Blessed be the LORD my Rock, the only one Who is a strong, safe, and secure place for me; it’s in God alone and I love Him!
He has s the One Who gives me strength and skill for the battle, Who trains my hands for war, And my fingers for battle— He is my shelter of love and my fortress of faith, my high tower and my deliverer, my shield and the One in whom I take refuge, Who subdues my people under me.
He’s my shelter of love and my fortress of faith, who wraps himself around me as a secure shield. I hide myself in Him Who subdues enemies before me.
LORD, Who am I, that You take knowledge of me? Or the son of man, that You are mindful of him?
Psalms 144:1-3
Yet what honor you have given to men, created only a little lower than Elohim, crowned like kings and queens with glory and magnificence. You have delegated to them mastery over all you have made, making everything subservient to their authority, placing earth itself under the feet of your image-bearers. Psalms 8:5-6
