E Squared Show

E Squared Show

The E Squared Podcast with E The 1st is a space for deep, unapologetic conversations on South Asian life, history, art, and culture. Growing up in Surrey, BC in a traditional Sikh household, E has observed the Punjabi Sikh diaspora both as an insider and an outsider. Known for his rage-bait titles and outspoken opinions, his arguments aren’t just about provocation for its own sake, they’re about sparking thoughtful analysis and critical reflection. A UBC graduate in Art History and Philosophy, and with a background in Classical and South Asian Studies, E brings an academic lens to every episode. From Sikh identity and diaspora struggles to South Asian art, music, politics, and history, E Squared challenges listeners to confront assumptions, question traditions, and think differently about culture in the modern world.
