Erika shares the importance of listening because you can learn from everyone from the janitor to the CEO. We talk about how flexibility is so so important for experiences and how you must be prepared and be resilient. Erika would like to share these 5 things. 1. Network - Make sure people can advocate for you when you are not in the room. 2. Never Stop Learning! 3. Make sure to give back 4. Hustle - Don't be afraid to go after even the little things 5.
