Speaker 1 (00:00):
From Hollywood. See you, thank you for listening to us.
Ryan Air with Ryan Seacrest partly Sunny Highs in the
low seventies, low eighties Inland. Sissy advertised he's doing a
stay cation on Friday. So how was this stay cation?
It was very fun. We went to the Lows in
Santa Monica and kids, No, we brought the kids. It

(00:22):
was for the twins. It was we celebrated their fourth
birthday out there. We told him that it was the
House of Kano because it was so big, so the hotel.
That's what we told them, so they believed it. And
so yeah, we just we we meet some moores and
uh don't hotel. Yeah, they have little fire pits there.
It's really cool. And did you bike? I always have

(00:44):
a rent of bike out there. Well, we went on
the bike trail. Michael and I did not bike, but
we bought the twins skateboards, so we helped them. We
helped them skateboard down the boardwalk. Just my tip, Tony,
if you and Robbie go biking on any of the
bike pass be aware of the curves of the bike
path and loose sand. Someone in here spun out on

(01:05):
the loose sand. Taking one of those hard turns. Oh
my gosh, I could see that happening, because when there's
nobody there, I try and go. It's kind of it's
kind of cool. You go around the turns fast, you know,
they we around playground equipment and trees and things. But
those someone's hard turns, there's loose sand and you will slip.
We're not really bike people. We've only biked once in

(01:29):
our relationship. People. I don't know. I was thinking about it.
I'm like, we've only biked once. So cute. We didn't
do a cruiser. You don't do like a put on
a bunch of you have to wear helmet, but don't
you put all the gear just your cruiser. Michael has
got a matte black cruiser. Are going to have a
mint green bike. Why don't you rent a bike in

(01:52):
Santa Cruisers two cruisers in Santa Monica and bike through
the Marina down past X to Manton Beach. How have
lunch and then by back win get you one of
the directions. A lot of beaches down. Listen. You don't
know what that wind is until you're coming back after.
Oh my god, it's fun on the way down. Wait

(02:14):
back it's like broad fish on a cruiser. All right, guys,
contain your excitement. We have Ryan's roses. We'll spring cash
in a second. Also, I want to find out what
the big fourth birthday celebration is going to be. Got
big plans. Well, we did them. We did them over
the weekend. That was our big plans. But tonight was it?

(02:34):
So the loads is the whole thing that not no
cake tonight on the Actually no, no, we are yes, yes, yes,
We'll get into that coming up. So we were just
saying we've got a Ryan's roses. After seven, she saw
something that led her to believe that her husband is
cheating on her with her longtime best friend, and she
wants proof. That's at seven fort sissony, what's kind of cake?
When the twins get tonight for their fourth birthday celebration. Honestly,

(02:57):
I've been so crazy I have not gotten it. Yeah,
but I was just going to go to the why
my blanket on the sweet what's a cake? The place
across the street from the house. Oh, why am I
blanket too? I get it all the time. I know
sweet sugar does to you guys in your brains. Susie cakes,
they have always like the pre made little cakes, and
so I'm gonna go get to a little ones, probably

(03:20):
the fun fetty one, and then maybe I'll do like
the marble for the other one, very yummy. But I
always do two cakes because I don't want to have
them share their birthday. They always have to share so much,
so they each get their own birthday cake. Do you
guys in celebration? Do you remember this moment? So we
heard the heartbeat and it was awesome, and then we

(03:41):
heard the other heartbeat. You didn't tell us that you're
having twins. I'm having Oh my gosh, I no one
knew that part time excited you were. You could hear
it like you were nervous. I was nervous. I was
just so excited to tell you guys finally, and well,

(04:04):
it's like I feel like Ryan, you knew I was pregnant,
but you just didn't know it was twins. Even when
you said to heart beats, I was confused. Oh. So,
now here we are years later, four birthdays later, and
Sistan he wants to try a new sport. Right. Is

(04:27):
this part of just want to do stuff with the
kids or is this on your own? I don't know
you know John Vaness I do not know him personally.
I found him on the show, right, Okay, so I yeah,
I'm on a nickname with him. So Jonathan Vaness he uh,
he follow him on Instagram and he has been really
active in gymnastics, like he is being trained professionally, and

(04:52):
he knows how to do his roundoff back, cant spring
and roundoff back, tuck into like padded you know, maths
and things like that. And I talked the long hair
Jonath Yes, yes, from Queer Eye. Yeah. And and so
I used to do gymnastics when I was a kid
and obviously got through high school and cheerleading and all that,
and I used to be I have pretty good skills

