(00:01):
Time to bury the tired narrative, tired narrative and uncover these stories not typically
heard, but stories that need tobe heard, right or wrong, lay
or death. This isn't your typicallaws show. This is Big Angry Law

(00:23):
with Charles Big Angry Adams on KPRZnine now Charles Adams. Well, good
evening, ladies and gentlemen, CharlesAdams Friday night, thank you for joining
me. Favorite story of the week. Congressman Adams Shiff, the one who

(00:48):
knowingly pushed the Steele dossier despite knowledgeof its falsity, the one who belabored
Russian collusion despite knowing it was ashame. Who was the front runner and
the favorite to be the new Senatorfrom the great state of California in the

(01:08):
very near future, replacing Diane Feinstein. Well, let's talk about mister Schiff.
Mister Schiff fully embraced the police reformof the last few years, which

(01:33):
was abandoned the enforcement of victim crimeunless it is something like murder. And
of course in California it was freepeople who have been in prison for a
fraction of their sentence for murder duringCOVID because that's what public safety mandated.
Oh fairness, I guess Adam Schiffwent to San Francisco on Thursday for a

(02:00):
fundraiser, but he had to attendit in more casual clothing than he wanted
because despite parking in a parking garage, he had his clothing stolen along with
his luggage. Same thing happened tomy child. What if you've been listening
to the show for a while acouple of years back, probably three years

(02:23):
ago, because before she started herresidency in the Bay Area, she had
driven into town with stuff in thebackseat of her car, and that wasn't
very bright on her part. Buteveryone in San Francisco knows that if you
leave anything that looks valuable in yourvehicle, you have a more than fifty
percent chance of your window being shatteredand everything being taken. And she discovered

(02:45):
when you try to report it tothe police, they will complain that you
parked in a no parking zone andfrom the police station and suggest that the
thief probably needed the items more thana medical student did. Absolutely repugnant,
But I want to I want toread an interesting article from a left leaning

(03:05):
newspaper source in August. This isthe article about Adam Shift getting his stuff
stolen, not pointing out the ironythat one of the the I can't call
it reform because it's an abandonment. Why proponent of the abandonment of law abiding
citizens soon to be Senator Shift? They write. In August, the city's

(03:30):
police chief announced to crack down onauto smash and grabs. The San Francisco
Police Department reported nearly nine hundred breakins in February, down from eighteen hundred
and fifty in July. There aremore than three thousand reported thefts in September
twenty twenty two. Well, whathas changed between September twenty twenty two and

(03:51):
April twenty twenty four. Do wethink that crime has dropped precipitously. No,
What has changed is that reporting crimehas become more difficult, And then
everyone has been educated on the futilityof filing claims. When you have a

(04:13):
city where people not only leave theircar doors unlocked, but their vehicles open,
as in the trunk open, thehatchback open to let the thieves be
aware that they don't have to smasha window to get in the car,
well, it's a problem and allthese baluehooed successes and in reducing crime.

(04:39):
They're not a success, is no, they are just the American public giving
up. We're educated that if someone'slife's not in danger, don't dial nine
to one one. That's not whatNiami nine to one one is for that,
but it's also for any active victimcrime or medical emergency. But we're

(05:02):
being re educated on mass to expectnothing from the government. They'll tell you.
I had an interesting conversation with aDemocrat a little while back about why
they lived. They didn't want thetruth, which is, well, I

(05:24):
appreciate your concerns about the Republicans becauseI agree with a lot of them.
But there's a reason you live inMontgomery County because the Republicans well law and
order, especially the populous Republicans. The Republicans of yesteryear just put the concerns
of the greedy first, and theyweren't really worried about public safety for the

(05:47):
middle class and the poor because they'drather have less taxes. But the populist
Republicans that have taken over the partyon the cotails of Donald Trump, they're
all about law and order. They'reall about paying law enforcement and That's why

(06:10):
many Democrats want a Hymn Hall, but they also want to live in areas
controlled by Republicans. And this truthis that Adam Shift when when things like
this are happening to Adam Schiff, when the mayor of Los Angeles had our

(06:32):
house Burglaris for the second time lastweek. When you hear story after story
of a horrible crime being suffered bya famous person or a government official suffering
a horrible crime, then all youhave to do is imagine how many regular
people had to suffer when we heardnothing about it. Our robberies used to

(06:58):
make the news. They don't anymore. They're the frequency of them, and
like here in Houston is so incrediblethat the media doesn't report. The media
doesn't report it not because people don'tconsume crime news, because they do,
but because they are assisting the governmentand banging these false portraits, just like
this article about the break into AdamShift's car. It has become so commonplace

