(00:00):
The moment he came down the escalatorin twenty fifteen, I said on the
air back on Power Taught thirteen sixtyand Modessa, I said, I felt
like I just took a political shower. It felt fresh and honest, and
then they laughed, then they gotscared, then they spied on him,
and the abuse is not stopped. It's continuing today. I think the trouser
helping him like a regular campaign wouldnot do. Yes, I'm seeing the

(00:23):
glass half full. I'm normally ahalf empty glass. Guy, Go Trump
would chump? This is the Trevorcarry Show on the Valley's Power Talk.
Who is chump? Oh? Fanouswhole hasn't said something or done something that

(00:52):
they regret, simply trying to protectsomebody that they care about. And I
care about mister Trump. But onething Donald Trump is he's a compassionate man.
He's a man of great intellect, great intuition, and great abilities.
It's mister Trump's memory is fantastic. And I've never come across the situation when
mister Trump has said something that's notaccurate. Mister Trump truly cares about America.

(01:17):
He loves this country. He's anamazing negotiated maybe the best ever in
the history of this world. Youguys are down, and it makes sense
that there would so most of them, all of them. That was Michael
Cohen on there praising Trump in twentysixteen. In twenty seventeen is a very

(01:37):
honest man, a very good manconversation for Michael Cohen. That in Michael
Cohen was Trump's former lawyer. Incase you don't know, he admitted to
recording things without Trump's knowledge, andthey played it in court. I thought,
that's illegal to do. How canthat not be an admissible in court?
How could it not be? He'ssecretly recorded the president ahead of the

(02:00):
twenty sixteen election, Your own attorneysecretly recording you. That seems like a
violation. It has to be.He testified, Yeah, he secretly recorded
Trump on his iPhone in September sixth, twenty sixteen, just weeks before the
general election. Regarding a payment tothe former National Inquir publisher mister Pecker.

(02:23):
According to the testimony, Pecker hadpaid former playboy monal Caeren MacDougal one hundred
and fifty grand to get her storythat she had an affair with Trump and
to keep it quiet. Ahead ofthe election, and Cohen added that in
addition to making sure that Pecker's mindwas ease, that he would be repaid,
and he made the recording to keepPecker loyal to Trump, he said,

(02:45):
and they played the recording for thejury. I know there are some
states where, like it's illegal, well to call somebody on the phone and
record them. But there are stateswhere it's not illegal to call somebody and
record them, even if they're ina state where it is illegal to do
that. If you're calling from astate there, it's not illegal, you

(03:07):
can record it all day long.Trump has heard saying on the tape,
so what do we gotta pay forthis one fifty Now, again, no
crimes have been committed. They're gonnahave They're gonna have trouble with this,
taking him, putting him into jailor prison over this, I hope,
I hope. Well, if thejudge had any kind of I don't know,

(03:30):
moral leadership from the bench, youwouldn't even go to the jury.
There is that option, but that'sprobably not gonna happen. Could he go
to jail? Could he go toprison? Yes, he could. They're
not going to stop, and don'tthink for a minute that that you know,
it's a proper justice system with TrumpMan, they're going after him just

(03:52):
like they did Peter Navarro. He'sin prison, right, But I think
this helped Peter Navarro, he wasTrump's former trade advisor, been on the
show a couple of times. ButI think it helps create a healthy victimhood.
There is such a thing like whenMartin, Luther King and Rosa Parks
got arrested, right, that helpedfire up the justifiable cause out there.

(04:14):
But Donald Trump Junior went and visitedPeter Navarro in prison because he why is
he in prison? He didn't complywith the congressional subpoena over the January sixth
Select Committee, Nancy Pelosi and allthat. So he's serving a four month
sentence. And Trump Junior visited himin prison, said it's important to show
support. He said he's in goodspirits, believes he's been wrongfully convicted.

(04:34):
Navarro added, he's fighting on theprinciple on behalf of the Constitution, and
Trump Junior said he gave him aquote. He said, don't cry for
me, Argentina, fight for Trumpright now. He said, we gotta
win. Well, good, Idon't know what year was twenty seventeen something
that's a blur. But we dida big Kaepernick come out and signed the
big coalon Kaepernick signing Car to Lifeside card is a few feet tall.