(05:12):
when it comes to gymnastics. And so I was like,
if he can do this, I maybe I need to
get back into gymnastics. Like, is there an adult gymnastics
jim around town that has classes for adults? Like, I know,
I know I can find stuff for kids, but I
would start with pelvic floor physical therapy basically like adult gymnastics,

(05:34):
because you're doing some contorting and things. Oh my god,
I'm watching video of Jonna vanessh doing Yes, he's so good.
Oh my god. So I inspired me, and I'm like,
I need to research some places here and maybe in
the valley that I can go into found a place
that works on your balance, endurance and handstanding. You've seen

(05:56):
me do the handstand working on the handstand, so soon
I'll be able to do ut without the wall in
the middle of a room. And that's eventually I'll be
able to walk on my hands. That's good conditioning. That's
because it takes real, like real hardcore small muscle strength.
You know, it's all core. It's all core, and gymnastics
is so mental, so it's really like, in a weird way,

(06:17):
it's an escape from reality when you're doing gymnastics. Whatever
your path is, to mobility because gymnastics you've gotta be flexible,
and mobility is important. As time goes by, you're gonna
want things that keep you limber and flexible. And that
seems like a great one that also keeps in fantastic shape.
So are there adult gymnastic classes tops you are a

(06:39):
jiu jitsu expert, have you seen any of these classes? Yeah,
of course they have them. They have them to well,
who are they the gymnastics, So you've not seen one before. No,
I've never done it, but yeah, of course they would
have to. They would have to say as top so mandatory. Well,

(07:00):
I'm here for it. Was Michael going to do it
with you? No, this is my thing. Oh you know
what everybody keeps saying to do, And it's like it's
so easy, and yet I can't do it every day.
Stretch No, lay it on your back and put your
legs up on a wall so your legs are like
above your just for twenty minutes a day. They say
to do that, and it helps so much of your

(07:20):
emphatic system, and I'm like, why can't I do it?
Think about how much time you spit on your phone,
and you could totally do it if you just wear
on Instagram. I could do it right now on the show.
I could just turn my microphone around and just be
doing it right now. And yet I don't. I don't
think the microphone is that much extension. It won't reach,
So you can't really do it right now. We could
maybe during our meeting after the show. I could do
it during fifty minutes up kissing the nine o'clock. I'll

(07:41):
give it down there for half of it. Yeah, let's
get to your morning hack. This morning brain food number
one food. Harvard Medical School says one food improves brain
health above others. You know it, what is it? Broccoli, spinach, blueberries? Oh?
I love that blueberries. They keep your brain sharp. Today's quote.

(08:03):
Whatever you're looking for is looking for YouTube. Just know
that if it's meant to be. Paths will intersect on
air with Ryan Seacres. We're almost into seven and Ryan's
roses sisane with adlines. Well, if you use Google Chrome
as your Internet browser, beware your information could be compromised.

(08:26):
Google issue an alert warning billions of Chrome users that
the browser has been successfully targeted by hackers. The tech
company is now releasing an update within the next few
days to fix the bugs, which would affect Windows and
mac os. Now, a jersey warned by Kobe Bryant in
his rookie season, including two playoff games, will be sold

(08:46):
at auction. The jersey from seven season could fetch between
three million to five million dollars, They'll saying in this
online auction that begins on May eighteen and will end
on June four. And Adele's residency was long anticipated at
the Coli CMT Caeesar's Palace in Las Vegas, but you know,

(09:07):
the production was continually delayed and whatnot. TMZ is now
reporting that it sounds like she is now close to
closing a deal with Planet Hollywood that would move her
residency to Zappos Theater if all goes well, So starts
to say she will be premiering her show there in
just a few months on air with Ryan Seacrest. I

(09:29):
check this out. Eli Solano is coming on the air
with us right now. You don't probably know him, but
he's a school teacher from l A who spends his
free time traveling around California and then he finds hidden
gems and puts him on TikTok, Hidden Jim's all of
our state, puts him up on TikTok and Instagram, and
so Eli joining us. Now, Eli, good morning, Good, How

(09:50):
are you? I'm so good. I love that you are
mining our great state of California for cool stuff. Um.
Where do you teach? Um? I teach at a school
in West l A Called Harvard West Lakes It right,
I think I've passed it when I go over the
hills of Cold Water Canyon. Yeah, okay, I've been caught

(10:12):
in traffic there, So you know, I grew up not
in this state. So when I came to this state,
I couldn't believe the differences in Southern California, Central Valley,
Northern California. I mean, the coast is just and the
climates and the architecture whatever, it's just so different as

(10:33):
you travel one state. And you obviously appreciated that too.
So tell us about your explorations and your excursions and
what you try to discover and what you have discovered
about our state. Sure sounds good. Um, Well, I'm born
and raised in l A, So, um, I obviously loved
my city. Um, and I've always loved my state. And

(10:53):
during the shutdown, and that really inspired me. I think
to explore our backyard, right, what we have here, And
obviously traveling internationally was not a reality or even Domescali
at times, right. So um, I think when I hear
either friends you know, from other states or from other countries,
they when the day in California, they always think, oh,
Los Angeles, Hollywood, Malibu, you know, San Francisco, et cetera.

