(00:00):
Yeah, we're back. Billy here, Lisa here, when he's here,
Producer Riley is here, and mikeyVee joined us this morning from the v
Bros. Hell. Justin's got anew kneed and you have a new face
here now. Yeah, yeah,we we lost a knee, but we
gained a face. But it wasgood to know that when he told me
that it's not too serious of aknee surgery, Justin's gout. Now you

(00:21):
could probably like cut him up andwith a scissor and do the same thing.
Winnie is actually annoyed that three daysoff day surgery. But I sha't
be driving, And I was like, here's Riah lives down the street from
you. She can drive you.I believe you go ahead, but I'm
like, no idea. Do youhave a slot in the afternoon? We

(00:46):
have kiss concert tickets for Caller twentyfive six eight, and the keyword you're
gonna need is scout and producer Rileywill explain that coming up in a weird
story is in in a couple ofminutes. All right, you're there talkbacks.
I love the holder of the talkbacks, the control. He's actually been

(01:07):
in a great mood all morning,so if you notice that I've never seen
her this nice? What's going areyou on something? No sleep? Okay,
So obviously Justin is out. Heis getting knee surgery, as we
said, and somebody has a questionfor you about that. Bill. Listen,
when Justin comes back from his surgery, is he going to have a
hitch and is that going to bea problem for Billy? Okay, answer

(01:32):
is yes, he will have ahitch, but not for long. We
hope, Will you care well?I would like it if he had a
permanent hitch. Yeah, just kindof thing since the Golden Bachelor, that
phony you were on that hitch early? Yeah, nobody else talked about it.
I swear he had a double hitchdown the aisle. Both his hips
were fake. But I think Justin'sgoing to be fine. It's not othroscopic.

(01:56):
What is it is? Microscopic?Lapper? Lapper? Stop. I'm
not a doctor. All he knowsis not worth three days ago. That's
all I know. And he's gotto stop squatting with four hundred pounds.
I mean you eight yeah, Imean really okay, but wait, we
went I mean we need to comeback because we have producer Riley, Justin,
I don't know, Justin. I'mthinking this is equivalent to the Bledsoe

(02:19):
Brave situation, where you know,Bledsoe got hurt and is out and now
Brady was in and took over theteam. So I don't know. Producer
Riley, she's kicking it up.She's coming in hot, she's flawless,
and I think she just maybe comingfor your job, Justin nice to check
it smart. I would give youbonus points if you actually staged that.

(02:47):
So cool. I think Justin's inthe hospital by now, but I wish
because he was texting me during theKaren Reid talk with Catherine because he's such
a fan of like the whole thing. Now, He's like, mind you,
I brought him the Katherine Saying twoweeks ago. And then he's like,
oh, we'll think about it.We'll think about it. First thing
I do when he leaves his bookher and he said we got to get

(03:07):
her every week, and I waslike, all right, she was good.
She was really well. It helpswhen she's a lawyer. She knows
what she's talking about. Yeah,if you missed it a couple of minutes
ago, Attorney Catherine Loftus, Yeah, she just breaks it down like in
layman terms for everybody, right, which is what you need because none of
us know what the whole We haveno idea. We're going to have her
come in whenever there's a key development. She will be in next Wednesday.

(03:29):
So I think we're going to doa standing reservation on Wednesday as long as
she can, because that's a goodmidpoint of the week. You know,
what happened was coming up in thecase open discussion. Hey, we've got
Alyssa on the phone. Good morning, Alyssa. Hi, uh listen,
what's going on with you today?I'm just putting my friend to school.
Yeah, okay, Oh that's niceof you. Yeah, make sure you

(03:52):
get there safely. You have toget there safely. How old is he?
All right? Shout out to him. What's his name? Declin?
Declan, Declan? All right, shout out to declam. Hold on,
okay, because you'll call it twentyfive. Winnie, you're doing a fabulous
job. Winnie. Give me adamn second. I don't care about our

(04:14):
kid. What's the keyword. What'sthe keyword? Scout? Scout? Yeah,
she got it, she got it. Yeah, that's a big story
this morning. Ye, Scout,We're going to explain that the weird stories
which you're coming up. Are youdoing, Mikey, I'm doing great.
Yeah. Did we tell them they'regoing to kiss Cotton? I don't think
we told them. He hasn't toldhim yet. Billy Billy gets all butt
her. If you if you don'twant to do the crescendo of talking to

(04:38):
a listener, Okay, I saidhello to the kid who cares about deck
win six. Also, it's amazingsomeday you're going to be a parent,
and I want to say, that'sa scary thought. I can't even imagine.
Oh my god, all the kiscottatip to the big day kids.
We have those twenty five dollars ticketsgoing and sell it. Yeah, they

(04:59):
am so get in on it,and there's a limited amount of tickets and
they're gonna go quick. Yeah.Like Mike you said early, you can
take your whole the whole neighborhood therefor what it would take you god show.
Yeah, which again I was sayingearlier. But it feels good that
we're able to offer that because it'sjust you guys, know how it does
have a family and you can't doanything. Yeah, you can't even go
to dinner because it's so expected.I don't have a family, and I
can't do anything. It's funny yousaid that, because every time I go

(05:24):
to a big event, whether it'sa Red Sox game or the Celtics last
night, it's like, how doesa family do this? Possible? Yeah,
this is an event that we wantto make it able that whole family
can go to it, have agood time, make memories and just be
a family. And a legendary show. Kiss concert. Oh, more than
a concert. It's a festival. There we go and weird stories coming up.
And trust me when we tell youwe've got some good ones and those

