I was approached by Sandra, who is 53 YO business owner who has successfully dedicated 26 years into her business, she was at a place where she was feeling stuck, overwhelmed and indecisive of what to do next in her journey. When she originally approached me she was thinking of selling her profitable business and moving forward into a path of discovery and starting something new; something fulfilling. After 11 weeks of 1:1 coaching with Sandra, she now has a clear plan, hired missing roles for leadership and is putting all the pieces in place to replace herself in her business so she can focus on her next exciting endeavour.