(11:16):
And although they're great, you know they're great. I wanted
to showcase I think more of the the in depth
beauty of the state. So that's really what propelled me
to explore take road trips, um, go onto you know,
different highs. I'm a huge hiker as well, and by
doing that, I explored that, yes, we have deserts, we
have mountains that my you know rival the Swiss Alps

(11:39):
in the Sierra Nevada's. We have redwoods, we have forests,
we have waterfalls. So I think that's what really um
the shutdown was. Actually that's really what inspired me to
really export. Yeah, I guess in a way it did
force many of us to say, Okay, we have gold
in our own back yard. I mean kind of exactly
like gold in our own back hard. Um. So when

(12:01):
you think of something that you discovered that you want
to go back to, what comes to mind? Oh? Um,
probably Like I mentioned, I'm a hikers, I think, um,
really going and documenting different uh mountain ranges, like for instance,
this summer, I'm hoping to hike up to Mount Whitney.
Um that's the goal. Um so uh and sol I've

(12:25):
hiked the Seven Peaks, so Mount Bald me one of them.
So I think just being in love or in trance
with the the environment, the area topography of our state.
That really, I think inspires me to continue and um
go back and we discover new hidden gems. And that's
really what my account about, like discovering hidden gems in
our backyard that people were unaware of and good for

(12:47):
any budget, you know, because obviously gas prices, but but
these things are relatively free and accessible, so you can
fill check out his stuff. It's on TikTok Instagram. But
at Eli Slano Travel. Yeah, we like Salona travels on ticktoe.
Very cool and thanks for teaching the kids always always,

(13:09):
He's like, always until I get a travel show. I
hope that's what we have our summers, right, our summers
that spring breaks are yeah, kind of cool. Like I
wonder suck a single? Not that I used to be
able to ask for people here, but no one's no
one's on the market anymore here. All right, you're almost
into our Ryan's roses. She saw something that led her
to believe that her husband is cheating on her with

(13:31):
her longtime best friend, but wants to proof. Okay, let's
get to it. So you say you want to talk
about rituals in a relationship, So I want you you
to each think about if you have or had any

(13:51):
rituals with your significant other that you like to share,
So think about that while I tell you this report.
So we all remember, we're hearing about Megan, Fox, Machine
Gun Kelly talking about drinking each other's blood. Right, so
when they've talked about it, I kind of envisioned them
drinking these like big goblets, kind of like those silver
cups from the show's Ultimately Well, no, but that's kind

(14:14):
of what I envisioned, just like these silver goblets of
each other's blood. So Megan is clearing it up, she said,
instead of those goblets, it's actually just a few drops
of each other's blood. And it's something that they've done
on multiple occasions. And she said for ritual purposes only.
And it got me thinking about rituals and a relationship,
like that's such a Tanya thing, you know, like I

(14:35):
don't think my boyfriend would go for the blood droplets. Um,
but I like the idea of having some kind of
ritual that you do. You know, maybe certain times there
are certain dates of the year that are like important
or significant to you both, and I want one. So
I love tradition. I love tradition, so therefore I think

(14:57):
I love ceremony and ritual too. Can't be all the time. Now,
that's not true. I do have a ritual when I
go to bed because I need to, like I want to,
and I don't do it all the time, but I
try and do it many times, which is sleep, shirt,
phone off, dim lights, breathe, decompress, sleep pillow, don't light
and stage all the time. I do. I don't do

(15:19):
it all the time. Just to find and do your
nightgown every night. It's not a nightgown, a sleep shirt, nightgown,
baggy sleep shirt. I have not worn bottom since the
pandemic began. Yeah, everything changed, so um Anyway, I like

(15:39):
a ritual. I like a ceremony, I really. I mean
certainly with your kids in your family says you established
your own traditions. Yeah, with the hula days and things
like that, especially around Christmas. But Michael and I have
something that we've done for many years. I don't don't
know if it's a ritual, but we call it our
twenty second hug. I think I've told you guys about it.
So it's whenever like life gets crazy or we're stressed,