(04:58):
We should do the same for PeterNavar. Well, maybe that's a good
idea. I just said, rememberbecause Peter Navarro said he and Steve Banner
are like Presno State. They'll goplay anybody anywhere. Right. Uh,
it's off topic, but a perfectsegue. Fresnol State's gonna have a bunch
of viewers for the first football gameof the twenty twenty four season. They're
gonna be taken on national champion Michiganin Michigan, August thirty. First,

(05:21):
samwi qing valleysun dot com said,is gonna start at four to thirty Pacific,
first time in Fressetol State's history. They're gonna play a game that's broadcasting
NBC. It'll be the third yearthe Bulldogs have a game broadcast on a
major network thereon Fox the two previousyears. I said. Last year,
NBC air twenty two games, averagingtwo point eight million viewers. So all

(05:43):
right, and there'll be one hundredthousand plus people in the stands. What
an upset that will be. Buthey, I'm gonna temper my expectations.
I'm not gonna get all because Ithat's kind of the fun part of it.
All Right, we'll beat Michigan rightout there. Then we'll end the
season beating UCLA. We'll be ranknumber whatever, and we'll see what Bowl
games are happening. Right, Beoptimistic, that's right. Trump's not going

(06:06):
to go to jail. Be optimistic. Right, the hush money, the
case against Trump, I don't knowwhat prosecutor, well, they don't have
any more evidence than what was alreadyknown. I've been following Jonathan Turley over
this, and he said, norational prosecutor would base a major criminal case
entirely on the testimony of Michael Cohen. A judge recently denounced him as a

(06:30):
serial perjurer. Right, Michael Cohen, he loved Trump back in the day.
Though. He's a smart man,he's a decisive man. He's a
swift, acting individual. The wordsthe media should be using to describe mister
Trump are generous, compassionate, principled, empathetic, kind, humble, honest

(06:58):
and genuine, not lying. Hewas protecting a friend. There's a difference.
What is the difference. The differenceis he was being a true friend.
He was, It didn't matter tohim. He will ultimately, and
I've said this so many times,he will ultimately go down in history as
the greatest president. All Right, and you can watch him from your jail
cell. New York Post. We'retalking about, brag. Alvin Bragg fears

(07:25):
that the judge, not the jury, could decide the case. This is
what they're talking about. They said, after the government closes its evidence this
a week, the defense will movefor a direct verdict by the judge on
the basis that the evidence is insufficientto sustain a conviction. Right. But
they're they're not going to normalize criminalconduct, right there, al No matter
who you are, I cannot andwill not normalize serious criminal conducts. Alvin

(07:50):
Bragg, you ran, you ranfor office saying you're going to get Trump
that right there. Should should throwit out, well, Judge Merchant,
he's failed to protect the rights ofTrump in this case already, right,
Brag, your heading come close.Right, Your witnesses have helped Trump more

(08:13):
than they have heard in him.Right. I mean, that's how I
see this going. And now turningto Michael Cohen, you're gonna put it.
You're gonna put all your eggs inthat basket. Really, it's not
enough to say Trump wanted to hushup the affair. That's not a crime.
The non disclosures are very common, very legal, and they have to

(08:35):
establish it. Trump wanted to concealthe payments for the purpose of election violations
or fraud. Jonathan Turley, whoI mentioned, he's an attorney and he's
a commentator, he said. Theformer Trump council promised the public they should
be prepared to be surprised. Thusfar, Cohen has offered nothing new,
nothing to make the case for AlvinBragg, he said Cohen before he took

(09:00):
the stand. The New York Postbut a story out that he's been peddling
a reality show called The Fixer's.That's no Your star witness is trying to
get a Hollywood show called The Fixer. And you're gonna believe this guy who's
working with him, none other thanthe guy that created Joe Exotic. The

(09:24):
Cohen pitch actually has a promo video. I couldn't find it. I don't
know. Maybe we go look attheir Michael Cohen's the fixer, where he
promised viewers, I am your fixer. Wow. Okay, not working out
too well, right. Trump saidhe's making a heavy move into Minnesota.
They haven't voted for a Republican sincenineteen seventy six. He's going to be

(09:46):
speaking later this week at the MinnesotaRepublican Party Lincoln Reagan Dinner. I heard
he's doing a fundraiser tonight. Whenhe gets how does he keep going?
Wow? Yeah, Trump's talking aboutMinnesota could be winnable. Last time it
was read was nineteen seventy two forRichard Nixon, but it's been Democrat ever
since then. Trump said, it'sin play. McLaughlin in Associate it shows

(10:11):
Trump leading Biden by three points inthe state of Minnesota. Trump leading Biden
in Minnesota forty nine to forty six. Well, you know what they're the
Trump campaign has been putting out talkingabout the campus protests, everything going on
with the pro Hamas people that itactually could put New Jersey in New York
in play. Could you imagine wowthat am I going too far? Is

