Fa parte dei Consigli scientifici delle riviste “Trusts & Trustees” e “Trust Law International”; dirige la rivista “Trusts e attività fiduciarie”.È presidente dell’Associazione “Il trust in Italia” dalla sua fondazione (1999); dal 2014 al 2020 ha presieduto la Corte per il trust e i rapporti fiduciari della Repubblica di San Marino.
