Highs in the upper seventy. It's all that bomb cyclone
news up above us. I know in northern California it
actually but it looks like, you know, we're going to
get some remnants of that. Our first substantial rain of
the season is coming this weekend, so be on the
lookout for that. And we are inside a week until Thanksgiving.

(00:33):
I will say that, even though I want all the
decorations up now, I'm finding it a little difficult to
focus on Christmas before Thanksgiving.

Speaker 4 (00:45):
The turkey is going to taste the same if the
Christmas tree is up or not exactly.

Speaker 5 (00:49):
It's so nice for Thanksgiving to have a lovely, beautiful tree, garlands.

Speaker 2 (00:55):
It's going to come so fast. I was reading that
it actually is.

Speaker 3 (00:58):
It benefits your mental health decorations up now and not wait.

Speaker 1 (01:03):
It lowers it lowers anxiety, too, courteous soul all that.

Speaker 5 (01:08):
It's been making me so happy.

Speaker 1 (01:10):
Yeah, so a channel's nostalgia.

Speaker 4 (01:12):
It gives you the warm and fuzzy memories from when
you were younger, and celebrating the holidays, and all of
this just sooth's anxiety, like we were saying, and is
better for your mental health. I mean, there's science, there's
research behind this, Studies have been.

Speaker 2 (01:24):
Found the problem.

Speaker 3 (01:25):
Not to point out the problem, last half empty when
it's over. It's like the reason I didn't get a
dog by myself because the lifespan.

Speaker 2 (01:33):
I didn't want to deal with the loss.

Speaker 1 (01:36):
And so you can think that far ahead.

Speaker 2 (01:38):
I do. I get it.

Speaker 5 (01:40):
I think about it right office.

Speaker 2 (01:41):
December twenty six is already in my head. I can't.
I can't. I can't live like that. That's not the
way to do it.

Speaker 6 (01:47):
I know.

Speaker 2 (01:47):
Need to be present. I told you guys to be.

Speaker 1 (01:49):
Present, then, to be present now it's Christmas. Life has
to be present.

Speaker 5 (01:55):
You're always telling us to be forward thinking.

Speaker 3 (01:57):

back room.

Speaker 7 (02:12):
Good morning morning.

Speaker 2 (02:13):
Anybody have a date?

Speaker 3 (02:14):
I was talking about going out on dates this weekend.
Does anybody have a first date this weekend.

Speaker 2 (02:18):
Nope, oh all right, no do you do? I do
not have a first date this weekend?

Speaker 5 (02:27):
You no second or third date this week.

Speaker 3 (02:30):
I don't like first or second dates. I like to
jump right into a third date. But sure, I wish
I could figure out a way that that happens.

Speaker 5 (02:40):
You could do your first date on zoom FaceTime.

Speaker 8 (02:43):
No.

Speaker 3 (02:43):
I think the only way that you can get into
a third date first is if you're like with a
group a couple of times and then you break off.

Speaker 2 (02:49):
You branch them right.

Speaker 3 (02:51):
But anyway, I've got something to first daters coming up
in just a little bit. The Los Angeles Christmas Market
will open at Skylight Row in downtown l A November
twenty ninth to December twenty fourth. It's gonna be fifty
plus festive food and drink vendors, twinkling lights, just all
the things we're talking about mental health in the holiday season,
all the things they're gonna make you feel good this season.

Speaker 2 (03:09):
Family friendly activities too. So that looks good. And I
was reading this.

Speaker 3 (03:14):
Morning about the top five must have Thanksgiving foods. Number
five is pumpkin pie. Are you sweet potato or pumpkin?

Speaker 1 (03:21):
I'm not neither pecan pecan pie.

Speaker 5 (03:25):
So sweet potato pie, sweet potato casserole.

Speaker 3 (03:30):
No, it's a sweet potato pie and it's sweet and
it tastes like pumpkin pie, but it's made with sweet potatoes.

Speaker 1 (03:35):
Great.

Speaker 3 (03:35):
It might be a Southern thing because my grandfather, who
is from Alabama, he was the one that we would
have him side by side pumpkin pie and sweet.

Speaker 2 (03:42):
Potato po Wow.

Speaker 1 (03:43):
You know what, maybe I'll try pumpkin pie this year.

Speaker 2 (03:47):
It's overrated.

Speaker 1 (03:48):
I've never I've just always kind of like assumed I
hated it.

Speaker 4 (03:50):
But the other day somebody brought in like pumpkin flavored
cookies and I tasted one and it was actually good.
It tastes like gingerbread that would've been missing.

Speaker 3 (04:00):
You might not like the texture, but the spices are okay.
Number four, gravy, number three, most popular, must have mashed potatoes.
Number two stuffing, and then of course at the top, turkey.
For me, it's the skin of the turkey. Actually love
the chrismy skin of the turkey.

Speaker 1 (04:13):
There's no ham in there, it's ham.

Speaker 5 (04:16):
I'm not a ham guy.

Speaker 1 (04:17):
I want a piece of ham.

Speaker 2 (04:17):
You're not a ham guy, dude.

