With a run through of the symptoms that suggest exercising might not be the best thing for you, this podcast is very practical and helpful because, let’s face it, we all get colds from time to time. As Dr. Juliet points out, it’s mostly about common sense but sometimes common sense leaves us when we’re really focused on a goal. Sometimes easing off and resting up is the best thing to do.
