Wahre Kapitulation bedeutet nicht nur, um Hilfe zu bitten, sondern sich Gottes Plan anzuvertrauen. Im Programm habe ich mir angewöhnt, Gott um Hilfe zu bitten. „Hilf mir, nüchtern zu werden! Hilf mir, mich von der Lüsternheit abzuwenden! Hilf mir, zu kapitulieren! Hilf mir! Hilf mir! Hilf mir!“ Während ich diesen Muskel stärke - was manchmal einen Akt völligen Vertrauens erfordert - verlagere ich auch meine Perspektive zu einer sanfteren Haltung.