(05:46):
are next. I love Billy andLisa Kiss. Wait, give me a
second. I'm not I'm not justin Okay, you got a lot going
on. I got to tell youwhen you're doing an amazing job. As
is a producer, Riley smooth sailingall morning long, and now it's time
for weird story. It is hitit all right. A new nightclub in

(06:13):
New York City is apparently going torequire guys to show a bank account of
fifty thousand dollars or more to evenget in the door from their first seismic
shift in New York City nightlife asthe city braced itself for the arrival of
gar Cone, a ground baking nightclubset to open its doors in early April.
Founded by women with a vision toredefine luxury Nextoctivity equip with the cutting
edge ATM, this club will publiclydisplay the bank account bounce with east entrant,

(06:38):
casting a spotlight on those deed worthyfor entry, with the strict threshold
that at fifty thousand dollars, thosefalling short will find themselves on the outside
looking in. Okaycotting edge ATM.I mean it either you're either deposit or
But women own this, right theyI love that for us. Yeah,
fifty grand to belong to the carin the bank account. Just know,

(07:00):
right, walk around money, youknow what? Least I guarantee you both
Mikey V And Billy get into thatcab. I think Mikey V is one
of the oldest. Okay, Sothe boy Scouts, right are one hundred
and fourteen years old. I meangrowing up, you always heard about the
boy Scouts. Yeah, I wasnever a boy school. My dad was

(07:21):
an Eagle Scout. Really your dadget Eagle Scout? Yeah, he was
back in the day he was anEagle Scout. Now he still have any
of his patches? He think? All right, how is he a camping
up? Pretty good? He's okay. So they're changing the name of the
Boy Scouts going forward, as oflast night, it'll be Scouting America.

(07:41):
We quickly determined that Scouting America thatinclusivity, the ability to work with We
welcome everyone to the Scouting family.Oh I like that. Yeah, because
they have girl Scouts they do.Yeah, yeah, it makes sense.
Actually, to be honest, youthink my dog Titus could be in the
Scouts now, I think so?Good boy, I'm mikey God. This
is an interesting one. So awoman went on TikTok. She posted a

(08:03):
video after somebody actually stole two dollson like a display case at her yard
house. But she has a littleinteresting few words to this thief. To
the thief that stole these dolls outof the yard till at three o'clock this
morning, you're going to regret it. They're haunted. Had you waited till
sunlight, you would have seen thesign that was under them set haunted dolls.
If you have children, please don'tbuy I put them in this glass

(08:26):
hutch to try and contain whatever wasattached to them, and it got so
cold that it falled up. No, it takes these back seats. Nobody
wanted them because I warned everyone andshowed them the videos of what these dolls
do when they're in your vicinity, because they were not scared to move right
in front of you. Enjoy it. I'm not sure if I'm too worried
about it. Creepy dolls. Yeah, money, you lost your doll.
If you ask somebody not steal somethingto you, I'm like, oh,
it's hanted. Billy's watch haunted?Yeah, is your boat haunted? It

(08:52):
could be? Who knows, Donavanyou got one? All right, we
don't have sound for this one,but this is a sad story. Applebee's
is shutting its doores across America.Wait, it's one. It's not doing
well, not everyone, but theywill be closing more locations. This year.
They had the best Moulten lava cake. They were like the original.

(09:13):
They were the original Moulton lava cakeplace. I mean, I mean,
we all know it's not like agreat place, but it's good to take
the family. It's cheap, it'sconsistent. Yeah, right, you know
you know what you're gonna get right, and that is sad. A lot
of people are serving moulten lava carethey did like twenty years ago. They

(09:35):
really were, Joanne Chang, ifyou're listening, get out some molten lava
cakes off. Okay. I sawthis one in the news, and I
think it was a local story.Yeah, it was in Boston. Apparently
this guy had a twenty fifth birthday, but there was nobody to celebrate or
wish him a happiness. That's sosad. Yeah, and he called oh

(09:58):
and it worked. Now you're notsupposed to do that. But he has
some issues. But he called nineto one one and a couple of police
officers in Boston showed up at hishouse with a muffin with a candle in.
How are you? What's your name, Chris, Chris, I'm Frank,
let's meet you. It is real. How old are you today?

(10:20):
It's your birthday? When five?Is it your birthday? You said?
You're not just making that up?We see, let me see. We
can try to light you candled man, but the wind blew them off for
you. But are you allergic tonuts? Hell? No, all right,
we got a lighter. It's justWindy, Can we come in zicht

(10:43):
with you? Yeah, come inthe court? Yeah, can we come
in the corner. We're not wakingiborall right, man, Chris, Hey,
we're happy that you're twenty five. That's a big number. Happy birth.
That's amazing. All right, I'mgonna I'm gonna cry. Yeah,
that's good for the Boston coll Ohmy god, I'm so happy that they

(11:07):
did that. Yeah. Wait, everybody in the room got a motion.
Yeah. I have a weird story, but I'm watching it. Yeah,
I have to be alone on theirburn n No, like those cops are
so and they asked me before hegave them the muffin. I know.
Oh my god. Sorry, Ineed to take We need to take a
break. I to take a cry. All right. Entertainment is up next.
We have a lot to talk about. We do want to talk about