(10:39):
Tresnol State gonna beat national champion inMichigan on August thirty? Is it the
thirtieth or thirty first year. Yeah, is that too far to push?
It? Could Trump win New Jerseya New York? Is that in play?
Of course, they're both in play, And by both I mean Trump
and Presto State. Right. Trump'scampaign said, bluesays like New Jersey and
New York are in play twenty four. We know that ground zero is going

(11:03):
to be the sun belt in theupper Midwest. And what is happening on
these campuses? I mean, yeah, it could you know, it could
put Minnesota in play. You couldput anywhere in play, Virginia, whatever
you wanna call it. Man,they got a new slice of the pie
in America. Right. They're callingthem safety moms. That's a new voting

(11:24):
thing. Safety moms, moms thatare unhappy with seeing the campuses be what
they were that you know, kidsdidn't get a high school graduation. Now
college graduation has been has been messedup. Right, So maybe Trump could
win. And we've now seen enoughof the Democrat liberal Marxist policies that are

(11:45):
on display that we've been talking abouthow it would be the demise of America.
There are some people that voted forthat, and they realize now they're
not gonna be vocal about it unlessyou're Michael Rappaport. But they're not.
Or now Chris Cuomo admitting they werewrong. Right, you got so many
I would just call them silent votersthat realized that they were wrong. And

(12:05):
they realize that every time they goshopping, they realize the time every then
they go get gas, they realizethat every time they send their kids to
school worried that they're going to begoing into a transitioning closet. Right,
But they always overplay their hand, the Democrats do. They overplay An example,
Pelosi going to Oxford to debate andshe's talking about guns, gays and
god. I mean, why evenwhy even go there, Nancy? When

(12:31):
you overplay your hand. Yes,you could lose Minnesota, and they could
lose New Jersey and New York.Wouldn't that be a sweet sweet day?
Boy? Wouldn't that be easy?Carre easy? You're right, You're right.
I'm letting super Tues. They goto my head, I am.

(12:52):
This is the Trevor carry Show.On the Valley's Power Talk. The President
bears responsibility for Wednesday's attack on Congressby mob riders. He should have immediately
denounced the mob when he saw whatwas unfolding. These facts require immediate action
by President Trump except to share ofresponsibility, quell the brewing unrest, and

(13:16):
ensure President elect Biden is able tosuccessfully begin his term. Why don't we
got speakers that are always on theirside? Right? That's in a pleasent.
I know, hey, McCarthy, who took your bomb went home and
made every person, every voter inthe twentieth district have zero representation. Not

(13:37):
cool, not fair. Look howthings have turned out. Americans are struggling
in Biden's economy. But Biden's ignoringour problems, our communist thumbs out.
He keeps denying reality. Is itdishonesty or dementia? Utility bills are going
up, Electricity costs have risen twentyfive percent under Biden, in food prices

(13:58):
or skyrocket. Biden is weak,he's failed, and he's dishonest. We
had more in our pockets when Trumpwas president. Make America great again.
INK is responsible for the content ofthis advertising, and it's true. So
our new slogan will be in anotheryear, Keep America great, and let's

(14:18):
hope that we do. And ifyou're a praying person, you need to
pray for Trump every day, prayfor safety a few times a day,
maybe more than that. Right, strongly disagree, strongly disagree. All right,
we're also supposed to pray for youtoo. I guess that's a tough
one, isn't it. It's likePhonsie tried to say, I'm sorry.

(14:43):
He couldn't say it, right.I don't know if I could say,
Okay, I want to go there. JFK Airport either renovating old JFK Airport.
Yeah, it looks like mad Men. It's from that time period.
It's like from when PanAm first wasPanAm, And it would be nice if
they kind of kept it looking cool. But I think think they runed it
in the eighties with an eighties rehabon it there, but they're renovating it

(15:05):
again, and there's a bidding processfor the renovations. You know, if
you're a construction company and all that, But if your business is not owned
by a white male, you cango ahead. If you are a white
male and you own a business, you're not going to be able to participate
in the bidding process. No,it really is straight up denying bidding to
white males, not surprised. Canyou say lawsuit? Right? How's that

(15:28):
legal? You can't discriminate based onrace or sex, but New York is
doing it right out in the open. That's what makes me worry about Trump
being on trial in New York. They don't follow the rules. They don't
follow the they don't follow the laws, but by golly, they they they
do have some really good ideas. There might need you to ask to turn

