For over a year, Kendra Licari’s 14-year-old daughter received threatening and harmful messages from a person she believed to be another teenager. She told her mom and together, they reported the harassment to the police. Cyberbullying at its worst, the hateful messages devastated Kendra’s daughter as she didn’t know the culprit behind the messages, nor could she make them stop. After months of investigating, police found that the sender was Kendra herself. The case inspired the new Lifetime movie, "Mommy Meanest.”
In today’s Headlines, Candice talks to family and marriage therapist Dr. Karyl McBride about Kendra’s possible motivations and the pathology of narcissistic family members.
