we are committed to providing five star service each and every time.

if we don't ever meet your expectations,

let us know,
uh,
we always try to make it right.
First thing,
you know,

if we don't,
if we do,
we don't do a great job and sometimes it does happen,
we immediately want to send the team back because we wanna make it right for you.
And I think our clients like that,

we have that we answer right away,
we take care of it.
We want to make this right.
So I think our clients love that and it's important to have that can do attitude for a service provider to say,
hey,
look,
we just spent four hours in your house and if you don't like it tough.
Well,
that's,
that's not a good attitude.

The attitude should be.
Um,
yeah,
we worked really hard but,
you know,
we'll come back and we'll take a look at your concerns and we'll make sure that this is done to your satisfaction.
Mr or Mrs Smith.
And that's what people expect.
And every once in a while I know it's hard to please everybody.
So sometimes that's going to be difficult,
but more often people are going to love the fact that you've gone back out and you've worked on solving their problem,

I think,

I think also what we do are very important here as we're doing.
We're cleaning,
especially if you go the first time at your home.
Um,
we like to check in on the customers.
We would like to provide the progress of the team,
they're cleaning.

what time they're supposed to,
uh,
finish up,
you know.
And most importantly,
we always say we want to make sure if you have a chance to take a look,

we wanna make sure everything looks nice and everything is taken care of and if it's not,
you know,
let us know because we wanna make it right.

No,
it's,
it's just the way it's got to be,
um,
people's expectations today are extremely high.
Everything needs to be perfect.
Years ago.
Things didn't have to be as perfect.
Everything is like sharp today.

People's kitchens are beautiful.
When I was young it was a Formica countertop and everybody needs some stone imported from Italy.
And I mean,
things have just changed the way we live our lives and our expectations.
And so I think it's fantastic that you guys guarantee the work and you'll come back out and make sure that that homeowner is satisfied no matter what.
