We all love a clean home.
Sometimes we really don't want someone in our home,
cleaning the home because we're worried about things that could get broken and that's not fun.
But I'm sure that Viv from Maid Brigade is gonna make us feel a whole lot more comfortable about that.

I'm doing great.

Thank you for having me,
Jim.
Yeah,
it's great to have you here as always.
So when you send out a team to clean the home,
if something were to break in the home,
let's say it was a vase in,
in the house or,
or a painting got hit and fell off the wall and,
and the frame broke.
What happens?

(00:42):
What do you guys do?
So,
um,
what we do is we have the,
our teams are quick to respond when things happen like that,
they're quick to give us a call and send a picture and explain what happened.
So what we do in our end,
we appreciate,
you know,
them telling us and we,
we do ask if the client is home.
Usually we do um ask them if there is home,

(01:02):
let them know,
but our our,
in our end,
we're quick to either send a text or an email to let them know.
Hey,
an accident happened.
We're sorry,
you know,
that,
you know,
we apologize and is there any way we could do,
you know,
repair it or replace it?
You know,
we want to make it right for them.
And our customers usually say,
you know,
there's customers that say,
oh,
don't worry about it.
Thank you for letting me know.
That's the most important thing because I don't want to come home and something is broken and no one told me.

(01:26):
So they appreciate the communication part of it.
And then there's another question,
of course,
something might be,
you know,
sentimental or,
you know,
a little expensive,
you know,
they're quick,
you know,
they'll send us an invoice and we make sure to take care of it.
Of course.
And of course,
if there's something that's extremely valuable that has been broken,
you guys are insured for that as well.

(01:46):
So it will always be covered one way or the other either out of pocket by your office or through an insurance claim from your office.
But the the homeowner is going to always be whole.
Yes.
Yeah,
we're insure and bonded.
So we make sure we take care of it.
Something else,
you know,
something drastic else happens in a home.
We make,
we make sure we take care of it and we're pretty quick to respond and take care of it with the communication with the customer immediately and viv that's super important.

(02:13):
That's one of the biggest reasons why people don't want people in the home,
something that breaks or something that might disappear.
And those are understandable fears maid brigade has got it all together.