(11:28):
the Live Nation concert. We cando as it affects Kiss concert. If
you're looking to go to Kiss concert. This is the deal of all deals.
We've got that story and a lotmore coming up next. What a
Boston is Benson Boone and you're wakingup with Billy and Lisa in the morning
on Kiss One. Await Boston's numberone hit music stations. Hey Lisa,
Hey Lisa, Hey Benson Benson oneof the biggest voices in music right now,

(11:52):
huge, just saying, let's getsome talkbacks in before entertainment. I
love being the talk back. Idon't know, queen the queen there,
I don't know. So Justin isout, Mikey, thank you for coming
in, chatting with us, hangingout with us, and you know,
I think right producer right, he'sdoing a great job. Oh my god,
but we do miss you. MorningMorning crew. You're all doing a
great job of keeping calm and carryingon. Everything sounds awesome. Justin hope

(12:13):
you have a great and smooth, easy surgery and recovery. Not to downplay
the surgery because it is still aprocedure, but when my dad had it
done, he actually stayed awake throughthe entire thing and literally got to sit
up and watch it happen. Prettycool, So you know you'll be back
on your feet before you know it, big guy. All right, guys,
have a great rest of your week. Bye. Now the entertainment update

(12:37):
with a Billy God said, allright, it was a wild night in
the garden last night. Celts andthe Cavs Game one. We were there.
Celts took Game one one twenty ninetyfive for the finals, so game
one is in the can. Here'sJT. I think we're just extremely motivated
and you know, continue to applythat from game to game. Man.
From JT we go to JB.Anything happen. It's the NBA Playoffs.

(13:01):
We just taken it one game ata time and that's all we can control,
and we try to come out andbeat a harder playing team. We
stick to our agenda and we letthe chips fall what they may. It's
gonna be tough four team to haveto beat us four times. But as
long as we come out and weexecute on both fans and with a harder
playing team, I think we'll befine. There we go Game two tomorrow

(13:22):
night. Right here in Boston. The TV Garden crew on the hustle breaking
down the Park eight setting up forthe Tim mcgrass show with the TV Garden
tonight. They were hoping that Timwould be walking around last night during the
game. So he's a very handsyand he's famous for when he stops at
the venue like the TV Garden aroundthe country, he brings his own fitness

(13:43):
center and he can be seen runningup and down the stairs. They arena
fully committed to that body, anddidn't they have to move his concert?
It was originally set for several nightsago, but he knew that in advance.
Bruins and the Panthers back on theice in Florida to night. Bruins
lead the series one game zip. It'll be a seven thirty puck drop tonight.
Red Sox lost to the Braves lastnight. They'll do it again tonight

(14:07):
and Chris Sale is on the moundfor the Braves. That's gonna be interesting
to watch. Yeah, imagine that. I mean not really, it's Chris
Sale. It doesn't really play. No, it'll interesting. It'll be interesting
because imagine if he pitches extremely wellfor the Braves and couldn't seem to do
it for the rest all of asudden in that corner and it was like,

(14:28):
what one hundred and forty million theyinvested in that guy? Yeah,
I uh, you gotta love thisstory, WNBA. Until now, their
teams had to fly game to gamecommercial That must have been pretty chaotic trying
to get the whole team. Infact, one team a few years ago
had to forfeit because of flight delays. So as of now they get dedicated

(14:50):
charter flights WNBA teams, which isvery good. We're just talking about how
that whole league and women's sports ischanging right in front of her eyes,
which is absolutely amazing, and socialmedia is a big reason for that.
Yeah, Mikey, we weren't therelast night, but we all went to
the Celtics game and we're in thesuite, and for several minutes, I
thought Katelyn Caitlyn Clark was in thesuite. In your suite, there was

(15:11):
a girl. Yeah, she hasa doppelganger. I mean, now,
this girl was not as tall asKaitlyn Clark, so that was the giveaway
for me. But you're right, she looked identical to her. I was
actually at one point, I'm goingto go over and say, hi,
Caitlin, I'm a big fan.Stood up. Billy almost had it on
the show today. I thought itwas a lock for the show, but

(15:31):
then she stood up and I said, well, that's not Caitlyn. And
it's still a lot abou about theBrady roast the other night for starters,
I guess Giselle threw someone else.Released a statement Lisa. We briefly mentioned
it yesterday, but it's everywhere,so it's worth mentioning again. Supposedly,
she told someone who told People magazinethat she's deeply disappointed. She's really angry

(15:54):
by the disrespectful portrayal of her familyduring the roast. As always, Giselle's
priority is to support her children whowere affected by the irresponsible content that was
broadcasted. Gizelle is also really worriedabout Brazil right now and all the flooding
and stuff like that, so she'sbeen paying attention to that, but she's

(16:14):
not happy with Brady. I don'tthink we've heard the last from Gazelle on
this. Yeah. I mean there'sa lot said from the family to her
relations. There's a lot going onthere. I will say the roast was
hilarious, very very entertaining roast.Choosing my words wisely here. Speaking of
which, Matt Light Patriot is onthe stage. He's calling into the show

(16:37):
in a few minutes. That's exciting, and some inside information on that roastly
on the wall. Speaking of insideinformation, Jeff Ross is the roastmaster,
and it appeared he may have gottendisciplined by Tom Brady when he made the
massage joke about Robert Kraft. Anyway, here's Jeff Ross yesterday because he came
up. He said, knock thats off, Jeff. It's having flood

(16:59):
ok goodness, fantastic. You know, it's like that's his dad. You
know, that's like Robert Kraft islike a father figure to him. You
know. He was just showing hislove for Robert Kraft, and Robert Kraft
loved it. We had a greattalk afterwards, and he was so happy
that I gave him a shout outa salute. It was beautiful. Uh.