Speaker 1 (04:18):
No, I'm not a hal I slice of ham on
my plate.

Speaker 3 (04:22):
I can't get into the ham for me. All right,
let's get to your horsecope. So how is your Friday

Speaker 2 (05:21):
Very excited for Kobe Jones to come on. So the Galaxy.

Speaker 3 (05:24):
I don't have been following them, but the Galaxy's got
a real shot. Kobe is a former Galaxy player, but basically,
you know, grew up playing soccer here in southern California.
I think a lot of soccer young soccer players might
be listening with their parents.

Speaker 4 (05:39):
I love to hear that, like he came from a
yso and and like went all the way through what
eleven seasons on the Galaxy.

Speaker 3 (05:46):

rolled off my tongue and I didn't really think about it.

Speaker 3 (06:32):
And she said, oh my gosh, that's funny because that's
what her boyfriend calls her dubbs and he's a super
cool guy. I met him and had dinner with them before.
But V dubbs is what I called them.

Speaker 1 (06:42):
I like it because of the W and I get it.

Speaker 2 (06:45):
So here's how it all started. Let me play it back.
A couple of weeks ago. I called you V Dubbs.
Your nickname right, and I don't have one?

Speaker 6 (06:50):
You don't, but I asked people to ride in to
give us some suggestions.

Speaker 3 (06:55):
I scared now, No, I was a little worried about
what they suggestions of my nickname might be.

Speaker 5 (06:58):
Right yet half time, Yeah, squirt, not.

Speaker 2 (07:03):
Like any of those days.

Speaker 8 (07:04):
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (07:06):

Speaker 6 (07:07):
Helena West says Ryan the Friendly Host okay at Paula

the one.

Speaker 3 (07:25):
That stuck the most of mean Stone cowboys, like the.

Speaker 1 (07:31):
Lights up your face a little bit more than the others.

Speaker 3 (07:34):
Ryan Stone Cowboy. What's your nickname for your husband?

Speaker 2 (07:37):

Speaker 2 (08:20):
This is a body.

Speaker 3 (08:21):
Language tip, love, if you want to be more successful
on first dates.

Speaker 2 (08:26):
They say, do.

Speaker 5 (08:28):
This uncrossed language uncrossed your Actually i've heard.

Speaker 3 (08:34):
Do not cross my arms is like it closes people
off right, Like sometimes I want to do that just
out of comfort.

Speaker 1 (08:40):
I noticed message.

Speaker 5 (08:42):
I would even say, don't cross your legs either open them.

Speaker 1 (08:45):
Oh well, oh come on, no if you're a guy.

Speaker 2 (08:48):
I am a guy, yeah, but not for girls like
cross legs.

Speaker 5 (08:52):
But you're like, what times I find that guy has
his legs crossed. It's a little again, like a little
closed off. If you're sitting there with your legs.

Speaker 3 (09:01):
When your legs are crossed and you're leaned back, it
can look very yeah, cool, I.

Speaker 1 (09:05):
Know what you mean. Plasity too cool.

Speaker 3 (09:09):
No, but anyway, that's that's not what it is. It's
it's nodding. They say nod. Body language ectis say nodding
while your date is talking shows you're listening and absorbing
what is being said.

Speaker 2 (09:18):
Now, don't just nod in glaze.

Speaker 3 (09:20):
Over yeah, really listening sometimes guilty of nodding and glazing.

Speaker 1 (09:23):
I'm a nod in glazer too.

Speaker 2 (09:25):
And are you? And then they're like they just asked
you a question and you're like, I don't.

Speaker 1 (09:29):
Know, I just have a lot going on in my
brain and I'm like, what.

Speaker 2 (09:33):
But nod?

Speaker 3 (09:33):
Think about that if you're going on that next day?
And a quote for Friday morning today. Wish them all
the best, even if it's not reciprocated.

Speaker 1 (09:42):
That's right, cal kindness, that's true.

Speaker 4 (09:45):
This FM headlines, well, the rain starts tonight, peeking tomorrow morning.
Most of the area should only get about a quarter
of an inch, with some parts of La Inventoror County
is receiving more. A hearing is scheduled for Monday. In
the case of Lyle and Eric Menendez, sixteen seats in
the Van Eys courtroom will be made available to the
public via a lottery system. Mountain High Resort in Rightwood

(10:07):
is back for its one hundred anniversary. The slopes open
this morning for pass holders and to the general public tomorrow.
And Shohio Tani has been named the National League's Most
Valuable Player. He is the first player ever to win
the MVP in both leagues in consecutive seasons.

Speaker 3 (10:24):
On air with Ryan Seacrest, Good Morning, My Seat, Tanya here,
so Uber just revealed this year's most unique food combination
orders and unique like strange so number three fried fish
sticks in green Tea, No thank you, Number two Fahitas

(10:44):
and French onion soup.

Speaker 5 (10:46):
Wow, French onion soup from the same place.

Speaker 3 (10:49):
Love French Onion soups the same time at the same time,
and number one, this sounds horrible to me, and I'm
a very like I can I can.

Speaker 1 (10:59):
Try open minded food, purppen.

