Center for Urban Studies and founding Director of the Community Health Equity Research Institute at the University at Buffalo. His work centers on constructing a bridge between theory and practice and forging non-market-based strategies to regenerate underdeveloped urban neighborhoods. Taylor has written and edited five books and over 150 articles, blogs, book reviews, and technical reports.