(16:01):
or maybe we're arguing, we can't come to terms with it,
like whatever it is, we're just running around like second
hug and we'll just hug. I know, we hug for
twenty seconds and it does something like it releases yes,
and we just and you. It's like if we say it,
we have to stop what we're doing and we just
have to do it and it really helps. I mean,

(16:21):
it's cute, virgin wow. But we don't do it in public,
like we're just we're by ourselves. We're home. No no,
no no no, we're like not PDA like that. Now, Ty,
would Robbie ever do that? Huge? Yeah, for sure. Yeah

(16:43):
try it? You got Ryan, you should try it. Yeah,
hug for twenty seconds. Nod. Now, it's different when it's
not your significant others. It has to be your significant
other because you feel that you feel the love like
you really you feel body energy transfer. You would they
say that's the thing. It is a thing. When someone
puts her hands on you, that's something and it really

(17:07):
resets you. It's nice. Uh all right, So ritual's traditions.
I'm for it. I like it. Not not of the blood.
I don't even like. I'm I'm very I can't even
watch blood on the screen, It's time for Ryan's roses

(17:31):
on one or two point seven kiss FM. Alright, dear
Ryan and Sisson. I think my husband is sleeping with
a friend of mine, but I need the proof. She
was showing me a video on her phone and a
message popped up that I swear it was from my
husband Laura. Good morning, Hi guys, good morning. All right,

(17:54):
let's just get down to it, because it sounds like
you're on a path here and you've got a mission.
First of all, of it being with your best friend.
How are you doing with that? Um, it's not great,
especially since I was like really there for her during
her divorce a couple of years ago. And you know,
our our kids are so close because at the same age,
like it's like our lives are so intertwined. So it's

(18:16):
just if this is this is true, then it's just
so heartbreaking. So do you think the friend that you
deemed as your best has the ability to do something
like this to you? And like, why don't you trust her?
I mean I wouldn't. I wouldn't have thought that, but
that text is just I mean I didn't get a
good enough look at the name, which is why I

(18:37):
need your guys help, but like I could swear that
that was that was his name, and that's the picture
he uses, which was just and that I got because
I got about a look at the message than I
did the name, and you know, wow, show me more
and like with all the weird like heart emojis and
fire emojis, like it gave me such a sinking feeling
in my stomach. And then Rachel just got so weird

(18:59):
after that, and like it's weird enough that I'm like, Okay,
I'm just gonna go. So her name is Rach. He's
your best friend. Okay, right, Laura, are you are? Do
you have a birthday coming up or something? It sounds
like maybe they're like planning something for you. Show me
more fire emoji hart maybe like if she had something
cool for the party, and he's like, like the crab

(19:21):
is always used, the fire heart emodial could be still
like fire emoji heart because be like, I love that party.
My birthday was two months ago and this happened two
weeks ago. Okay, alright, coming next, we'll try and find
out what is going on with Laura's husband and Rachel

(19:43):
on air with Ryan Seacrest. We are in Ryan's roses
right now, quick up to speed. Laura on the line
thinks her husband cheating with her best friend named Rachel.
She saw something come in message show me more heart
emoji's fire emojis, So she's pretty much sure. She just
wants a little proof. Laura, I need you to say Ryan,

(20:06):
you have my permission to call, and then his name
on kiss up m Go ahead, Ryan, you have my
permission to called Kisma. We're doing it now. Be very quiet.
Let's see we can find out from him what he
puts in the card et cetera. Be very quiet till
we tell me he's on the air. Okay, good luck, Okay, thanks? Hello? Hi?

(20:40):
Is this Jeremy? Yeah, this Jeremy. Hi. My name is Lilah.
I'm calling from the Enchanted Flories. How you doing this morning? Uh?
I'm good. So I didn't I'm sorry I would. Who
are you? Yeah? We are actually a brand new flowershop here.
We're on Kittella right here in Anaheim, on the other
side of the freeway from Disney near like it's like
a seven eleven and little shopping center right there. So

(21:02):
we're offering local residents of promotion. It's free roses and
basically you can send them to anybody that you like.
We're just trying to promote our delivery service. So they're
absolutely free. I just need the name of the person
you want to send them to. We can have them
out by lunchtime. Uh you don't say free, but you
don't need a credit card. I don't need a credit card.
I don't even need your email adds. I don't need

(21:24):
anything from you. Just the name of the person you
want to send them to and a note. And of
course we hope local resident. Yes, we do it about
once a month. We picked somebody at random, and uh,
hopefully you come back as a customer eventually. If you
like our arrangements. All right, that's good to me. Let's
do it. Um, who do you want to send? What

(21:45):
do you need from me? Send them to my wife? Okay,
what's her name? Laura? Right? And what would you like
to put on the card? Um? All my love, Jeremy,
Oh my love? Cute, short and sweet? M hm alright?
Could you being on one second? Sure? Okay? Thank you? Yeah?