Speaker 2 (11:01):
Minded culinary brain scallops and boiled eggs.

Speaker 1 (11:06):
Wait, I feel like that would taste good.

Speaker 2 (11:09):
I don't think that's.

Speaker 5 (11:09):
Where do you order that? On?

Speaker 8 (11:10):
Uber?

Speaker 5 (11:11):
Is my question?

Speaker 1 (11:12):
Like what cheese kick factory?

Speaker 2 (11:15):
Exactly the Bible of food.

Speaker 3 (11:18):
Hey, there's a new bar coming to LA and Hollywood specifically,
and it's really a throwback.

Speaker 2 (11:22):
Syst has some details on this.

Speaker 1 (11:24):
Yes, I mean you think of it.

Speaker 4 (11:25):
We have so many different types of theme bars, tiki bars,
sports bars, eighties themed bars.

Speaker 1 (11:30):
So now there's a Y two K bar.

Speaker 2 (11:33):
Okay, it's called.

Speaker 4 (11:35):
Zero Lounge and its grand opening is actually tonight and
it's right there in the heart of Hollywood. So the
focus is primarily two thousands, and that boils down to
like the music that they're going to be playing to
think like early Christina Aguilera, early Britney Spears, like all
the music from the early two thousands. And then that's
the drink menu that early kind of like threw me

(11:57):
for like a very excited loop.

Speaker 2 (11:59):
Okay, take me back.

Speaker 4 (12:00):
So they have a Friend's frappee that is bourbon coffee, liqueur,
maple syrup, Bailey's and chocolate bitters.

Speaker 3 (12:08):
Do you know what if I'm old enough to know
why chwoc and it's drinks, I'm enough to know that
that's gonna give me a headache tomorrow.

Speaker 5 (12:13):
Yeah, you can have like one.

Speaker 2 (12:15):
Too much sweet? What's next?

Speaker 1 (12:17):
Titanic tea?

Speaker 4 (12:19):
That's an Earl gray infused vodka, elderflower, honey, simple.

Speaker 1 (12:23):
And lemon juice. Okay, how about a basil patch kid?

Speaker 5 (12:29):
Oh, like a star patch kid?

Speaker 9 (12:31):
Oh?

Speaker 2 (12:31):
Okay, got it?

Speaker 4 (12:33):
Tequila, ginger, lime, agave, basil, and strawberry.

Speaker 3 (12:38):
I mean, of all three, that's better for me. But
I am like, if it's more than three ingredients in
my drink, I'm gonna have a headache tomorrow.

Speaker 1 (12:44):
I know.

Speaker 4 (12:45):
But it's more like the the and the beauty of
the cocktail, like cocktails are. It's like a whole different
you go to like experience, like the making it, and it's.

Speaker 2 (12:56):
Just a mixology of it right exactly exactly.

Speaker 4 (12:59):
So this is a locate on Hudson Avenue, just off
Hollywood Boulevard in Hollywood. Doors open officially six PM tonight.

Speaker 3 (13:05):
All right, so if you're hungover from this story, go
solve that. As advertised, LA Galaxy legend Kobe Jones is
on the line, and congratulations to the LA Galaxy. They're
in the playoffs, as you probably know. They start Sunday
at three against Minnesota Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson,
lafc also playing Seattle. That's tomorrow night. Kobe Jones here,

(13:27):
Good morning, Kobe.

Speaker 2 (13:28):
How are you?

Speaker 8 (13:30):
Good morning? How are you doing you?

Speaker 3 (13:32):
And super You know, we love the fact that you
are a sort of homegrown and we know that a
lot of young future potential Galaxy stars, potential LLFC stars
are listening right now. When you were starting out right
Ayso starting out as a kid Westlake Hi Warriors, you're

(13:52):
playing there, did you have the vision to accomplish what
you've accomplished?

Speaker 2 (13:57):
Did you know?

Speaker 8 (13:59):
No at all? It was definitely a different time where
there people tend to forget there was no professional soccer
in the United States at that time. So for me,
it was just a passion play. Yeah, just playing for
fun and enjoying it. And I do say at times
that I was very fortunate because I was that first
generation where everything started to sprout up right in front
of me. You know where the professional league came about,

(14:22):
the Olympics, the national team, all of that tended to
go my way.

Speaker 3 (14:26):
Wow, and it's continuing to boom. I mean, look at
the future of what's going to happen in Los Angeles
with the sport.

Speaker 8 (14:31):
Yeah, I mean it's incredible. Like, like you've mentioned, we
have two teams I favor one of course, we also
have a we also have a women's team here as well,
you know, the Galaxy as a second team, the Vteria
County team that's up in West Lake in my hometown
as well. So it's growing and booming. More and more

(14:52):
people are being exposed to the game, and that's the
important part.

Speaker 3 (14:56):
So, Kobe Jones, with US now LAFC and the Galaxy
finished one and two in the Western Conference, how do
you like our chances bringing the city another championship?

Speaker 2 (15:07):
Like right after the Dodgers just did this.

