After a brief stint in Manhattan working on Wall Street, Tim moved to Charlotte, North Carolina, where he worked his way up the corporate ladder to become an AVP of finance, a prestigious position in any organization.
But Tim wasn't satisfied with the 3% or 4% raise he received after his promotion. He wanted to make life-changing money and live the lifestyle he desired. That's when he turned to real estate investing.