(15:52):
this up. I'm going to playthis right off the computer because it's right
off the press here. Mayor Adamssays, with all the illegal aliens that
are now in New York City.Did not know this, but looks like
New York City has a lifeguard lifeguardshortage huh plan that states those jobs that
we are in high demand, wecould expedite. How do we have a

(16:18):
large body of people that are inour city and country that are excellent swimmers
and at the same time we needlifeguards and the only obstacle is that we
won't give them the right to workto become a lifeguard. Does he know
they're excellent swimmers? Wow? Howdid they get in America? They had
across the real grand That's what hesaying. Illegals can be used to fill

(16:40):
New York City's lifeguard shortage because they'reexcellent swimmers. Can you imagine if Trump
had said that after court out there, whooh doggie, he'd be in a
He'd be in some hot water, wouldn't he. Uh, he's doing a
fundraiser after court tonight four, five, six, seven, twenty seven.
I'm sure he's talking it up usstill at a big fundraiser. I heard

(17:02):
that meet and greets were eight hundredand forty thousand dollars a plate man.
That's that's some of the wealthy. We'll say, right, if they're Democrats,
we call them elitist. I'll callthat a rich capitalist way better.
But the Democrats are gonna have elitist. Biden's gonna host, Uh, Barrock's

(17:25):
gonna come out. They're gonna dothis in Hollywood. A lot of Hollywood
stars and this fundraiser. They'll becoming out. Let's see who's gonna be
there. Oh, George Clooney andJulia Roberts are gonna be there, you
know, Joe bonding with the regularfolks. It's set for mid mid June,
coming up here. The last onehe did in New York City.
They got it. They got bigtime harassed by the promsk crowd out there.

(17:48):
He's not gonna be able to dotoo much. At the five o'clock
hour, we're gonna talk about theDNC coming up in August, because they're
floating the idea of having a virtualconvention, or maybe they know something we
don't know that there'll be an theirlockdown with the bird flew ten times worse
than COVID. They're telling us,Wow, this is speaking of that.
Aaron Rodgers is on Tucker Crosson.I'm sure they'll talk about COVID. I

(18:11):
want to go watch that one there. But I mean, what do the
Democrats have to sell the voters inthis election? Inflation not having a border,
Hey vote for us. We destroyedwomen's sports, a lot of things

(18:32):
that are not really so easy tosell. And we know in twenty twenty
that you know, Joe was inthe basement. He did a zoom,
he did a build back Better zoomcampaign. I think he did get out
in the public once he and JillBiden went to kind of like a drive
in theater kind of thing where peoplepulled their cars up and honked, hanked.

(18:52):
I saw some video footage from theman made Lockdown era where a school
band was playing in plastic zipper thinglike you would put looked like something maybe
you'd make a closet out of that, you would hang up things in a
plastic stand up container kind of thing. Had their mask on with the slits
through it so they could blow throughthe mask to play their instruments. Wow,

(19:18):
I can't believe how far we wentand how far we're still going with
all of this. It's we gotour governor right now. He's over in
Paris getting ready, getting ready forthe big breaking point climate change conference that
he's going to have with the Popeand everybody else that thinks they can control
somehow the thermostat of outside. Butit's all they're too far into it now.

(19:41):
There is no backing out whatsoever fromGavin Newsom or Greta Thumberg or Pope
Prances or AOC. There's no backingout. They're too far. They're too
far into this. We're going totalk with energy consultant and founder at PTS
Advanced. Ron Stein's going to beback on the show. He's on the

(20:03):
show Thursday Friday. On the show, Steve Garvey's going to be back on
the show on the phone so hecan come in. I'm gonna try and
get him in the studio here, but he'll be calling in Friday on the
show. And well while I'm madat here. David Ruben, he's a
former mayor of Shiloh, Israel. He's in the West Bank, Samario.
We're going to talk to him onthe phone tomorrow on the show. But
ron Stein will be on talking aboutour energy and climate change, and we'll

(20:29):
be talking about how Pope Francis isthree day climate summit that Newsome's going to
go over and talk about. Righta. San Diego. Bishop Pope Francis
elevated to the rink of cardinal intwenty twenty two. He argued. He
said, while abortion is a greatevil, the long term debt toll from
unchecked climate change is larger and threatensthe very future of humanity. How dare

