Let's delve a little deeper into the benefits of meditation and how creating space will benefit you both inside and out! Many of you may have noticed when you are overwhelmed, over busy, tense and stressed, the body feels all constricted, and your energy becomes rigid. This is the nature of what's called the fight or flight response. I'm sure you've heard of that before; the stress response.  The good news is that there is ample research supporting that we can work with the breath to balance our nervous system and from there think much more clearly and reasonably in your day-to-day living. In this second podcast in the Tips for Meditating series, I explain simple practices that are easy to do and will change your life! I also guide you through some of these too.