(17:22):
Julian Edelman had Drew Bledsell on hispodcast yesterday and they kind of took
us behind the scenes backstage Free Show. We're in the green room, Randy
drew me Gronk. Yeah, wewere just chilling in there. Bill's opening
up, he's having fun, he'stalking the war story, he's talking rookies
doing We know what Bill's all about. But it was like amplified because he
was excited to see guys because hedoesn't have a job anymore. Then Craft

(17:44):
walks in That's what I was aboutto do, right, yeah, and
then Kraft walks in tension in thatroom though it was. It was real
cut, it was it was veryreal. It was very real. Beletzer's
kind of holding court well as he'sin the middle of the story, Craft
walks in, and so you guysall go over to Sade Raft the last
man standing is my bro and he'slike, well, bells Bill's telling the
story. If I leave, thenhe's telling the story that nobody everybody's over

(18:07):
saying out of Craft. I wasso awkward. I was watching coach and
I tried to give coach your headsup. I see Kraft walk in my
heel, Coach, you know, like you in locker room like five oh,
you know, like of course hedidn't see it. It came in.
I was this could be fireworks.I just walked away. Oh,
I didn't want to be in there. Belichick took some heat the other night

(18:30):
throws, but that was expected to. And when they brought Belichick and Craft
on stage to a shot, yeah, that was a very I mean amazing
moment. He could tell Belichick didnot want to be there. He wanted
he didn't even like want to cheers. Yeah, he didn't. No,
he didn't take the shot. Hedidn't want to. It was it was
like he didn't even fake it,and they kind of had to do it
because Kevin Hart kept saying, comeon, come on, come on,

(18:52):
break to you. I said no, and uh, don't forget. Kim
Kardashian got booed when she came upon stage, which I thought was kind
of weird. I mean, onthe one hand, I thought you was
a weird fit for the event,But on the other hand, it's a
happy event. People are telling jokes. Why do you boo people? Right,
she's putting herself out there. Ithink she got booed because she wasn't
sports connected, like why is shehere? I don't know why she got

(19:15):
booed there. I think just hardcoresports fans were there and they're like like,
hey, why is she here? Why is she here? Guys?
I'm convinced that she will be upnext with a big roast. I feel
like that's an easy segue, andthey edited the booze out. If you
stream the roast now on Netflix, you won't see or hear the booze.
That's interesting, and I'm wondering ifKim requested that that happen or who did.

(19:37):
Honestly, it's kind of just annoyingas when you're watching something when she's
trying to talk, and they weren'tlike letting her talk, so they might
have just done it for up there. Yeah, by the way, that's
what they cleaned up comedic relief. That's a good point because I'm thinking,
Okay, Brady got upset about themassage joke, but didn't get upset about

(20:02):
any of the jokes and Giselle andthere are some other jokes that were I
mean could be oh yeah, wellthe G and the G Yeah, very
very dirty. I'm just saying,uh so the feud between Taylor Swipt and
Scooter Braun. Now, Mike,I don't know if you saw this story
or the music. Yeah. Uh, it's being turned into a docuseriies,
uh so, they'll take us behindthe scenes. It'll be a two parter,

(20:25):
two one hour episodes, and it'scoming out in June. Bad Blood
is what it's called, interesting namefor. I don't think I'll be watching.
Well, are they gonna be isone going to interview her or is
it just going to be like oneof those like TMZ Expose imagine he speaks
on it, but me either,So it's just going to be experts being
like she hated it. She wasso upset. Yeah, like that though,

(20:51):
no, no, I know,I'm watching it. There's a lot
of stuff that happens that we don'teven know about, so like to be
able to get an inside scoop onhow the record they worked, how it
went down, things and be sold. And I'm still on the side of
it. It was up for sale, It was up for sale. We
had the breaking news yesterday about ashooting at Drake's house, and all we
can tell you is that a securityguard was shot and is recovering from his

(21:14):
wound. Somebody was seen speeding away, but we don't know of any now
do anything. It really has todo with the Kendrick beef, Like is
Kendrick gonna? I mean, it'sa kind of a coincidence. If it
didn't, it's a strong coincience.But my brain says, I can't imagine.
See, I just don't feel likeKendrick's that dumb like he's gonna.
He's a very talented rapper, andI think that's kind of like where he

(21:38):
falls at it. I don't thinkhe's like a big tough guy, very
weird. If Kendrick himself showed upKendrick's gonna hire. He bought his sister
Toyta Camra for her birthday. Likehe's not this hard rapper, right,
you know, because it was sucha it was a couple of years ago.
Everyone's taking a big deal, butthat he only got her a cameray.
It was a brand new car,and he was like, they were

(22:00):
all like what, like he boughther she was like eighteen. He bought
her like a forty thousand dollar camera. And everyone's like up in arms that
it wasn't like a BMW or something. Mikey any story we have when he
jumps in, it's about the money. That's about the money, Claire,
picture of who we're dealing with.I was going to get you a new
car, but it with a camera. I would take a new camera.