(07:23):
and so regular and people expect thepolice to do nothing that people have given
up reporting it. And well thatis why or what they do here in
Houston, and the Houston Police Departmenthas become an absolute embarrassment. What they
do in Houston is your call, and you wait for her story after story
after story. People I know theywait for hours and hours and then give
up and guess what, clear thecall unfounded. It's not a reportable statistic

(07:48):
crime, looks like it went down. Well it's spiraling out of control,
and well that's just completely insane.Too bad, shift, learn your lesson.
This is big angry law on kp r C nine day. He

(09:01):
has no means to the men,and they've got the most genius span to
sell him a man front two fourtwo. I played this song for my

(09:24):
son one you, a song abouthunting human beings from I think Belgium in

(09:46):
the early nineteen eighties, the nightclub, wearing all black, slick back hair,
too young to be in the nightclub, possibly doing drugs and dancing

(10:07):
in high school. The eighties werea different time, you know. I
of course did not include the tailend of that when discussing the music with
my son. All right, let'sget to it. We're talking my favorite

(10:31):
stories of the week thus far.A second favorite story had it it's more
local here in Houston, Harris County. I talked about how we had a
our Democrat district attorney, who, despite being a lesbian and checking all the
appropriate boxes, became persona non gratawith the local very far left progressive Democrats

(10:58):
for her decision to investigate the countyjudge. If you're not from Texas,
it is as in some counties, the county judge actually presides over a county
court and is the administrator for thecounty. But in most counties that aren't

(11:22):
extremely rural, it is a countyadministrator who does not sit on a bench
as well, it is like themayor of the county, the chief executive.
And here in Harris County it isLena Hidalgo who's got a bunch of
national press. She was born inColumbia. In the Mythos says she struggling
immigrant that came here from a foreignland and went to Stanford and then was

(11:46):
enrolled in both Harvard's Kennedy School andNYU when she decided to abandon it to
come back here and run for officeagainst a Republican who was famous for being
hipartisan in how he addressed all issuesand was well liked by just about everyone.

(12:07):
But there was a wave. Shegets elected, and she immediately gets
a whole bunch of consultants from Deblasio, the famed loser socialist mayor of New
York who destroyed so many small businessesduring the pandemic, including a dear friend
of mine who lost everything. AndI can't stand him. I don't like

(12:30):
her. We used to live inthe same building. I lived in the
penhouse. She lived in the lowestfloor that had residences, and we were
the only two people that would frequentlyuse the service elevator to go up because
it opened right into my penthouse. And for her, I think it was
for her security, which of courseshe had despite taking moneys from law enforcement

(12:52):
budgets and buying trees and all thatkind of stuff. But anyway, there
was a scandal everyone down plated atSnowball. She was has to do with
bid rigging allegations. She was notindicted, but her all of our top
lieutenants were, including Harvard educated lawyer. Now this is why kim Ogg was

(13:13):
primaried, and she was beaten bya cisgendered white male who began his campaign
by standing next to Lena Hidalgo despiteall the very clear signs of corruption.
And while I like him, Ithink he's a nice guy. I think
he will implement more Soros demanded policies. He received a lot of funding from

(13:35):
Soros adjacent organizations and in the millions, I believe, and you know,
I mean he's he's gonna win.He does seem like a nice guy,
but in longtime public service than adefense attorney for a short period. But
he clearly has an agenda concerning theseprosecutions. So the DA intelligently brought in

(14:01):
the Republican Attorney General, who Ihave talked about the show. I think
Ken Paxton has a history of corruptionand some ethical qualms, but I also
am hopeful that he will get tothe bottom of the corruption in our county
attorney's office. And she has transferredthe prosecutions to him because of what she

(14:22):
saw as a conflict of interest withthe incoming district attorney. That conflict being
that in the interim between his publicservice and his inevitable election, he worked
for one of the lawyers who isdefending one of her lieutenants. Now,

(14:45):
I think it's worth mentioning that thelawyer he worked for also defended Ken Paxton
in his impeachment prosecution alongside my friendTony Bosby. You know tangled incestuous web,

(15:05):
but that lawyer represents, like Isaid, one of lieutenants as well.
So but at least there is ashot at justice. I am hopeful
that Paxton will the secure an indictmentof Missidalgo as well, because I think
there's clear evidence that she was theline leader on the corruption that stewarded millions

