T. Priester, the President of NOBLE Insurance Solutions in Atlanta, GA, is an industry professional with over 18 years of experience. A native of Brooklyn, NY, he grew up with limited professional options primarily only having rappers, athletes, and drug dealers, as role models of success. After high school, he spent four years in the US Marine Corps and after an injury was discharged and initially found his way into Security. After determining that wasn't the path for him, he discovered that sales careers were appealing due to his enjoyment of negotiating. Eventually, he found his way into an interview with a Final Expense company and the writing was on the wall. Transitioning eventually to Medicare, he obtained success in roles as an agent, Sales Manager and Trainer, Corporate Executive, and ultimately Agency Owner, in 2020 he co-founded the Society of Black Agents (SOBA) to create a place of support and collaboration for Black Insurance Agents. Today, Priester leads a full-service firm that operates in 10 states nationwide and supports agents in cultivating their careers nationwide...all because he got a license.
