Court is now in session, and the trial of the century has begun. Santa Claus is in the dock charged with the crime of Christmas, and you have been appointed as our members of the jury to deliberate on the evidence.
Should Christmas be cancelled or saved? It's your choice.
On the first day in our Christmas court, the prosecution and defence will present their opening statements, defending the honour of the holidays - or arguing that the Christmas lights should go out for the last time.
The defence, led by Daniel J. McLaughlin, puts the case forward that Christmas encourages kindness, generosity, charity, and love. Whilst the prosecution, led by Matt Millard, argues that the festive celebrations actually threaten the planet.