(15:28):
of taxpayer dollars to a woman whohad a business that she ran by herself
out of her apartment in my neighborhoodin Montrose, with a lot of history
of data mining and working on Democratcampaigns, but no history of any sort
of healthcare outreach program, which wasthe bid for COVID outreach, you know,

(15:52):
And of course she came in atabout three times the bid that was
submitted by a University of Texas medicalskip school here in Houston that intended to
use medical students for the program.Sounds a lot better than I think she
was advertising on Craigslist. It allsounds insane, But Kim has likely stripped

(16:18):
away the ability of the DA tobe to just dismiss these cases, and
they will be put in the handsof the Attorney General, who electorally probably
will not even even if he feelslike he owes mister Cogdale favor who was
Dan fantastic fantastic defense to turn out, I'd put Rusty Harden sat first and

(16:42):
Dan second. You know, bangfor the buck, dollar for dollar value,
I'd put myself. But I haverecently come to the decision to stop
taking criminal cases. I think thatI don't think I know when I got
into criminal offense the focus, asI've talked about, when my practice was

(17:02):
trying to defend regular people charged withdrug possession to find solutions that didn't allow
it to ruin their lives. Ithought it was something I was incredibly passionate
about. And now I just don'thave any desire to represent monsters. Not
that I haven't represented tons of innocent, false accused people. I just think
that I'm I think I'm over it. But I am glad that our DA

(17:26):
has found a way to prevent theDemocrat Party from letting a corrupt a group
of corrupt public officials escape justice byprimarying the DA, because that was some
Tammany Hall old school corrupt politics thatis becoming the definition of Houston politics on

(17:51):
the left side of the dial. But anyway, Favorite two stories Adam Schiff
and now Lena might face justice layback in just one moment you're listening.
Were listening to Big Angry Law onk p R C nine fifty Joe Yo

(18:32):
Yo Yo John John John Wow,No Joe Joe, Jush, Judge Jush

(18:56):
jug Jo John Gone. We're goingwith a Europeans eighties dance tracks. It

(19:32):
reminds me of the Planetarium on RedReverend Austin in the nineteen eighty eight.
This music is awful, awful musicthat you thought you were so cool listening
to back in the day. Nowhere's a crazy story. Let me see

(19:57):
if I can get this all audioto play. It is the audio,
Well, let's just listen. No, I seriously don't understand why I have
to constantly put up with these dumbasseshere every day, between these ungrateful black
kids who can't test their way outof a paper bag, or these teachers

(20:19):
who don't get it. How hardis it to get these students to meet
their grade level expectations? Lawrence andRavenel should have never been hired. And
don't let me get started on DJ. I'm going to drag his black ass
out of here, one way oranother. I'm going to get something to
stick. I'm just so sick ofthe inadequacies of these people, and if

(20:44):
I have to get one more complaintfrom one more Jew in this community,
I'm going to join the other side. That was pretty bad, right,
Well, that was allegedly a principalat Pikesville High School, a suburban school

(21:07):
in the Baltimore County Public School District. Now, well, you would think
that if that was exposed there wouldbe an immediate consequence. There was forced
out of his position. Protests Paul, the activists were very mad in this

(21:30):
man's life. Well, it wasalmost ruined. It was exposed by an
athletic director, a whistleblower, ahero. Not so fast that hero was
arrested. He was trying to geton a flight at Marshall Airport. He's

(21:53):
arrested this week for he was flying. Where was he flying to Houston,
Texas? I guess he wanted toget lost in this fine city. Desen
Darien is now in big, bigtrouble. He's been charged with theft,
stalking, disruption of school operations, retaliation against a witness. What he'd do

(22:14):
is all that for exposing a racist, anti Semitic school administrator who deserved what
he had coming to him. No, and a real modern twenty twenty twenty
or twenty twenty twenty twenty four twist. So the principal in question, and

(22:37):
I don't really want to name himbecause I don't want to associate his name
with this, well, he wassuspicious of Dezen deshn Darien daz h o
n. I who names their kidthat daz Haun Diazon a Diaizon Bozon.

