how are you?
I'm doing great,
Jim.
Thank you for having me.
Yeah,
so great to have you here on the program.
I know that you guys don't necessarily send out just one person to clean a home.
You send out a team.

(00:21):
Why is it important for a team to show up to clean the home than just an individual?
Well,
I think here we believe in the concept of teamwork,
you know,
so we send out teams of two to go to a cleaner home,
especially with,
um,
what they do is they,
they,
you know,
divide the work up.
So,
you know,
they,
once they get there,
they divide like,

(00:42):
oh,
I'm doing like the wet part of the home and someone focuses on the dry which,
you know,
the dry is like the dusting,
vacuuming and what is,
you know,
kitchen and bath.
So I think it's easier for them to do that,
especially the size of a home,
you know,
having one person there.
It's a lot of work.
And also we also do a turtle team,
which is a terrible team of three.
a lot of customers do like that also because especially with,

you know,
now a lot of people working from home or they have,
you know,
little Children or chil or,
you know,
kids are home.
They like that.
We're in and out of a home.
So teams,
you know,
when we get,
we usually send like a scorecard and say how the cleaning went.
Uh,
customers always say your teams were here but I didn't even see them.
Oh,
they were fast or they did a great work and they did it so quickly and I could go back to my meeting like they appreciate that.

Yeah.
So with three,
it's a turbo charge.
It's,
it's,
it's that extra fuel,
which I would guess would increase the speed and efficiency by at least,
you know,
33 and a third or maybe even more.
Maybe that third person makes even a bigger difference on the team.
It does.
Yeah,
it does cut some time and it's also,

(01:48):
it's helpful,
I think we could able,
because that person is able to help the other team.
If there someone's like,
you know,
falling behind or needs extra help,
you know,
with that third team is always helpful and especially with sometimes the scheduling,
it works too because some people are a lot of customers like,
you know,
us arriving certain time.
So I think when we have a third person,
it helps a lot with the,
the day,

I know,
I love the whole teamwork concept.
So when Made Brigade comes out,
you're likely to see two or more team members cleaning your home.