(22:23):
Ed Sharon of course coming to Bostoncalling Memorial Day weekend. He's coming up
on the tenth anniversary of his firstalbum X and to celebrate, he's going
to do a one off show atthe Barclay Center in New York May twenty
second. That he's always doing coolthings, Yeah, Ed Sharon. You
know he's either in recluse or he'sout everywhere. He was at the met
Galo. We're in a powder bluesuit. I didn't even see him.

(22:45):
He was there on the red carpeted Sharon was in a powder blue suit.
Yeap, I'll show you the picture. Wow, would you like it?
I love him? Yeah, helooked cute. Yeah, he looked
like a little blue flower with aginger to exactly. Wow. A new
Megan the Stallion song that's coming outFriday will likely have a clip. And

(23:06):
this a Live Nation Concert Week startsthis morning at ten o'clock and it affects
Kiss Concert. Mikey, this isa big deal because now you can get
Kiss Contra tickets all these amazing artistsfor only twenty five dollars. And we're
kind of joking about it earlier, but you can't do anything. This is
twenty five bucks. This is thebest deal in town. Yeah, it
really is. And they only havea limited chunk of Kiss Concert tickets.

(23:26):
I mean they've got tickets for athousand different shows. Yeah, but Kiss
Contract it's a limited chunk of tickets, so you have to get there faster.
And just the perfect opportunity for youto make memories with your family,
your best friend and do without completelybreaking the bank and there's so many few
things you can do like that now. Yeah, so go to livenation dot
com starts at ten o'clock this morning. We're brought to you by Wilson Farm
in Lexington. You're home for anything, Mom. Take mom to Wilson Farm

(23:49):
for the brightest flowering plants to makeor smile. Visit their open air nursery.
Pick from their stunning selection to provenwinners, tropical plants hanging baskets.
Wilson Farm. Do that for Mother'sDay and there you go. You'll be
back on your feet before you knowit. Big guy, We're back with
Billy and Lisa in the morning.Okay, So patriot legend Matt Light is

(24:11):
a good friend of this show andhas been for years, and he's got
a wonderful foundation we're going to talkabout in a couple of minutes. But
he was on the stage at theTom Brady Roast. So good morning Matthew,
Good morning friends. Okay, SoMatt we weren't there. We only

(24:33):
know what we saw on Netflix.Give us a couple of sentences on the
general mood both on stage and backstageat the Brady Roast. Well, I
got to tell you before it evenkicked off. We're back in the green
room and you know, talking toEdelman and Gronk and Brady and you know,
Kevin Hart was back there. AndI'll tell you there was a buzz

(24:55):
about the whole thing. You know, you don't know what to expect,
but when it's a live of anythingcan happen, right, And I tell
you, I think the nerves wereup. I mean, I know Gronk
was, you know, it wasgame time, but he was definitely feeling
a little bit. And uh,there's a little bit of a buzz,
you know, like who All's goingto be there? Who all is going

(25:15):
to show up? You know,Dave Chappelle's hanging out. Didn't know if
he was going to be up there, and now, of course he he
didn't go up there, but hedid do a set late night that was
pretty wild. But anyway, itwas it was a very cool experience.
But I gotta tell you it wassavage. Oh yeah, Speaking of which,

(25:36):
how much do you can you tellus did Tom Brady know everything that
was coming that night? I meanI have to think yes. I mean,
I know there's people saying that hewas offended with one of the jokes
on mister Kraft and you know thathe wanted, you know, Jeff to

(25:56):
stop with you know that that partof it. But I think that most
of that was pretty dialed in.Most of it was pretty well known.
I will say this, Getting tosee Kevin Hart do what he did just
solidified the fact that that guy isa true professional. I mean, you
hear people talk about he's the hardestworking guy in comedy and show business,

(26:18):
and you know, he puts somany hours in. But you know,
I thought he did a phenomenal job. I mean, there's a lot of
weight when you host something that's thatwild and it's live, and you know,
I just felt like, not onlydid he you know, react in
real time to what some of thepeople did, some of the different speakers,
but he did a great job keepinga move in. I mean,
it was it was a solid event. I would have to say that Netflix

(26:40):
is very pleased. Well, oneof the big buzz stories is Gizelle and
what she might be thinking about.A lot of the jokes about his divorce
with Giselle and you know, theaftermath and her boyfriend. Was that talked
about behind the scenes at all, well, not necessarily in real time.

(27:02):
Remember, Matt, you are talkingto friends. Now we're just friends asking
hey, listen, listen, listen. I think this much. I think
that Tommy doesn't say anything publicly reallyright, like, oh, Bill and
I love each other. Oh,you know, there's never been any issues.
I'm just trying to get better.I just want to play better,
you know, all that good stuff. Right. But I think that this

(27:25):
roast was as much for him toget a few things off of his chest
good as it was for anything else. And I think that, you know,
again, I think things were verywell choreographed, and he said plenty,
you know, without without maybe sayingit all. I got to tell
you when Brady finally got the microphoneand had his say, he was very

(27:47):
good and he was very funny.Oh it was good. Yeah, I
mean he had some great lines.I mean I think, you know,
I think he was definitely ready todrop a few on Bill, which now
I'm going to have to, youknow, work on my own little you
know, roasting speech for him atsome point in time. And he decided

(28:07):
to throw me under the bus.But it's all good, you know,
when you're when you're up there onthe DAYA says they like to call it
right. You know, you learnall these new things when you have these
experiences. Everybody's fair game, andyou know, I think, honestly,
I thought everybody did a good jobexcept for and I don't think it's any
surprise mister ben Affleck what that was. But it wasn't great. Yeah,

(28:30):
that's what we were saying, isthat Ben Affleck was kind of off.
I didn't get most of his speech, and he's so talented. It was
like, yeahs own agenda almost hewanted to talk about whatever. Yeah,
nobody cares about the kid that wastexting or whatever. I'm not sure that.
I'm not sure that he was therefor like the dry rehearsal. You
know, he kind of came inand came out. Nobody really saw him.