Speaker 8 (15:10):
Look, I'm obviously bias for the city and bias for
the Galaxy. I think the team that has played absolutely
fantastic over the entirety of the year. So I think
there's a very good chance that LA sees another trophy here.
And you know, like I said, the Galaxy have been
exceptional with some of the acquisitions that we had in
the off season that have really taken us to the

(15:32):
next level.

Speaker 3 (15:33):
You know, we've been to the games, I know Tanya recently,
Angels City FC games matches, and how much how much
fun and enthusiasm there is to watch all the teams
here in southern California, both the men and the women's teams.
I'm just thinking back to everybody talking about Lino Messi,
you know, and being out after Miami lost to Atlanta
in the last round. What kind of impact does that have.

Speaker 8 (15:56):
Well, look, of course that's gonna affect things, you know,
as far as who's going to be watching the where
all the visuals are going to be coming from, you know,
around the country and around the world, because everyone is
focused on Messi. But I think what Messi has done
is that he has brought those eyeballs where now there
is you know, I always say there is always an
interest in MLS, but even more so than we have before.

(16:18):
So you know, people that were maybe you know, casual
observers now over this. You know, these last few months,
seeing what Miami has done within the league is like, Okay,
I like Miami, but hey, what's going on with this team?
What's going on with the Galaxies you know, and the
Columbus crews and the New York teams and all of that.
So he has brought in, you know, a lot of

(16:39):
other viewers into the game.

Speaker 3 (16:41):
So Kobe Jones is story with us, an inspiration for
a lot of young men and women players. You know,
a lot of kids look up to what you've done
and what your your fellow players have done, and we do.
I just want to mention we do have LA Galaxy
ticket information. You can get tickets starting just fifty bucks
for Sunday's game against Minnesota at LA galaxy dot com

(17:02):
Slash Playoffs. Kobe, you even as a like a non
soccer player, I'm inspired by you too, Bro, I mean, I.

Speaker 2 (17:09):
Really am seem like a good guy.

Speaker 3 (17:12):
You seem like a good dude in a great smile,
and you play soccer so well it inspires me to
do things that are more athletic myself.

Speaker 8 (17:19):
Well, well, I appreciate that. I'm just surprised that you
all are so surprised. Sometimes athletes, we're good people.

Speaker 2 (17:26):
We're good people, you know.

Speaker 8 (17:29):
At three o'clock and I'll prove it to you.

Speaker 2 (17:32):
Love you, buddy. Thanks for calling, and you take care,
good luck.

Speaker 8 (17:34):
All right, all right, thanks everyone, appreciate it you.

Speaker 5 (17:37):
Kobe Jones, Ryan SPN.

Speaker 3 (17:41):
You know, guys, I know you think that I don't
follow sports, but with messy out that's had a big
impact on the sport. He threw out that fact, like,
well you saw the Atlanta Atlanta outcome.

Speaker 4 (17:51):
That is after he said that, he smiles it.

Speaker 3 (17:56):
You know, when I watch a football game, for example,
this time of year, you don't want to be seated
next to me because I actually call the game.

Speaker 2 (18:02):
Like the guys that call the game.

Speaker 4 (18:03):
Oh that is my brother in law, Alex. He does
the same thing say they say, but please.

Speaker 3 (18:10):
Yes, I say it's first in short, No, it's not first,
and story it's starting gold.

Speaker 2 (18:14):
Yeah, I just whatever.

Speaker 1 (18:15):
Or like when they do the flag, it's like passard affairans.

Speaker 2 (18:17):
Or exactly, game of mine. They're running the Nickel defense.
Watch up there, it is the five back.

Speaker 3 (18:24):
All right, Melanie in seem Valley, how are you doing
in see.

Speaker 2 (18:28):
Me, Mellie.

Speaker 9 (18:30):
I'm doing great.

Speaker 8 (18:30):
Thank you super good.

Speaker 3 (18:32):
Well, thank you for listening, Thank you for taking the
time to call. Happy thanksgiving.

Speaker 8 (18:36):
Thank you very much, she as well appreciate it.

Speaker 2 (18:39):
How can we help you?

Speaker 3 (18:41):
Oh?

Speaker 9 (18:41):
I was just calling because Ryan was talking about his
morning routine and I just wanted to let him know
that he is my morning routine to me and my
five year old son. We listen to him every morning,
and I just don't want him.

Speaker 2 (18:54):
To know that Well, it is me, it is Ryan, my.

Speaker 9 (18:59):
Son Ryan after you no way?

Speaker 3 (19:01):
Yeah wow, yees destined to be five to ten. That's
so honoring and flattering. That is so sweet, so nice
of you.

Speaker 9 (19:12):
We love you, We love you, We listen to you
every morning. We love love Ryan's roses.

Speaker 2 (19:18):
I find it.

Speaker 3 (19:19):
I don't know if it's shocking, but I'm in awe
of how many parents tell me that their kids and
then listen to get the timing.

Speaker 1 (19:26):
That's when you're in the car doing drop off at school.

Speaker 3 (19:28):
So what is your five year old love about Ryan's roses? Melloy,
I'm very curious.

