tried to climb the Statue of Liberty on the fourth
of July. You remember last Thursday, Teresa Patricia Okumo was
formally charged with trespassing this orderly conduct, interference with government
agency functions, and resisting risk. After all that, she was
cheered outside the courtroom. Now her stunt shut down the
