We were talking about how for mykids, specifically at seven and six
years old, out of school,too young for a job, are living
their best life, Like every daythey're playing with their friends. Every night
they want to stay at somebody's houseor have somebody stay over. And Judy

and we're going back and forth andthis year kids are older now, but
it wasn't that long ago we startedtalking about those fantastic like those best memories
of being a child. I lovedeverything about summer except the weather, because
you know, I'm not a summergirl, but I'm like the freedom and
I think so many memories. Youknow. I learned how to ride a

bike in the summer and I wasseven, which seems back then. Yeah,
but my best friend and I learned, and I remember my dad coming
outside and after he saw me writing, he went and he got us all
popsicles in ice school. Congratulations.It's a weird memory. I know.
I learned how to ride my bikein Topeka, Kansas. And it's funny
because I thought I learned to rideon this massive hill that was in our

front yard. And then I wentback years later to visit that house and
there was really no hill at all. It's Kansas, there is no hill.
But when I was a little kid, it was so scary, especially
because I'm sitting on this bike goingdown it to learn how to ride a

childhood memories, not our worst childhoodmemories. No, it was funny because

his fun You know, I usedto My parents used to have a Chevy
van way back in the middle seventies. You know, I lost my leg
in a lot more accident, somy dad got rid of his car and
got a van so that they couldtool me around in it until I got
better. But those old vans werelike shag wall to wall carpet. They

had like a bed in the backthat like the captain seats in the middle
that swiveled around, and then likea sink in there, like a little
kitchen. It was amazing. ButI always remember this always sticks with me
that all he ever talked about,because we did a lot of road trips,
was that he wanted to drill ahole in the floorboard and to run
a tube to it and a funnelso that he wouldn't have to stop to
use the rest. You know,that's actually kind of a brilliant idea.

then that sets down boundaries for laterin the day and we get close to