(22:10):
I mean you guys want to still talk too. At
this point, He's doing everything right, Laura, Laura, you sure
you want us to come in on this or you
want to just take it from here. I need to know.
I need to know what that text is about. Okay,
So I'm gonna come in all right, Jeremy. Your voice
has been broadcasting the radio. Jeremy needs you to know

(22:30):
that this is Ryan. I've got Sisany. Your voice has
been broadcast on the radio. I've got Sissany and Tanya
here along with your wife Laura. So this won't take long, Jeremy.
But your wife has a dear friend named Rachel, and
she saw a text come in from you to Rachel,
and well you know what it said, right, So why

(22:54):
did you send show me more with heart emojis and
fire emojis? Oh my god? What is this? What did
she tell you? She didn't tell me go ahead, she
didn't tell me any. I mean, she didn't tell me anything.
I saw the text. What does that text mean? It?

(23:16):
I they nothing. I'm gonna tell you nothing is going on.
I mean, fine, I want to have this conversation with you,
but not. And I think it's happened like this. Rachel
isn't coming after me for a long time. Okay. She's
really flirty, she's grabby, she's like you know, especially when

(23:36):
there's alcohol around. She likes to drink. And when she's
over at our place and like you turn away, she'll
grab me like in a flirty way, like touch my leg,
that's my arm. But only she knows when she knows
she's you're not looking. Wait? Why why why have you
never told me this before? They I didn't want to

(23:58):
tell you because you guys have been you guys are
friends forever. Why are you texting her flirty text messages? Then? Because? Uh,
like I was like leading her on the bigger, like
the more evidence I could get, more likely, she bab
that you would believe me. I didn't want to tell

(24:20):
you this because I want to fund the right time
to say this. It's gonna blow up your friendship. But
she's a flirty friend, which I think is inappropriate. I
don't I don't know what to say. I just don't know.
If this is If this has been going on for
a long time, then why why didn't you tell me
any of it? I didn't. I'm sorry. I I'm having

(24:45):
I'm having some trouble believing you right now. I feel
like that like you guys are haveing, like I have
some secret apair going on, and you're just putting it
all on her. So, Jeremy, let's just be transparent here.
Your wife thinks that you're having an affair with her
best friend. This is a disaster already, right because she

(25:05):
thinks that, So is it true? It's gonna be worse
if she finds out that it is later. Tell her
now if it's true, Abe, I'm telling you right now,
I'm telling you the truth. I don't know what else
to tell you. I have the photos to show you
that I'm telling you the truth. Yeah, because you asked

(25:27):
for the photos. I don't know why you needed more proof?
Why do you need to ask for more photos? You?
If you already why do you ask for more? Are
so close? I would you wouldn't believe me if I
didn't have the pictures? Yeah, But if you already sent
you some and then you ask for more, why do
you need more? Isn't the exhibit a ether thance enough? Like? What?

(25:50):
What the hell? I don't as fine? Maybe I don't
know what to tell you, but I'm telling you the truth,
all right. Look, Laura, I think you are the only
one that knows Jeremy on this call. So we're gonna
let you take what you heard and address it further.

(26:10):
And thank you for reaching out, Jeremy. Thank you for
answering our questions. Good luck to you guys. All right,
thank you? All right, it's his name. I don't believe him.
I don't believe him. What I don't believe Jeremy. Something
is up there, right, Rachel the text, he's trying to
put it off on Rachel. So Rachel's the other woman.

(26:32):
Laura is his wife. I don't. I just don't. I
don't believe him, Tanya, you believe him. I don't not
believe him. I don't think he's cheating. I don't think
he's what did I say? I don't not believe him.
I do not believe him. Yeah, I don't think he's cheating.
I don't think he's waiting. Do you do believe him

(26:52):
or you don't believe him? I do believe him, yes, Okay,
I don't. Something's going on even if he's not cheating,
he's enjoying the attention from Rachel. Yeah, he's eating and
he's drinking it up right, and he's asking for more
and he's he's he said he was playing along leading
her on, Like what what's the point. What's her role

(27:12):
in this too? By the way, Rachel not great, not
a good friend. We had Laura and Jeremy on the line.
She saw a message come in saying show me more
to her best friend Rachel from her husband Jeremy. Fire
emoji heard emoji. Anyway, he sends the roses to his wife.
But Tessy and I still don't believe that something isn't

