which went ahead and downgraded the entiredistrict qualified level down to a negative certification,

going to be able to veto thepower around these school spendings. Also going
to be able to eliminate a numberof different open positions that are out there.

to be a hiring freeze, andthis whole plan is going to be going

into place next month. So fora lot of teachers and staffers out here
in San Francisco, it's gonna getkind of rough. The Unified. This
is not going to make more thirdgraders able to read, or more eighth

which went ahead and downgraded the entiredistrict qualified level down to a negative certification,

in there basically seeing exactly how theyspend every single dollar. These advisors are
going to be able to veto thepower around these school spendings. Also going
to be able to eliminate a numberof different open positions that are out there.
Plus they are going to be closingsome schools. They have to identify

to be a hiring freeze, andthis whole plan is going to be going

into place next month. So fora lot of teachers and staffers out here
in San Francisco, it's gonna getkind of rough. The Unified. This
is not going to make more thirdgraders able to read, or more eighth
