whosefrequency harmonizes with yours,
your biofields literallyentrain each other, creating
that coming home feeling.
You are actually not imaginingthis connection.
Your quantum fields areresonating and I want to say a
(17:01):
note on that too, that there's adifference between being
love-bombed by a narcissist andtrauma bonding versus actually
feeling like someone is home.
And how do you know thedifference versus actually
feeling like someone is home?
And how do you know thedifference?
You'll know it because of theway it feels inside of you and
it will be mutual.
There'll be that do I know youhave.
We met before.

It'll feel really easy in yourrelationship Versus love bombers
are over the top with how greatyou are, how wonderful they
think you are, and you know theroutine with love bombers.
And if you don't, you can watchlots of videos on YouTube about
spotting a love bomber,spotting a narcissist, versus
quantum entanglement like this,the quantum systems coming into
(17:46):
resonance.
You feel just in resonance withone another.
There's no red flags.
You're both your individualpeople but you feel like you
just know each other, your soul,family.
And then there's number 10, themany worlds theory, which says
all your potential lives areexisting simultaneously.
Some quantum physicists believethat every possible outcome of
(18:06):
every quantum event creates aparallel universe, meaning there
are infinite versions ofreality existing simultaneously.
From a soul perspective, thismeans that all your potential
lives, all of your possiblechoices, all of your alternate
timelines exist right now in thequantum field.
When you do past life work orfuture self-channeling, you
(18:30):
might be accessing theseparallel quantum realities.
Your current life is just onefrequency station your
consciousness is tuned to, butyou have access to the whole
cosmic radio dial of infinitepossible selves.
So let's take out the idea thatit's a real world, like there's
these duplicate worldsduplicating all over the place,
(18:50):
and there would be gazillions ofthem if they're for you and for
me, with all the choices andpossibilities.
But instead of thinking it asliteral, physical choices, think
of it as energetic pathwaysthat have been carved in the
field, as possibility, and thatour future self also knows.
(19:11):
Our soul knows, from the pointof view of our future self and
all these quantum possibilities,what our highest possible
timeline is, which is why we canask for guidance and help.
And I don't know about you, butI've had this experience.
I'm in this experience oflooking back, like standing
where I'm at now and lookingback at my life.
I almost feel like I'm like apawn in a game of life, because
(19:37):
there are so many things thathave happened in present time
that tie back to something thatI did in the past, including a
poem that I wrote for Westonthat I read at his celebration
of life, that I had written in1997 about losing a loved one
too early in life and that wasbefore I even had children, and
(20:00):
it was one of only two poemsthat were untitled in this whole
poetry book that I had written.
And then the other one that wasuntitled is a poem that's
perfect for my oldest child, sobizarre.
And I remember a friend oncewho told me that in a shamanic
mushroom journey that she did,she saw how her future self is
(20:21):
the voice that she experiencesin the present moment that will
drop in to give her warnings.
And I've had this voice drop insometimes I'm like, huh, I
wonder if that's my future selfgiving me some wise counsel.
In the moment there's just somany mysteries that we don't
understand.
And the more that quantumscience tries to explain the
(20:41):
universe, the more mysterious itgets.
And the ultimate truth is thatyou, me, none of us, are having
human experiences.
We're not just humans Born ofthe earth, die, fall back into
the earth, ashes to ashes, dustto dust.
We are not a human having humanexperiences, because we are
(21:05):
having spiritual experiences andwe are a conscious quantum
field temporarily focusedthrough a biological antenna,
with full access to infiniteintelligence, healing and
creative power.
Think of your body as a quantuminterface device in this 3D
realm.
And it's such a miraculous,beautiful, wonderful thing to be
(21:27):
in a body, because we feelthings physically and it's very
slow.
It's very slow.
We are living in a very sloweddown space of light which
manifests all of these thingsaround us that look physical but
in reality none of them are.
The quantum field isn'tmysterious anymore.
We can really think of it asour cosmic playground.
(21:49):
And when we understand howthese laws work or what they
even are I don't think we canunderstand how they work so much
as what the studies have beendone and what they're showing,
what they're demonstrating.
But we can really think of itas like this is an interface and
we can ask for direction fromour higher self, from our soul,
from our nafsha, from thisaspect of ourself that is living
(22:10):
and residing in the quantumfield.
But know that when we startasking for help, we start asking
to be shown what it is we needto clear.
It shows up first as obstacles.
I will always tell my clientsthis like be careful when you
come to work with me, becauseyour life is going to blow up,
because everything that you'redoing, that's in the way, is
(22:31):
going to become very consciousfor you to see.
The problems are not theproblems.
The solutions are always in theproblem itself.
And, as one of my masterfulspiritual teachers said, the
issue is not the issue.
How you relate to the issue isthe issue, and I wrote that down
and I sat with it for yearsbefore I really understood what
(22:52):
he meant.
The creator's love is ultimatelove that creates everything,
the all that is this lovefrequency organized the quantum
field as an extension and anexpression of itself.
And when we expand into love,we get access to infinite
possibilities.
And I'm going to do anotherepisode on how to do that,

Beautiful, beautiful, beautifulsouls.
You're not in the quantum field.
You are the quantum fieldhaving a human experience.
Start reorganizing your life inthe recognition of the power

Just sit with these ideas andsee how they land for you and

really seriously ask.