(22:57):
I don't even know how to pronounceit. Trying to pronounce its stupid because
any parent that would raise a kidthat did what he did probably stupid.
And uh, you know anyone thatwould it's dazz Han, just an incredibly
stupid name. But old dazz HonDarien got on an AI machine website and

(23:25):
and we've all heard, we've heardlike Hank Williams does rap. You know,
they can take voice clips and havethem say different things. That audio
I just played was generated by artificialintelligence, like he used in an artificial
intelligence website or app to create audioof this man's voice saying horrible things,

(23:51):
scary stuff, but it sounded stilted. Law enforcement investigated and they discovered it
was faked and they brought these charges, but they had to go to the
University of California, Berkeley seeking aforensic analysis. They were also assisted by

(24:11):
the FBI. Both determined it wasnot authentic. Audio. Principal had no
idea, but he suspected Darien becauseapparently Darien was both a computer nerd despite

(24:34):
being an athletic director, and hadspoken about using AI in the past,
and he was mad. He wasmad because his contract wasn't renewed because he
was paying teachers allegedly under the tableto do his work for him. So

(25:03):
this man's life was almost ruined inbut for quality policing, and they discovered
that he had used the school computernetwork to search for the AI capable of
doing this. Now, of coursehe denied it. I mean, he's

(25:26):
obviously a liar, but yeah, used an email from his grandmother's home,
and the email his own cell phonenumber was the recovery number. They linked
it to him just and of course, of course everyone there was a senior

(25:56):
in the high school was Quota saying, it feels really uncomfortable. The environment
at the school starts to feel hostilemore and more every day as I'm here.
So this guy had created this palpablesense of bigotry out of the ether
that impacted the students day to day, almost destroyed the life of the principle

(26:18):
who I won't name. Using nextgeneration technology and soon today I would be
producing audio that will be indistinguishable. It'll be producing video that will be indistinguishable.
But it's not there yet, thankfully, Thankfully, someone believes there's such

(26:42):
a huge appetite for racism in America, as in people want to be him
in hall about racism, but thesupply of racism doesn't meet the demand.
So we've seen it fabricated time andtime again in race hoax. And of

(27:02):
course you compare that with the narrativethat people of color can't be racist,
which, of course with the underlyingscholarly article that all of that stems from,
was about systemic racism and oppressed peoplenot being able to engage in systemic
racism, not individual micro racism.I don't care what color you are.

(27:26):
If you treat someone bad because ofthe color of the skin, well that
makes you a racist, period. And yes, white people, black people,
brown people, age, everybody canbe racist. But there are still
there are academics who are too stupidto get the concept and say, oh,
I can't be righted. I'm oppressedthat you grow rich. You went

(27:48):
to a boarding school, Claudine Gaywealthy. It's just insane. But fortunately,
fortunately here some law enforcement all sortof decided to take the time and
when we live in America where sofew do, and this obviously got a
tremendous amount of media attention, butdecided to take the time and exonerate this

(28:11):
man for these horrifying accusations, andhopefully, doubtfully, but hopefully, the
prosecutor, the judge, the jury, whoever participates in this man's sentencing will
break it off on his A S. S. Because his goal was to

(28:41):
destroy a man's life because he caughthim in malfeasance and didn't renew his contract.
Because he had a consequence for abad act, he decided, oh,
you know what, I'm going tocry racism and try to destroy this
man's life. Story's oldest. You'relistening listening to a big angry law on

(29:03):
k p r C. Nine Thingsyou Can Hide. I want to know
what you're feeling. Tell me what'son your mind. Pure energy, energy,

(29:33):
pure energy? All right? Myfourth favorite story, this is Charles

(30:08):
adamsbigg Anger Radio nine fifty AM KPRC, Real, Texas, Real Talk.
I have not been giving you nearlythe number of radio shows that I should,
and I'm sorry, Crazy busy.Fourth favorite story that we Kaimanni James.
I'm going to go to mister Well, I think they're they Then if

(30:30):
you look at their Twitter account, there's a quote from France Fannin and blazoned
across his bio national liberation, Nationalnational liberation, national renaissance, the restoration
of nationhood to the people Commonwealth.Whatever may be the headings used or the

(30:53):
new formulas introduced, decolonization is alwaysa violent phenomenon right there, heading up
its bio on Twitter. We needviolence to decolonize, pushing the myth that
to have a renaissance in America wehave to kill Whitey. Now I'm reading

(31:17):
into that, but I will getto that. I will explain the basis
for that opinion of what he meantwith this quote. But Kamani has now
been thrown out of school. Thebio reads twenty anti capitalists, anti imperialists,
student and educator supporting and teaching liberationeverywhere, Free Palestine. Now Caamani

(31:42):
is either a gay man, ora trans woman or a non binary person,
but also in support of a thecreation of another Islamist regime that right
now in Gaza. I guess whatyou can be any of those things.

