was reading about them yesterday, though, what is the It's like, they're

like an ice cream from who?From the company there? Hold on,

I'll tell you Jelatti Celestie. Itprobably has a more elegant natural sounding like
you're in Italian Gelatti Celeste, that'sa Richmond based company. What do you

Chesterfield is celebrating its two hundred andseventy fifth anniversary this weekend. In
honor of the occasion, Chesterfield,of course, headed up by Herbert,
teamed up with Jelatti Celeste, tocreate its own ice cream flavor called Chesterfield

honey Bear Tracks honey Bear Tracks.The new flavor is a smooth honey ice
cream with bits of butterfinger candy barsmixed in. Yeah, doesn't that sound
good? Love Butterfinger. We're thefirst municipality in Virginia to have our own

ice cream flavor, so says jElias O'Neil, spokesperson for the county.
Kind of a neat little honor,especially for us that's a big anniversary weekend,
says we're so pleased. Oh thisis from oh Jelatti, Celestie's co

county that has been beyond supportive ussince we opened our store on Whole Street
in twenty twenty. Oh wow,so they've only been around for four years?

I don't know about all the locations, but I was reading about the
one that they're doing in Chesterfield andthe ice cream looks great, by the

way, but you're telling me.So they've got they've got multiple locations,
would you say, seven in Richmondand three in Virginia Beach. Yes,
Oh wow. So they've did aroundsince. I want to say the company
was originally started by Steve's roommate backin like the late eighties, and then

Steve the father purchased it back intwenty sixteen, and they've been ramping up
the company ever since. Wow.Good, some of the best ice cream
you'll ever eat. I was justgonna ask. I mean, I obviously
they're your friends, but the icecream's good. Oh yeah, it's fantastic.
So the ice cream is actually madein July machines, so that's where
it gets the Jilati Celestie theme from. But it's some of the best ice

cream. Like their their top theirtop flavors, like just ask. They
do a ton of you know,different seasonal things. So they'll they'll run
flavors for like two months and thenyou know, they'll do other seasonal things.
And but ultimately, what they didfor the Chesterfield people was they got

connected with them, and I guessthey had a raffle for tickets where they
selected like a few people out ofthe community to go into the production facility
and test flavors to then come upwith the Chesterfield flavor. Herbert, get
your neck timer going to test flavors. That's awesome, though, Hey,
Well tell them tell uh, tellTom and Susie the rosters. Uh,

tell him, tell him that wewere that we were talking about. I'd
like Susie to drive up a pinttomorrow, possible for the weekend, all

Yes, Tom, much like they'rehand crafted process. The drive may take
longer, but we think it makesthe ice cream much better. I'll tell
you what. I don't know whotheir photographer is, but that ice cream
looks good. You know. Ourproprietary process minimizes the air whipped into our
product, making it uniquely flavorful,thick and creamy and flat out special.

well. The flavor is really goodat the honey ice cream with butterfinger pieces.