(20:53):
you that's an evil? Cardinal PopeFrancis is actually singled out the US as
the people responsible for the climate emergencybecause of our here's the word he use,
irresponsible lifestyle of its citizens. Seriously, does he not know or even
heart of China? I mean everything, and I mean everything is backwards these

(21:15):
days. The Pope comes out andsays something that's totally backwards, a lie
fabrication, Thal shall not lie.Emissions per individual in the US, he
said, are about two times greaterthan those living in China, seven times
greater than the average of the poorestcountries. Called our irresponsible lifestyle connected with

(21:36):
the Western model. It's going tohave a significant long term impact, that's
what the Pope said last October.Well, the facts of the matter are,
and Ronstein can back this up.The US per capita emissions are less
than one point five times that ofChina. China's per capita emission levels are
higher than the global average. Youdidn't mention that, dig you, Pope.

(22:00):
China emissions more than double that ofthe US. Our airs among the
cleanest of any nation, and China'sair quality is among the poorest. Yeah,
they can't even tell the truth onthe facts. That's and that's uh,
that's the Pope. The Pope line, give us a break, man.

(22:21):
Pope Francis states a climate change isno longer a secondary or ideological question,
but a drama that harms us all. It manifests a tragic and striking
example of structural sin sin. ThePope is claiming our irresponsible lifestyle in the
United States is sin twenty three billionspent on homelessness, So we don't have

(22:45):
a record or where it was spinor if it worked or if it didn't
work. Right, I think wecan answer that by looking around right as
dire and new some high five eachother. Good job, good job,
good job, good jock. Righteighty thae California should be able to require
sobriety in homeless housing. The factthat we are not doing that right now,

(23:07):
that's probably the reason that we're inthe mess that we're in. We'll
talk about it next Super Tuesday withTrevor Carey on Out Valley. He's spower
talk. Are you ready to go? Get some more gasoline? Here?
And we're gonna see about a fiftycent per gallon gas tax increase on top
of what we're seeing right now.But the weather's good most of the time.

(23:30):
John Nolty at Breitbart He used tocome on the show, but my
start time of three o'clock is sixo'clock. Where he lives now in North
Carolina, so I think he's inSouth Carobe somewhere. He's back then in
one of the Carolinas. But heif he ever did come on again,
I'd have to say, Man,I don't appreciate being called names. Right.

(23:52):
He started out his article about usgetting hit with the gas tax.
He said, in today's edition ofGetting what You Vote For, the dummies
in California are about to get hitwith the fifty cent per gallon gas as
dummies, John, Some of usare on the front lines fighting, not
back in reg country relaxing and callingother people dummies. He would say,
some of the dummies. That's allI would want to say to him.

(24:15):
Don't you realize there are conservatives outhere and fighting? Okay, good,
I'm glad you're back in the headquarters. Good, we're out on the front
lines, man, He said,Republicans are powerless in California. I know
that. Aware of that. Wecan barely fill the softball team for the
state Assembly. Aware of that.Right, But he rubs it in,

(24:36):
man, all the time. Herubs it in. And maybe I'm maybe
I'm just maybe I'm jealous. Isthis jealousy coming out of me? No,
I'm not a dummy, he shouldsay, they're not all. He
said. The average cost of agallon of gas in California day is five
dollars in twenty nine cents. That'sa buck seventy more than a national average.
Some parts here in California, Iagas costs six dollars thirty two cents
a gallon. Now at fifty centsof those prices, right, Tea laughing

(25:02):
at the at the dummies. Wellhe lived out here, he said after
nine years. My wife and Ifled La in twenty eleven because the writing
was all over the wall. Housingcosts were exploding. I was about to
get tax us in plastic grocery bagsinstead of the filthy reasonable ones. So
my pretty wife and I moved backto the South. Boy, are we
glad we did. Since twenty eleven, nulti rights democrats have consolidated their power

(25:25):
by chasing way normal people like myself. There are basically three classes of people
in the most populous part of thatstate now the wealthy, the poor,
and illegal aliens. True, hesaid it. In the populous parts of
the state, we have a littledifference. Here. We have much more
of a middle class than La,than Smela or or the Bay Has.
Right, that's why our county grew. Our county grew, he said,

(25:51):
vast portions of California are still glorious. All right, thank you us dummies
are getting to see the glory exceptfor the costs of living. Democrats have
chased a lot of the middle classand replace them with illegals. That's that's
true, he said. This numberone ensures Democrats a permanent governing majority in
the state, and two ensures theydo not lose federal congressional power because of

