Ephesians 4:3 Unity Endeavouring to keep the unity(henotēs) of the Spirit in the bond of peace.
Literal and diligently safeguarding the unity of the spirit in the bond which is peace,
Expanded and diligently and watchfully endeavoring to safeguard the unity of the spirit, staying spiritually unified, being bound together by the bond which is peace.

The way you become likeminded with someone is being likeminded on the Word (knowledge of the Son of God).