Speaker 9 (19:33):
He loves how excited I get this on. He loves
hearing his name on the radio.

Speaker 3 (19:41):
Oh that's so sweet. Well, you tell your Ryan that
I said hello, and he will hear his name every
morning for many years.

Speaker 2 (19:48):
Thank you?

Speaker 8 (19:49):
All right, I love you. Thank you so much, Melanie.

Speaker 2 (19:52):
You're so sweet to call it. You take good care.

Speaker 9 (19:55):
Thank you, thank you, thank you, good bye.

Speaker 3 (19:59):
I think it's the first that's ever told me that
they've named their child after me.

Speaker 2 (20:03):
That's a lot of pressure.

Speaker 1 (20:04):
It's nice. I think it's very special.

Speaker 3 (20:07):
Yeah, it's very special. Did you see what they did?
And now there's a place called Pink and Bougie. They
were back on our show and twenty twenty two they
came in here. You send your castro at boil Heights.
We spoke her in twenty twenty two. They've totally blown
up in downtown LA. At the time, they just got
a food truck, a brand new food truck, and they
did well. They did a little Sabrina Carpenter short and
sweet themed brunch, and I think that was a tipping

(20:28):
point for them. It's all beautiful, it's all pink. Yeah,
it's pink food. You can have a pink miss, that's true.
You can have a merry pink miss. Yeah, with pink tacos,
literally pink colored tacos. You send you from twenty twenty two. Wow,
how times have changed for Pink and Bougie in La.

Speaker 6 (20:50):
Thank you Thank you guys, Thank you Ryan. It's honestly
been an amazing journey.

Speaker 3 (20:56):
So you I remember the food truck story we spoke
when you just got in the first one one h
and after much success, you opened the brick and mortar
restaurant last year in Boil Heights. Congratulations, grew up like
top in your own neighborhood.

Speaker 6 (21:11):
Honestly, it's been so amazing. I mean, I grew up
here in Boil Heights. It's you know, amazing to be
able to bring something like this back into our community.
And yeah, it just it just feels amazing.

Speaker 3 (21:24):
So this is we're talking about pink tortillas, pink pancakes,
pink nachos, pink chile. Chile is my favorite. You've got
mimosas and rose I was frescos. What makes everything pink?

Speaker 6 (21:39):
Yeah, So we carried here a pink menu, you know,
kind of inspired by our culture. We are Mexicans, so
we kind of kept the traditional flavors and you know,
created it our own way. We used zero artificial colors
or ingredients, so everything is one hundred percent natural. We

(21:59):
use either beech, d dragon and food, and we carried
our own here, so we make Yeah, we make our
own color here. It's a pretty you know, amazing process
to you know, to be able to see that. And yeah,
we want to make sure that everything is not only good.
It looks, you know, very beautiful, but it's also very healthy.

Speaker 3 (22:18):
It's beginning to look a lot like pinkness everywhere else.
And so we're talking to you Senya from Pink and Bougie.
Now you can go to at Pink and Bougie on
Instagram to check it all out. But it might be
something to look for for the holidays if you've got
some time with the family to check out some of
the pink menu stuff. But I guess we just wanted
to call and say we keep seeing you on social

(22:39):
media and all the success and wish you a local kiss.

Speaker 2 (22:42):
Congratulations.

Speaker 6 (22:44):
Yeah, no, thank you guys so much. You know, it's
been amazing to be able to see the journey and
to share it with everyone and you know, be able
to share our story. We have a lot of things
planned for the future, so thank you guys for always
giving us the opportunity to be able to showcase Pink
and Bougie.

Speaker 1 (22:59):
Of course you.

Speaker 2 (23:00):
Send you from Boyle Heights.

Speaker 10 (23:01):
You take good care, all right, Mary pink missus, it's.

Speaker 3 (23:15):
That time, that's right, just feel good stories. Christmas Giving
is coming up to what's how could you go wrong
with pink? And it's natural color.

Speaker 5 (23:24):
I know when she said it was colored with beets
for like a catering event, like if you're gonna do.

Speaker 2 (23:29):
It's so fun for a wedding?

Speaker 1 (23:31):
What or Mother's Day? Like having it all pink?

Speaker 8 (23:35):
Yes?

Speaker 3 (23:35):
Yes, all right, friends, Tany's got a trending report. Then
if you want to go to jingle on the floor
match game, let's let's line up some callers, let's get
do we need.

Speaker 8 (23:43):
Tow for that?

Speaker 3 (23:44):
Yeah? So, Tanya, we have said and I stand by it. Oh,
getting a tattoo could be the kiss of jaz.

Speaker 1 (23:51):
Going to matching tattoos.

Speaker 2 (23:53):
Could be no.

Speaker 1 (23:56):
Matching tattoos in our relationship. You get matching tattoos, it's
a done.

Speaker 3 (24:00):
You never said I if I would have done this
with all the chapters in my life.

Speaker 1 (24:05):
Ha ha, I didn't mean to laugh.

Speaker 11 (24:08):
That was that was deep, all the chapters, all the
different era chapters, all the eras.