(27:34):
going on, or that he's not liking something going on
with her best friend. Now now even so, here's the
other thing. So I'm Laura the wife, I'm suspect of
not only my husband, my best friends. So terrible, even
though we didn't prove it out. That's a hollow feeling
to know that you're you're too closest people, you're doubting,

(27:54):
and you're losing sleepover. It's just the worst. It's terrible.
Where's my heart? And I'm not even involved? But tany
you believe in Why do you believe him so much?
I don't know. He said the flowers to his wife
and he's seen I don't know. Well, Kelsey, you're in Torrents.
You have a clear view of this. What's up? Okay, Look,
this is what I think is going on. I think

(28:16):
a hundred percent he's sleeping with Rachel, and I think
that he planned it. And I think that he, like
course or whatever, is like flirted with her to get
those photos so that he can blame it all on
her and make her seem like she's the crazy one.
And I think it was his plan all along, so
that Jeremy seems like, oh so he's gaslighting. Yes, so

(28:40):
you think Rachel and Jeremy are sleeping together and it
was part of his master strategy to make him look
like he was a victim. Yeah, I think, like it
makes no sense. I mean, he was so quick to
just blame it all on her. Yeah, and if she
saw those messages like come on, you can't fake that.

(29:00):
Does he think Laura will choose him of a Rachel
if she has to? I mean that's a tough choice,
but I guess I think that's his plan that I
think Laura, Wow, I mean I hope she won't. That's
his plan. Could be a plan, all right, Kelsie, Thank
you for helping a spiral here. Thank you for calling,

(29:21):
Thank you Air with Ryan's Secret, Good morning Ryan Seacrest
with you. Thanks for having us on. So you have
a dating strategy that's the headline here, and it's called
the three three three dating strategy. Have you ever heard
of this time yet? No? But I'm curious if it

(29:43):
has something to do with like you always have to
have a main dish and then a couple of burners.
Uh yeah, kind of. That's one set of threes. What
are the other threes? So okay, let's break it down
for when this woman has gone viral because this apparently
she created this strategy and she claims that her dating
game lately changed when she started doing the three three
three dating strategy. Basically, you date three people at a time.

(30:08):
Anything more than that becomes a little bit hard to manage. Okay,
but it's like, but you're not getting you're not getting
too deep with them. You date them for at least
three months before making any commitment. Three people for three
months and you have a job. Yes, but you can
like meet one for coffee just like see them every day.
So no commitment because at that stage you would have likely,

(30:29):
you know, seeing their best side. After three months you
see some of their imperfections. Um, and then you'll be
able to make a better decision. They say after three months,
it's like almost like don't jump in right away. Like
I jumped in with Michael week one month one. I
was already saying I love you. So it's interesting, like
if you were to wait three months to actually hold
back these feelings, where would you be. Lastly, the you

(30:52):
give each person that you're dating three chances whenever there's
things that come up that maybe bother you about. That's
a lot. Yeah, oh my god, I get one and
flag exactly. It makes it easier to date the other two.
Then listen, these are the this is the three three
three strategy. This I don't know who you said, the
author of this is, but this person had to have

(31:14):
time on their hands because I'm telling you right now,
you're dating three people trying to make it great, and
you're working, and you're giving him three chances in three months.
That's not reality. It is. I used to date multiple
people before I met Michael at the same time. One
time I was dating five people, and it was like,
how do you keep up with your text messages? Like
when you're dating somebody, you text and you have like

(31:36):
the cool flirting. It wasn't like different guys like oh
my god, it wasn't so intense, and some of them
didn't live in l A. Some lived in San Diego
and like whatever, so it was, you know, easy. Maybe
she had two phones, it wasn't like that. It wasn't
even like sneaking around, like what if one guy said
like good morning and then you said, you know, good
morning back, and then the other guy texted you and
you thought it was the other guy and then you're like, oh, yeah,
I'm gonna meet you, and then you're just what, no,

(31:58):
my life eyes At the same time before, I don't
act like it's a crazy thing. I was a one
man kind of gal. I can't do multiples. The most
I've done is I've like maybe two at a time.
But even then I really liked one of the two,
and I just wanted to be with the one. Oh no,
you dating multiple man was really fun because it will

(32:20):
be the other guy. But it's not like that, and
you know what they were doating too. There was no
commitment on either parties. Like it was like you're early
saying like you're one of those you're the other guy,
and you think, oh, all is great and she's at home.
One don't really want to be with you want to
be with him. My gosh, that's scar. It was transparent.
It was like, we're not we're not a boyfriend girlfriend,

