I share the raw truth of what it's like to live through the fear, trauma, and resilience brought on by ICE raids in our communities and how we rise together in response.
This week, I come to you with a heavy heart and a strong voice. With ICE raids terrorizing cities like Los Angeles and communities being paralyzed by fear, this moment demands that we wake up, feel, act, and take care of each other. I reflect on what I’m seeing and feeling, and share tools for processing these intense emotions while offering a path forward rooted in action, healing, and community.