Speaker 2 (24:19):
All right, So what's the story about Nicole Kidman and
Keith Urban.

Speaker 5 (24:22):
Yes, so shook because it wasn't necessarily matching tattoos. I
have done reports where they have gotten tattoos for each
other in a relationship, and you guys always say kiss
of death. But now I bring this to you, and
I'm wondering if you're going to rethink things. So Nicole Kidman,
she's out promoting her movie Baby Girl, and she shared
that her husband, Keith Urban, has been calling her baby
Girl since like way before she ever got this role.

(24:45):
And she said, he actually has baby Girl tattooed on
the back of his neck.

Speaker 3 (24:53):
So I've heard him call her that. I've been around
him a lot over the years. He was a guest,
not a guest. He was an actual judge on America
Idle and he's been guest performer on so many shows
that I've done. But he was at the desk for years,
and I heard him call Nicole this.

Speaker 5 (25:08):
Well, yeah, of course I don't think she's lying, no, no.

Speaker 2 (25:10):
But I'm just saying, like I can hear his voice.

Speaker 5 (25:12):
Out, kiss some death.

Speaker 1 (25:14):
This is not matching tattoos. She wasn't that baby girl
on her or baby No.

Speaker 5 (25:18):
But we have done reports in the past where it's
it's basically a tattoo in nod of their significant other,
and everybody says kiss of death. So now is it
just matching tattoos. If you do matching tattoos, that's the
bad thing.

Speaker 3 (25:31):
I'm blown away by how they have these incredible careers
that seem to be all over the world, and yet
they still have this incredible tight relationship too. I mean,
that's talking about making a work with the long distance relationship.

Speaker 4 (25:42):
Never forget the story that you told us. I think
when he was doing idle. Yeah, yeah, he flew back
to us stirly just to have.

Speaker 1 (25:48):
Dinner with her and then just fly right back.

Speaker 3 (25:50):
I'm like, oh, hello, hello to them who are probably
not listening, but it makes.

Speaker 1 (25:56):
Me love you listen.

Speaker 3 (25:58):
Do you think Nicole Kimmin's listening If she is, or
she gets us on the podcast, I love. It is
time for match game now on this Friday morning. These
are jingle Ball tickets on the floor for the victor.
Jessica super excited to be here with you to try
and get some tickets to our jingle ball.

Speaker 6 (26:19):
Oh my god, my daughter, my dad are so excited.

Speaker 1 (26:21):
We've been calling since like Wednesday trying to get it.

Speaker 5 (26:24):
Let's go.

Speaker 2 (26:24):
Okay, so tell me about your daughter.

Speaker 5 (26:27):
Her name is Mabella.

Speaker 6 (26:28):
She's fourteen. She plays volleyball, and she's a great kid.

Speaker 5 (26:32):
And she deserves your tickets.

Speaker 3 (26:34):
Okay, great kids deserve the tickets. Love it all right, Jessica.
Even kids who are trouble deserve these tickets. Uh, you're
contestant number one. I'm about to pull up contested number two. Here,
contested number two, Annette's good morning.

Speaker 6 (26:47):
Hello.

Speaker 2 (26:48):
How are you a net?

Speaker 11 (26:50):
Hi?

Speaker 6 (26:50):
I'm good?

Speaker 3 (26:51):
How are you super good? So tell us about yourself
and Glendale. You're contested number two.

Speaker 1 (26:56):
Yes, r I I live in Grendale and I'm cha.

Speaker 6 (27:00):
I used to work at CBS Pharmises.

Speaker 3 (27:03):
Okay, love the lighting, all right. Here's the deal. If
you're successful, you go to jingle ball. You're playing against Jessica.
We'll start with Jessica. Who's in Compton right now. Jessica.
It's match game, Annette, it's match game. Here's how it works.
We'll give you a phrase with the blank, and our
panel here of Sisney, Tanya, Ruby and Tubbs will write
down what they think should go in the blank.

Speaker 2 (27:24):
Then we'll hear your answer. Whoever gets the most matches wins.

Speaker 3 (27:27):
Jessica, you start and net hold on yours, Jessica, don't
don't say it out loud. Just think about this is blank,
blank bread, blank bread? What kind of bread do you
think the panel will most likely say?

Speaker 2 (27:40):
In the blank?

Speaker 3 (27:41):
Blank bread? What kind of bread? Blank bread? Okay, Jessica,
what'd you say?

Speaker 8 (27:48):
Wheat bread?

Speaker 2 (27:49):
Wheat bread?

Speaker 3 (27:51):
Sisney, wheat bread as a banana Tanya?

Speaker 11 (27:56):
For the match, white bread, white bread?

Speaker 5 (28:01):
He was going to go gluten free, and then I
realized it's two.

Speaker 2 (28:03):
Words the dash, yeahyphened okay, so bread ruby, I.

Speaker 1 (28:12):
Said banana bread.

Speaker 3 (28:15):
When it comes down to our engineer, Jeff Tobbs, did you
say wheat bread?

Speaker 2 (28:20):
I said wheat bread.

Speaker 5 (28:25):
I can't believe it.

Speaker 1 (28:26):
I believe it is.