(32:41):
so you're free to do whatever you want to do
to want him with five girls. But no, But when
you made up up with guys, like, if I'm dating somebody,
i'm dating them because I really liked them and I
want except for that other guy, you don't really like
you're just dating. You just told me, well, if you're
dating and you don't even realize you're dating, like it's
like you're kind of with them. You're not physically doing things,

(33:02):
but they're your buddy. That's your go to guy for
whatever reason for that city. But you're hooking up with him, maybe,
but maybe not. I remember I went out with somebody
right after I met my current boyfriend, Robbie. Went on
a date with somebody else. Actually sysany I was with you,
and I remember the whole day I was with this guy,
I was just thinking about Robbie the whole time. Oh

(33:24):
my god, how often would be that guy? I know?
But what are you thinking about Robbie? You know, honestly,
this conversation makes marriage sound easier. This is really I
do not envy you of your dating air with Ryan Seacrest.
I'm gonna bring in Juliette Brogli now Julia is in Burbank. Actually, hey, Juliet,

(33:45):
how are you? It's Ryan and everybody here, Sisney and
tany How you doing hi and doing well? How about yourself?
Super well? Today is the second day of Mental Health
Awareness Month. Is something we didn't talk about when I
was your age, Julie. I think you're twenty four and
you are talking about so many other people. It's important,

(34:05):
and you have m You've got a really it's a
tough story, but you're doing something wonderful as part of it.
So tell us, Julia, how you ended up being such
an advocate and speaker and co founder of Brobbley Box
and what that is. Yeah, of course, so yes, my
journey has been long. But um, I got into mental

(34:28):
health advocacy first and foremost because I personally have struggle
with anxiety and impression the majority of my life and
was always embarrassed about it, thought of the personal weakness,
which now, of course I know is not the case.
But what ultimately inspired me to start Broboli Box is
losing my brother justin m to suicide, and that experience

(34:48):
woke me up to the reality that needs to take
care of myself. And then because of that, everybody started
asking me for resources. And because I was sharing my
story more openly, people were coming out of the woodwork, friends, family,
coworkers saying that they too struggled or they knew someone
that was, and so I just wanted to get those

(35:08):
resources package in a way that felt very heartwarming and
and digestible. So that's kind of how Brooky Box started it.
We do mental wellness and self care care packages. And
did you know your brother was going through something? Yes,
my brother actually was very open about his mental health struggles,

(35:29):
but unfortunately at the time, I didn't know what to
do with that information. And so that's why you know, now,
with with it being Mental Health Awareness months, it is
so so important that if you to reach out and
check in on your friends and your family, and even
if you know that there's they're going through something, that
professional resources are available. Um And I know now that

(35:52):
that is absolutely the case, and there's so much help
available and it's so crucial to get that help. And
the stats are that one in five will be diagnosed
with a mental health condition but I like to say
that five and five of us have mental health and
it's what we're doing every single day to build up
our mental resilience that will help up through those hard times.

(36:12):
Juliet's it's so right. Uh so we're looking at your
boxer the Brogli box. Tell us about the boxes? Yeah, so, um,
we like to say Brogli Boxes mental wellness delivered and
all of the products um and contents pull from our
six pillars of mental wellness. So those are mindfulness, gratitude, relaxation, nutrition, sleep,

(36:35):
and fitness. So we have precurated boxes um that are
already packaged, or you can actually go on and choose
what products do you want to send so you can
send it yourself, or you can send it to a
loved one or a friend and include a personalized cards.
They're really cute and they have a journal. I see
these like mindfulness cards. Have those cards? Yeah, they're really good. Right,

(36:56):
it's like every day, it's like you pull a card
every single day and it's a nice practice. What's what's
can you pull on? Yeah? Let me there's like little
sub sections in there if you open it, all right,
rest in balance, curiosity and joy inside and awareness or kindness.
Where would you guys like me to pull from rest
and balance? Julie, just you know, Tany just judged my

(37:20):
choice her face. Yeah, I just saw your face like, oh,
this one says make space for silence. Couldn't agree. That
is so good. Although, Julie, I'm not a big fan
of being like completely silent. Start this is why you
need it. Make space for it. Give yourself ten fifteen

(37:40):
minutes out of the day to just be silent. But
then my voices start. Mindfulness has been so important on
the journey, and I like to say that mindfulness is
really the practice of becoming more resflective than reactive. And
it's such a great practice for anyone, whether you have

(38:00):
a mental health condition or not. It's all about self
care tuning in because we're all going to be throwing
the curveballs in life regardless of your situation. So very well,
it's awesome you are doing this with this energy. Julia,
thank you very much for sharing your story. I want
to tell people they can check out the Brogli Box.
It's at the Brogley which is b r O g

