3/15/23 The Fourth Trimester is a unique, vastly needed program for women & families. Lisa Herrington, Emma Shandy Anway & Abbie Harper, 3 mothers, created the pilot project by combining their individual skill sets. Emma is a licensed therapist; Abbie a licensed pelvic floor P.T. & Lisa a certified personal trainer/group fitness coach. They were inspired to create the program due to the lack of professional resources designed specifically for the fourth trimester, six weeks postnatal & beyond.