Speaker 2 (28:28):
The clock takes down.

Speaker 3 (28:30):
One match, all right, and that now it's your turn
here we go, got one match, So that yours is
dot out loud? Just think yours is blank beans? Blank beans?
Kind of beans? Blank beans? I know what i'd say, uh, okay,
And what's your answer? Pinto beans? All right, very common bean.

(28:56):
I love a pinto bean, Sissy. Did you say pinto beans?

Speaker 1 (29:00):
I said baked beans beans.

Speaker 2 (29:02):
That's what I thought I was singing, baked beans, Tanya.

Speaker 5 (29:05):
I said baked beans too.

Speaker 2 (29:07):
You want to match mean, did you say pinto beans?

Speaker 3 (29:10):
No?

Speaker 1 (29:10):
I said black beans.

Speaker 3 (29:13):
Once again, it comes down to our engineer tubs for
the tie. Did you say pinto beans?

Speaker 1 (29:19):
Said beans?

Speaker 3 (29:24):
And that Jessica, I don't have faith in the panel.
This morning, I'm going to give you both tickets to
our jingle bell present of a Capital one.

Speaker 2 (29:30):
Okay, how do you know that faith?

Speaker 1 (29:34):
And you just said you would have said baked beans too.

Speaker 2 (29:37):
It's exactly. I don't faith in myself.

Speaker 3 (29:40):
It's Friday morning, and you're going to go to jingle ball,
Jessica and Isabella, your fourteen year old volleyball player, You're
going to go to jingle ball.

Speaker 2 (29:46):
Congratulations, thank you.

Speaker 3 (29:50):
I'm very excited for the holiday programming that's coming out.
By the way, so that you know the fight that
happened everbody's talking about.

Speaker 5 (29:56):
Between I watched it, every minute of it.

Speaker 3 (29:58):
I watched it last night. I didn't watch it. I
watched it last night.

Speaker 1 (30:02):
As do they still have it?

Speaker 3 (30:05):
Yes, it's so interesting to watch a live thing on
Netflix that wasn't live.

Speaker 2 (30:09):
It was like what a week ago?

Speaker 3 (30:11):
Yes, but I still watched it and got into it
just like it was happening in real time.

Speaker 1 (30:16):
You already knew the outcome.

Speaker 2 (30:17):
I already knew, but I still got into it.

Speaker 1 (30:20):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (30:22):
I like the pop and circumstance of those big live events,
and I like the T T Stadium.

Speaker 2 (30:26):
That just did something for me.

Speaker 5 (30:27):
My favorite meme to come out of that was that
it was like on TikTok, everybody was saying in quotes,
women are so dramatic. And then it's the video of
Jake Paul coming out in that car with.

Speaker 1 (30:37):
The song and the mist and stuff and just came
out with nothing.

Speaker 3 (30:40):
He was like, it was fascinating still to watch. All Right,
we can watch the sicany what's on yours?

Speaker 4 (30:45):
Okay, So give this one a try because the premise
might seem a little crazy.

Speaker 1 (30:49):
And I watched it the other night. It's called Hot
Frosty and it's basically about a.

Speaker 4 (30:54):
Snowman that comes to life to then like fall in
love with the lead character.

Speaker 1 (31:00):
Limits see what I'm telling you.

Speaker 4 (31:02):
I did not think that the movie like this would
make me cry at the end, and it hooked me.
And it was so warm and fuzzy and stupid cue
and everybody is talking about it. So Hot Frosty on
Netflix I actually.

Speaker 2 (31:12):
Like Lacy Shaver. She's in here.

Speaker 5 (31:13):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (31:14):
Okay, so I'm down. I'm down, Tanya. What's on your
weekend watch list?

Speaker 8 (31:17):
Okay?

Speaker 5 (31:17):
Red One? This movie is in theaters and it is
Santa Claus is Kidnapped, and Chris Evans and Dwayne the
Rock Johnson, whom I'm obsessed with.

Speaker 1 (31:29):
I love him.

Speaker 5 (31:30):
The Rock to me is peak everything like I love him. Anyways,
I watched this movie last weekend. It's so cute, it's
very Christmas vibes. And it's in theaters.

Speaker 2 (31:40):
Okay, it's in theaters. Oh, got it?

Speaker 8 (31:41):
All right?

Speaker 2 (31:42):
So that's Red One. Ruby. What's on your weekend watch?

Speaker 8 (31:44):
Mine?

Speaker 7 (31:45):
Is so wholesome? It's called Our Oceans on Netflix. It's
basically this amazing underwater footage that captures, you know, all
the animals that dwell above inside and deep beneath the ocean.
And it's narrated by Barack Obama. So that's really what
hooked me.

Speaker 2 (32:00):
Wow.

Speaker 3 (32:01):
Okay, and he said his voice is very recognized. Yes,
just to put on your radar is something I thought
you might be interested in.

Speaker 8 (32:07):
Here.

Speaker 3 (32:07):
Team on Thursday, which is a little ways away Thursday, obviously,
it's Thanksgiving Day. You've got the macy S Thainks Giving
Day Parade also on Thursday? Is it cake Holiday?