(38:22):
l I E Box on Instagram. Thank you for coming
out with us from Burbank, the Julia taking care of
sending a box. Thank you so much for having me
take care of yourselves. Okay, thank you, bye bye. It
is awesome that we can talk about all of it too,
isn't it. It's nice. It's a lot of responsibility to

(38:44):
name someone else's baby. They don't have to take it.
They're just suggestion. Yeah, yeah, hers are good. They probably
are going to take it. Yeah. So what's the problemed?
Well's this day as a superpower, and that is she
can come up with unique names for baby. She's done
it for hers, and she's done it for others. Good
for a couple of listening to the show just the
other day, Well, I guess words out Tissany that this

(39:04):
is your superpower. And now there's a queue. I'm happy
to share it. So Asa, Max, and Savella and um
And one unique thing about Asa, Max and and Savella
is that they all have the letters X, Y Z
in their names. See I didn't think of that. There's
an easter egg. There's a little easter egg right there.

(39:25):
I would talk about only because Ais and Max and
had had an X and a Z, and so when
I was naming Savella, I just thought it would be
funny and cute to try to incorporate a Y in
her name if I could. Okay, so you started this
just to prove to us you have this superpower. Well,
now people are calling. They're one of your services, they're

(39:47):
one of your guidance. Juliana is on the line now
in Canoga Park. Julianna, how are you? I'm good? How
are you? We're doing well. So I'm gonna bring her in.
She needs no introduction, but the baby name or ladies
and gentlemen, sissany is here. Thank you very much. Maybe
next time we have an intro song. I don't know why.
Why are they smoke? Thank you? I have arrived. What

(40:11):
is it that you are requesting here, Juliana? Um, So,
I am pregnant. Um. We do not know the gender yet. Um,
but this is our second baby together, so we have
no clue what we're going to name it. Okay, man,
not knowing the gender, it's fine. I can give you
a few options for either, and then maybe some general
patrol names as well. But where did you you as

(40:34):
your fiance, Steve? Where did you guys meet? Um? We
met at Alexis At Alexis yeah, the dealership. I was like,
is that a city l a x Canoga. There's one
downtown Orange, which Alexis specifically, it was Alexis and Beverly Hills.

(41:01):
Were you guys shopping or do you guys worked there? No?
I were? We both worked there. Okay, okay, I cannot
use a car name. I don't know. This is all.
It's just info that I stem off of. It's not
necessarily like a name. Like we have a one and
we have a one and a half year old and
we actually were thinking of naming her Alexis, but we

(41:23):
added an aide to the front. So her name is
Alexis with the you instead of I M but spelled
like the car. Wow. Yeah, that's us. You and I
are on the same wavelength when it comes to naming.
And then you have another daughter as well. Um, yeah,
so we're a blended family. So he had his son

(41:43):
prior to us getting together, and I had a daughter. Um,
so both my daughters have an M middle name. Um,
one of them is May and one of them is Mia. Okay,
both daughters M middle name. Got it, And we're still
in the process part of it. And then I'll ask
a few more questions. We're gonna have to take some
of these off their but cities that you've traveled to. Um,

(42:05):
we love when pump rings, so we try to make
it a couple of things where we need the kiss
behind him. We go together every year per birthdays. Okay,
I love that. And then final question before I I
send you over to Collett, who's going to answer a
few more personal questions, a real operation. Your zodiac sign? Oh,
I love this question. Um, we're both Gemini. Oh, both Geminis. Okay,

(42:26):
I like that. All right, so great, Well, congratulations. Julianna
Sisne is going to spend after the twins fourth birthday
party some time tonight coming up with names for your
new baby. I enjoy this so much, and she's good
at it. I gotta give her credits, so thank you.
So she'll come back in a day or two and
we'll get back to you. You let me know, okay, perfect, Okay,

(42:48):
all right, that's it. Okay, Mike, thank you. So if
you want to use Pugio, you can't not Pugio. Okay,
Oh no, I'm she did. Alexis a Pugo. I think
she's already handled the Alexis part. So I got a motive.
I think that maybe there's something there, maybe still on

(43:10):
the notes, you know what I mean. Yeah, we'll see
all right on Air with Ryan Seacrest. That's it for
us today. You're inside fifty minutes a Kiss Music one
or two point seven because FM. Tomorrow's a second date
up the they bumped into each other at CBS after

(43:30):
having been in class together. It ceased on a few
years back, so uh, let me bring you up to
speed tomorrow, but it's a second date. Update seven twenty
Cash Tomorrow, Wango Tango tickets. Sisney's got your next hour