(28:52):
He's like a ghost, right, and so maybe he just missed,
you know, the memo, hedidn't get that TPS report on his desk.
I'm not sure, but he wasdefinitely a little bit of an angry
elf. We were talking earlier aboutKim Kardashian, how big were the booze?
It was? Yeah. I mean, look, I think if you're

(29:15):
if you're from out there, Ithink most of the people in the audience
were probably you know, from theLa West Coast area, right, tons
of Patriot fans. You know,it was a great, great crowd,
really neat venue. But when shegot up there, they let her have
it and it got a little awkward. It was a little weird. I
think she did all right, butyou know, she was definitely she was

(29:37):
definitely an easy target, I guess. And I think when Tony got up,
I think he just sealed it foreveryone. And by the way,
I think Tony did probably as goodas anybody did that night. I mean,
he was full till and delivered everythingto perfection. Yeah, I thought
you was better than I expected,Kim. I thought you did a pretty
good job. Now you were sittingright behind behind Randy Moss. Was there

(30:00):
ever a moment where you felt likeyou wanted to give him one of your
rings? I sound so bad.Yeah, well, I know, like
you're talking about it. And bythe way, I look back on my
time, you know, over thoseeleven years, and we won, you
know so often in the early years, right three out of four years,

(30:23):
you know, coming in my rookieyear, and you know I never took
it for granted. But you know, later in my career, you know,
having missed out on an opportunity, you know, with two of those
Super Bowls, and I'd look inthe room, you know, in the
locker room after the game, andI'd see guys like Randy Moss and Junior
say Ow, guys that were youknow, legendary you know, position players

(30:44):
that you know didn't get a chance, you know, never had a chance.
I mean, it got really close, but it didn't happen. And
you do feel terrible, but Ido honestly. I mean, would it
hurt Tommy to give up one ofthe rings? Only eight? Now?
Yeah, you know what I mean. Okay, we're gonna talk about the
foundation in a second. One morequestion on the roast. The tension between
Robert Kraft and Bill Belichick. Isit real? Well, I mean,

(31:11):
look, I don't know how therecan't be tension. I mean, look,
I feel like there was tension, and I think there always is.
Right when you're playing in an industryand the expectations are as high as they
are, there's always tension. Ithink there's always been tension, right,
and I think it's a good thingin some ways. I don't think.
I don't know, I don't think, you know, the shot was necessarily
one done out of I love youbrother, Ya's little cheers, let's make

(31:33):
this happen. I think that wasKevin doing a great job making a very
good TV moment. And I justwant to know one thing, what was
in the shot because their faces.Actually, mister Kraft didn't make a face.
I don't know. He may beimmune to whatever he was drinking,
but Bill definitely made a face.So I just want to know what was
in the shot. Yeah, wasBrady drinking takuila or water? You know,

(31:57):
honestly anymore, there was a timewhere he used to go out and
have a good time. And thenof course I don't know if it's Alex
or the fear of night shades andwhat they'll do, they'll go on the
plection. I mean he's got yeah, he's got a book about all this
stuff. I could tell you onething. I never saw the guy shower.
I never saw the guy eat.I don't know what he did on

(32:21):
a daily basis, but he wason a different, separate page. So
the idea that he was actually drinkingalcohol during that event was fairly small.
Yeah, I got to tell you, Matt, one guy to another.
You looked fabulous the other night.I had to tell you that he looked
very Hollywood to me. Well,I appreciate that. What's going on with
you know, I came out ofthe woods, you know, you know,

(32:43):
didn't didn't support the Camo. Iwas thinking about it, but yeah,
that was left arrow hole. Sowhat's going on with the foundation?
Matt Man? It's been great. We are gearing up for the LFE Foundation
Leadership Conference. We're going to havekids from different high schools on the New
England area. We do have BridgewaterStatement. It's been you know, just
a lot of fun. We havegreat guest speakers. We tackle some really

(33:07):
cool things that we think will helpprepare kids down the road. So that's
a big deal. We have thetwentieth year for the Celebrity Shootout, believe
it or not. I mean it'sbeen crazy twenty years of you know,
going out and raising money for theLFE Foundation, our signature event where you
know, really it propels us throughoutthe year with what people do in their
generosity and their sponsorship. So we'refired up. Man. We got a

(33:29):
big country music artist coming in toplay the event this year, mister Tyler
far so yeah, you've got alot of good things coming. Yeah.
Man, So we're excited. Thefoundation is really cranking. We just you
know, hired some new people. You know, Look, it's all about
impacting the kids, working with youngpeople today. You know, Look,
I think the core values of leadership, right, look at people in the

