Day 2: Christmas Trees

The Trial of Santa Claus resumes, and on the second day of our Christmas court, we are asking you - our appointed members of the jury - whether you love putting up your Christmas tree, or if you think it is a load of old baubles!The defence, led by Dan McLaughlin, will present the evidence in favour of O Tannenbaum, saying it is NEVER too early to put up your Christmas tree. In fact, you may not be putting up your decorations early enough!And the prosecution, led by Kelly Crichton, will tell you where to stick your tree - and we most certainly don’t mean with a fairy on top.