(32:04):
But Kimani has issued a statement andI want to work backwards from that.
On Thursday, a video of metaken back in January began to circulate online.
What I said was wrong. Everymember of our community deserves to feel
safe without qualification. I also wantpeople to have more context for my words,
which I regret. Far right agitatorswent through months of my social media

(32:29):
feed until they found a clip thatthey edited without context. When I recorded
it, I had been feeling thenusually upset after an online mob targeted me
because I am visibly queer and black. Unfortunately, this is not my first
time being targeted by online trolls andharassed by people who use racist and homophobic
slurs F the F word forget fstur for gays and then using a calling

(32:57):
him and then that is often usedas a derogation for blacks, so FM
and worse, in an effort tointimidate student protesters like myself, CUAD and
the Gaza Solidarity Encampment have made itclear that my words in January, prior
to my involvement in CUAD are notin line with the CUAD community guidelines.

(33:20):
I agree with their assessment. Thosewords do not represent CUAD and they also
do not represent me. Here iswhat I wish I had said in the
video that is circulating me. One, I affirm the sanctity of all life
and the movement for Liberation. Thatthis applies to all people, regardless of
their race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or nationality. Two.

(33:42):
Zionism is an ideology that necessitates thegenocide of the Palestinian people. I oppose
that, in the strongest terms.Three, all people deserve to be safe
from physical harm. Palestinians have beensubjected to decades of brutal violence and now
genocide by Israel. The Israeli governmentand military be held accountable for their actions.
I am frustrated that words I saidin an Instagram live video become a

(34:06):
distraction from the peop movement for Palestineany in liberation. I misspoken the heat
of the moment, for which Iapologize. My focus remains on drawing attention
to the plight of the Palestinian people. And the ongoing genocide of Gaza.
Will remain committed to learning and buildinga better, more just world for all
of us. Now here's the problem. Now, that's Kamanie Jones is Mia

(34:28):
Kulpa because of course consequences, theconsequences for saying stuff well, like Zionists
don't deserve to live. Now,this student, who was a leader of
the Columbia University's anti Israel encampment it'salso on this video, said be grateful

(34:54):
that I'm not just going out inmurdering Zionists. Oh here, God,
I've got Kamani uses he she theypronounce. Is that like hitting for the
cycle in baseball? He also statedthat he fights to kill. I mean,

(35:22):
let's uh, I mean we canuh, we can listen to some
of it, James, I usehe she they pronouns. Zion is in
my idea of wanting to meet upand fight. I don't fight to injure
or further to be a winner orloser. I fight to kill. See

(35:43):
y'all in New York, January twentytwenty four. So that's specifically what we're
going to be discussing today. Doyou see why that's problematic in anyway?
No, do you think that there'sa serious weight in taking someone someone else's
life. I think there is aserious way in taking someone's life, and

(36:04):
at the same time, I thinkthat taking someone's life in certain case scenarios
is necessary and better for the overallworld. And so I personally have never
killed anyone. Think the Lord thatno one has put me in that position.
Though when Hitler died, the worldrejoiced. Everyone looks back at that

(36:27):
time period and said that Hitler neededto die because he was exacting an immense
amount of harm against the world. And so, just like that during the
Haitian Revolution, their Haitian slaves hadto kill their masters in order to gain
their independence. These were masters whowere white supremacists. What is a Zionist

(36:52):
a white supremacist? And so let'sbe very clear here. I'm not saying
that I'm going to go out andstart killing us. What I'm saying is
that if an individual who identifies asa Zionist threatens my physical safety in person,

(37:15):
i e. Puts their hands onme, I am going to defend
myself. And in that case scenario, it may come to a point where
I don't know when to stop.Does that make sense. I understand what
you're saying. Well, there shouldnot be Zionis anywhere. Zionus are Nazis

(37:38):
for my identity as a black carewoman in New York City. Obviously if
I'm on the train and I'm sexuallyassaulted and are harassed in some way,
like I'm saying that I slaps signright during saying that, versus saying that
you know you fight to killing. You made a comment earlier where you say
that that you may not know yourown strikes behind mind why or you may

(38:01):
not have the resistant to stop right. That is so this goes on longer
than we have left. But basicallythe gist is he is rationalizing. I
mean, it goes as far asyou say Zionists don't deserve to live,
and when you heard him say Zionistsshouldn't be anywhere. The problem is the

(38:22):
false equivalency between Zionists and just Jews, generally Jewish students, and the faster
I've heard time and time again mostof the protesters at Columbia are Jewish.
No they're not. The Jewish studentsare being terrorized, they're being told to
leave school, usc canceled commencement Columbiaput made classes remote for the rest of

(38:49):
the semester. We are seeing anorganized effort to terrorize Jewish students and shut
down campuses across the country, andpeople like Kamani should be kicked out of school.
