Allison is the founder of Green Collective Eatery in Denver, Colorado. Allison's story is one of discovery, going for it, and growth. After Allison was diagnosed with an auto-immune disorder, she began to awaken to the power of food as medicine.
Fast-forward to 2019, Allison was at a crossroads in her career, instead of staying in the corporate world, Allison decide it was time for a change and began moving in the direction of her vision for Green Collective Eatery.
In the Spring of 2021, Allison's vision became realty when Green Collective Eatery opened it's doors.
