Irlande Audenier is an Insurance Executive and Professional based in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Born in the Bahamas to Haitian parents, she immigrated to the US as a toddler in a large family making the difficult adjustment to a new life in a new country. Growing from a bullied young girl to an eventual prom queen, she learned how to bridge gaps between people and a source of positive influence as a teen. With early career aspirations in law, she found herself attracted to corporate America in her early twenties earning degrees in healthcare administration while working multiple jobs. Upon a recommendation of a friend from church, who found purpose and fulfillment working in the insurance industry, she was able to start a career in claims. This set her course to build a career in a variety of roles eventually becoming a Vice President with a large voluntary benefit carrier and a mentor to future industry leaders.