(33:50):
eye, you know, treating themwith respect, showing humility, outwork and
everybody around you like the things thatyou know you do to be the best
of what you what you are right, whether that's on the field, whether
that's in business. I mean, these are the qualities. These are the
things that we work on day inand day out with these kids, and
we love it. And I thinkright now, you know, you look
at a lot of these you know, they talk about different generations, right,

(34:13):
and you talk about kids today anda lot of them get lost,
right. And it's not just becauseof COVID and other stuff. I mean,
if you have kids, you knowwhat I'm talking about. It's a
difficult time to be a young persontoday. But those rules of just working
hard, doing the right thing, you know, prepare and planning and all
the little things you know, cango a long way for these kids.
So I love seeing them succeed.Man, It's probably the most rewarding thing

(34:36):
I've done in my life. AllRight, if you're listening, go to
the Matt Life Foundation. He's doinga lot of great things. Matt.
Welcome home from Hollywood. Thank youso much for checking in with us.
Hey, great to be with youeverybody. We'll see you by Okay,
So the wrap up is the next. Guy. That was a crazy show.
Mikey V joined the morning show. It's crazy. How must you guys
doing one morning? Anyway, thewrap up is up next. This was

(35:00):
the morning wrap up on Billy andLisa in the Morning. Yeah, okay,
So Justin's out today. He hadneed surgery early this morning. And
when you had to put the wrapup together, let's see how it goes,
producer, right, and I putit together for you guys. You
know it might it might not bea Justin wrap up. It's gonna be
a Winni wrap up. Okay, okay. So of course we did give
away tickets seven, ten and aten and Caroline was our first winner.

(35:22):
Carolyn, you're calling twenty five,Good morning, good morning. Who are
you. We're doing fine? Carolyn? Do you know the keyword? So
I was so eager to call youthat. I think I heard flawless,
and then I think I heard lawyer. Lawyer. It is the keyword.
We got it. Yeah, flawlessis producer Riley. The keyword was lawyer
because we had Catherine Loftus on withus, who is a lawyer who has

(35:45):
been covering the case of Karen Reid, and she is neutral. She's just
more of like the facts finder forus, and we had her on so
I think, you know, it'sinteresting, Billy, because there are,
like you said, there's two differentsides to the case. In real if
you're watching it close, it's almostas if there's two different cases. And
we did. We had to holdher over. Oh yeah, we had

(36:07):
so many people that had questions. She's so knowledgeable, so we had her
on for topic time and she wasable to help us kind of figure out
everything that was going on with thecase. You know what's really cool that's
going on right now. I thinkin a real trial, the jury should
get to ask questions, and nowwe're the jury and we get to ask
questions. Go, Lise. Shewas on with us for like a good

(36:28):
thirty minutes, so if you wantto go obviously listen to the podcast.
It will be up after the showaround ten o'clock, and then she'll be
coming on once a week with usgoing forward to kind of help us break
everything down. Yeah. By theway, I'm not even kidding about the
jury getting to ask questions. Whynot? Yeah? Yeah, I well
can't. They ask for clarification onthings they can, they can, but
the whole thing, this hasn't beena mess. I don't know how they're

(36:49):
dealing with that as a jury.I I feel stressed out and I'm just
watching it on my phone. Ican't believe they weren't a question. I
can't believe i'd either. Yeah, okay, so we all so had of
course our Weird Stories, which isour future segment. Thank you for joining
Weird Stories, Mike. He dida great job at your delivery. One
that got us got you. Youknow, he happens to be a trained

(37:13):
broadcast allegedly, that's what they tellme. One of the last ones that
we had was about the Boston copsthat went and say high Birthday to a
man that didn't have anyone to sayhad birthday, and we all were emotional.
That's amazing. All right, I'mgonna I'm gonna cry. Yeah,

(37:34):
the Boston Oh my god, I'mso happy that they did that. Yeah,
everybody in the room got emotion.Yeah, I have a weird story,
but I'm not doing it. Icouldn't at that point, I couldn't.
Yeah, they brought him a muffinwith a candle in it. He
was home a little by himself onhis twenty fifth birthday. So yeah,
yeah that sound and we just hadmat Light on in case you missed it.
He did talk about his beef withBelichick after the little roasting Belichick gave

(37:58):
him. I think he was finallyready to drop a few on Bill,
which now I'm going to have to, you know, work on my own
little you know, roasting speech forhim. At some point in time,
decided to throw me under the bus. But it's all good. Do you
think that was Bill's joke? Like, do you think someone wrote that for
Bill? You think he wrote firmso said, there's a lot of writers
along. The jokes are almost toogood at some point. Yeah, don't

(38:21):
you think The one takeaway from MattLight was that Tom Brady was okay with
every day. Yeah, almost likeTom Brady was probably feeding other people gizl
jokes like you say this for me. Yeah, and don't forget Brady.
I think was one of the producersof that whole thing, so wow,
who boy, And of course Ihave to say shout to my right hand

(38:42):
producer Riley. She did so good. She helped me produce this whole show,
this whole segment, and the listenersare noticing Justin, who I don't
know Justin. I'm thinking this isequivalent to the Bledsoe Brady situation, where
you know, Bledsoe got hurt andis out and now Brady in and took
over the team. So I don'tknow, Producer Riley, she's kicking it

(39:05):
up. She's coming in hot, she's flawless, and I think she just
maybe coming for your job, Justin, he better watch out. Yeah,
any chance we should call Justin forthe next break? See if you get
a surgery right now? Jack?Oh? Okay, yeah, head me
back at some point I get alegend lay. But if you guys want
to check out anything that you missed, you know, the podcast will be

