In this episode I discuss my week and the ups and downs of being in a PhD program. I start by discussing having coffee with Scot Storey and then catching up with James later in the week. I mention how I am now being mistaken for someone who speaks Farsi. I explain how Jesse helped teach me perseverance while in SERE school. I talk a bit about finding purpose after the military. I end the show with a shout out to an artist, Venus Wong in the DC area and a shout out to Gene Gene, my grandson. I end the show withe the farewell "ZOT!" "ZOT!" "ZOT!" and "ROLL TIDE!!!"
