El pasado 6 de Octubre se presentó el anteproyecto de Ley de Protección y Derechos de los animales, una ley que pretende dotar a las mascotas de un bienestar que en muchas ocasiones ha sido demandado. Sin embargo, esta ley no está exenta de muchas críticas desde su base hasta la dimensión de lo que rodea a los animales.