(39:28):
right after ten o'clock on the iHeartapp. Anyway you listen to podcasts,
that's what we'll be. We'll beright back. We're back with Billy and
Lisa in the morning. Okay, kind of a different lineup this morning.
Again, if you're just waking up, Justin underwent surgery on the knee.
He could actually be in surgery aswe speak, so he's going to need
a few days off. And whenhe's been doing an unbelievable job at the

(39:50):
board and co hosting and producing, and of course we've got producer Riley,
who we've moved from the phone banks, so to speak, into Justin studio,
so it's all working. Mikey Vcame in from the afternoon show to
join us in the morning, takethe whole team to replace Justin. I
know, Mikey, I wish Icould describe actively in words the devastation that

(40:13):
you have on your face that youcame in so early. You look so
tired to make pay. It's anearly morning for me. That's an early
morning. I need to be herefor the afternoon show. But it's alla
the flags to be out with youguys. It's so funny during the breaks
right or during the music and Nike'slike leaned away over on the counter right
trying to read its phone. Okay, so we have an interesting story.

(40:34):
This is interesting. An eighteen yearold kid in Foxborough ran for and one.
He is now a member of theschool committee in Foxborough at eighteen years
old. Wow. I think hetells us his story here. I've always
wanted to get involved in politics, and the best way to do that is
local politics. I've been student liaisonto the school Committee for the past two

(40:54):
years, so I've been attending almostevery single meeting. It's been great.
I get to see the inside scoopof what the school committee does, as
well as make sure students have avoice and everyone has heard. I love
this. It's hard. Politics ishard. We always say, who wants
to get into politics? I wasgoing to ask that. Look at him,
Yeah, like right now politics itjust seems like it's a lot.

(41:14):
But it makes sense for him.Yeah, his name's Nathan erm He must
be graduating high school now, he'sa senior. Yeah. I guess he's
going to go to Bentley awesome, and he'll finish the whole term. He'll
have three years. Yeah. Yeah, at eighteen years old. I guess
good for him. I like thatthey have an eighteen year old voice.
Well, yeah, he was. He's in there in Yeah, that was

(41:37):
the problem. That's a great pointhe's been He just graduated from that school.
He knows everything about it, Likeyou need that younger voice to kind
of voice the opinions of the students. Yeah, and he said it himself.
He wants to be able to bethe voice of the younger people and
be the kids that are actually inschool. And I mean, who does
it affect more than the kids? The students? Right, Yeah, what's
being done in the school committee, what they're talking about, what they're debating.

(41:58):
So maybe this will be a trend. He'll start to try and more
eighteen year olds will get involved.I love how he probably beats someone's parent.
Yea, he may have beaten severalparents. Yeah, right, but
good for you. Nathan Erman anew school given a member in Foxborough quickly,
Mikey, a couple of minutes offthe year, A couple of minutes
ago, you gave us a funfact. We've been talking a lot about

(42:20):
the Brady roach. We had thatlight on a couple of minutes ago,
and you had an incredible fact toshare with us. Well, when light
was on and Matt light was on, he kind of made it sound like
I mean and Lisa, we're talkingabout this that not only was Brady not
bothered by the Gazelle comments, buthe kind of wanted them to be said
because in his mind it was like, well, rather everybody else say these

(42:43):
things, I'm thinking to the worldbecause that I'm not the bad guy.
Yeah, which is an interesting angle. I kind of felt like that's when
Matt Light was telling us when hewas on air. It seemed like that's
what he said. No, yes, maasally. Not only is he like
not trying to stop that, buthe was probably at some sort like backdooring
that. And I don't think itwas any less painful for Giselvo. No,
not at all. I don't thinkwe've heard the last one. Oh

(43:05):
yeah, it seems like it wasvery contentious. I mean, there's a
there's a valid point to you havechildren, there's a family here, Your
kids are going to watch this, their friends are going to watch this,
So it's it's it's not an easything by any means. It was raw
for me. Did you also saythat everyone on that stage it was like
how many divorces? Oh? Well, hold on. That was the fun
fact that I was right what yousaid that I read online as we scrolling

(43:29):
on Instagram that other twenty two peoplewho spoke there was like fifty some odd
divorces. It's basically saying that, hey, look, everybody who spoke,
you know, they weren't very successfulin their relationship. Oh my god,
Bill, if you want, youwould account for a few divorces. There
we go, and we're back witha Billy and Lisa in the morning and

(43:49):
Mikey vs here. So Mikey v. Ten o'clock this morning. That's just
in a couple of minutes. Isthe Live Nation concert week starts? Yeah,
and Kiss concert tickets for twenty fivebucks, which is crazy. And
we promise you weather better than rightnow. Yeah, weather better than the
rest of this week. It's crazybecause Kiss concent so early this year,
right June first is almost a wholemonth. They're talking three weeks earlier than

(44:09):
normal. Yeah, so it's comingup really quick. And this is like
your opportunity to be able to bringyou and your best friend and bring you
and your boyfriend, you and yourwhole family all for a reasonable price.
And if you don't have one alreadyfor the rest of this week, get
yourself a poncho. I'm just justgoing to be very wet. A lot
of rain this week. Okay, this week, not a kiss content the
Big Show. All right, wegotta go, but up next is the Mighty McCabe
