Today I’m continuing our discussion on Trauma, by finishing our talk on the 5 different types of trauma. Today I’m talking about developmental and complex traumas, as well as Complex PTSD (the trauma you can carry when you have multiple types of trauma).
This episode is a heavy yet important one.
If you’re a woman who’s been abused a lot in your life, whether in childhood, domestic violent relationships, war or because of the vulnerabilities of your life - this episode is for you.