Speaker 1 (32:17):
Who knew that was coming?

Speaker 3 (32:20):
I'm so exciting, you know that would tickle your fancy
that show.

Speaker 5 (32:25):
A holiday edition of that is so Mowana.

Speaker 1 (32:29):
Too comes out next week. I've got tickets with the kids.

Speaker 3 (32:34):
It's exciting to get to this point of the week.
It's a moment of the week. We cover a lot
of ground. I actually couldn't tell you what we did
this week. If you said to me, remember five things
from every day we did a show, forget it right,
can't do it. So that's why I rely on the
back room who has a log of all the things
that we've done, and they submitted some ideas for the

(32:57):
moment of the week. What stands out in michaela for
you is moment.

Speaker 2 (33:00):
Of the week?

Speaker 1 (33:02):
I feel like there's a lot.

Speaker 2 (33:04):
I know, that's my point. I don't know. I can't remember.
If my parents asked me what did you do on
the show today? I can't remember.

Speaker 3 (33:14):
I talked to Tanya and he ruby laughed. I mean
it was a big day, yes, he laughed.

Speaker 2 (33:19):
Sorry, I.

Speaker 5 (33:22):
Got a new send off this week?

Speaker 2 (33:24):
Yes, but see I forgot that. What is it to
be continued?

Speaker 3 (33:31):
Uh, we we have the moment of the week here.
This is what we decided. We did take a look
back at some of the things that we covered this week,
and our moment of the week came from Ryan's Roses.
It was an unusual Ryan's Roads. Yes, Julian and Claremont.
He reached out. He said his brother got divorced, his
brother came out to the family, so he is gay.
And since then, Julian's brother and Julian's wife have been

(33:52):
spending a lot of time together and Julian is now
suspect of that time, not thinking it's just friendly, thinking
it's just it's more than friendly. So it's very complicated
and there's not a lot of trust between the two brothers.
We called Josh and we offered him, you know the roses,
who do you want to send them to? He sent
them to his kids, and then Julian confronted his brother

(34:13):
and this is what went down.

Speaker 8 (34:15):
Not cool, man, No, it's it's this is a blessing
because these conversations were happenings. I'm telling you you need
to look at this in the way.

Speaker 5 (34:29):
Like we shouldn't be here.

Speaker 8 (34:31):
I'm telling you, man, you just talk to her. Police,
Just talk to her. She wants to talk to you.
Just talk to her. There's I'm just going to be
worried about that unless you guys don't have to come.
I want to.

Speaker 6 (34:52):
I want to trust you.

Speaker 3 (34:54):
Julian and I if you're just getting here, you're listening
to Julian and Josh who are brothers, and Julian suspected
his brothers right now.

Speaker 8 (35:05):
We're on the radio.

Speaker 2 (35:06):
Man, it's all on the air.

Speaker 8 (35:11):
I can't.

Speaker 3 (35:11):
I hate to laugh at that moment, But he didn't.
I don't think he realized that the two of them
were being heard by all of us.

Speaker 1 (35:17):
No, he literally was like, bro, who are these people?

Speaker 3 (35:20):
Who is talking right now? I hope those two work
it out. Yeah it sounds hopeful. Yeah, I mean it
ended up.

Speaker 2 (35:30):
I think hopeful.

Speaker 4 (35:31):
I think just getting the information. Now you just have
to deal with it and he has to fixate with
his wife.

Speaker 2 (35:38):
Ryan's Roses Moment of the Week. We'll do it again
on Monday here.

Speaker 5 (35:43):
With Ryan's seacrest.

Speaker 3 (35:46):
Hi, guys, that is going to do it for the
Friday morning broadcast one or two point seven. Kiss, I've
had a los Angeles. Thank you for listening to us.
So this weekend, Systey's putting up the Christmas tree. I
gotta get my decorations in order as well. Yeah, I'm
gonna get out my boxes of things.

Speaker 2 (36:02):
So he's very exciting.

Speaker 3 (36:03):
I've got a couple of things that my parents gave me,
like that old nutcracker statue the soldier that you.

Speaker 2 (36:08):
Put a walnut in his mouth, and I have two
of those. It brings me so much joy. That's right.
Every season. Chanya's food tasting for her wedding.

Speaker 3 (36:18):
Yeah, and Ruby's got three friends givings to it.

Speaker 8 (36:21):
Ten.

Speaker 2 (36:22):
That's a lot.

Speaker 7 (36:23):
Of I think I'm like, I'm doing too much this weekend,
but yeah, there's a lot of friends givings. I feel
like everyone waited for this weekend.

Speaker 3 (36:31):
To this weekend is the weekend for friendsgivings, because obviously,
you know, you can do your family on Thursday, but
this is the weekend for friendsgiving fun. Thanks for being here,
Thanks for everything that was done and all the things
that we talked about covered back room, well done, great job,
and all that stuff.

Speaker 2 (36:47):
Just to have a good weekend. O'clock. I sure am
back to do it. I'll check you out tonight if
you

Speaker 3 (36:53):
