This is a thank you so much, thank you. It
is a big deal and I just feel extremely honored
and I'm so happy to be here.
Speaker 1 (00:16):
What do you think people will be surprised by when
they watch Selena's documentary.
Speaker 2 (00:23):
I think they're going to be surprised by the sheer
volume of new footage and never before seen footage behind
the scenes. I was pretty overwhelmed and kind of surprised
by it when I first saw it, and so I
think people are going to be really surprised by that too.
Speaker 1 (00:42):
What did you see on these VHS tapes that you thought, Wow,
that is something we have to share that nobody knew about.
Speaker 2 (00:50):
You know, for me, the home video that was shot
by mostly by Susette, Selena's sister, it just feels like
family video, Like it feels so intimate and it doesn't
feel like, you know, like the performances in the interviews
are so beautiful and you know, significant themselves, but that

behind the scenes footage to me just always kind of
catches me off guard because it just feels so personal.