(26:11):
the United States Census counting illegals. We knew that was a big deal when
Trump tried to get that through wherethat wouldn't happen, right, he said,
in France and Germany and Sweden, there's no escape. You can't flee
of California in Europe. But herein the States we can flee to saint
her pastures again, rubbing it in. Right. Maybe I'm a little jealous

(26:34):
here when I read that transient alcoholicsare getting free beer and vodka and we're
paying for it a taxpayer funded pilotprogram in San Francisco. Yet we remember
back during the man made lockdown, they were given alcohol, tobacco, medical
cannabis to people to keep them fromgoing outside during the During the lockdown,
they did that in San Francisco. But now they're it's worked out so well

(26:57):
up there, they're like, hey, that's a good idea. Let's maybe
continue that. The Cities Department ofPublic Health runs the managed alcohol program.
We have. We have a managedalcohol program. It gives doses of alcohol
to the addicted. Beautiful, they'represcribing limited quantities of alcohol to prevent withdraw

(27:19):
seizures and injuries. That does happento alcoholics when they're if they cold turkey,
Well, like any kind of drugyou called turkey, you can there
are side effects to cold turkeying, right, But I would think with drinking
that'd be hard to just kind oftaper off. I guess that's the concept
here. Uh. The program operatesinside a course former hotel. Yeah,

(27:44):
all the hotels are turning into uhlet's keep these lifestyle going, right.
It's in the Tenderloin district and ithas a five million dollar annual budget.
Watch that pothole go around it,thank you? Okay, boy, that
doesn't feel right, does it?Free drugs to drug addicts, that free
alcohol to alcoholics. That that doesn'tsolve the problem. That just stretches the

(28:06):
problem out. Where where's any formof recovery and any in any of this.
There's now two new bills that wouldallow state funding to support sober housing
for homeless residents. Cow matters rightsunder current law requires providers to accept people
regardless of the syringe hanging out oftheir buttocks or the fact that they're just

(28:29):
flat out drunk. Yeah, regardlessof drug and alcohol use. A Democrat
from San Francisco some women. MattHaney, a Democrat from San Francisco,
wrote AB twenty four to seventy nine. He said, if people want to
get off drugs and away from drugs, we should give them that option.
They shouldn't be forced to live nextto people who are using drugs. Right

(28:53):
right now, Let's see what aretwenty was it twenty three billion dollars?
Yeah? For the homeless? Whatit got us over five years? We
have at least twelve thousand sober livingbeds in the state for a state of
forty million people. Yet twelve twentythree billion, twelve thousand beds. You
do the math. But they wantto give people choices that want to be

(29:15):
sober, and that's not right. If you are going into a place right
into a homeless housing, how canyou're just asking for problems. If you're
like, yeah, keep up youralcoholism, keep up your drug use,
we can't take it away from you. Go ahead, shoot up in the
bunk bed. Just don't drop thesyringe on the floor so when Charlie gets
up to go pee he steps onit. Who would want to live like

(29:37):
that if you're actually trying to turnyour life around. Yesterday I use the
word losers and I'm going to sayit again. These transients are losers.
They don't want to choose a positiveway of life. They want to lose.
That's a losing and they can't betalked out of that lifestyle. Now
that didn't notice I said transience. That did include there are homeless people out
there that. Man, it's toughand situations happen to individuals. I understand

(30:00):
that there's people that are left outand they don't have anywhere to turn.
They don't know anybody, they don'thave a family structure. A lot of
times alcohol and drugs could be abusivein a relationship or a family where there
are innocent people that are swept upin all of that and don't have anywhere
to live. That's why we haveprograms that's why I'm sorry, I hit

(30:21):
the microphone at your ear. Sorry, I get talking with my hands.
But we have programs for people andit helps them for that. But the
people that won't do it. Righthere at showing forty one just today,
coming to work, it's they alwaysbeg right there on the corner. And
now it was like a montrocity theyhad set up. It was like a
flophouse they had set up. I'mlike, man, I am so over

(30:45):
this. I'm so over no honestycoming from our local government and our state
government. You got Newsom and Direliterally congratulating each other on the job.
Well done, good job, buddy, Nah, you did a good job.
You did the good job. Well, we both did the good job.
Yeah, homelessness is skyrocketing. Iwould think that it'd be easier to

(31:12):
relapse and a homeless housing if thecat next to you was going, hey,
man, you want to hit right? Hey, you want to borrow
my belt? Man here, letme let me tie off. Yeah,
no, we shouldn't allow it.San Francisco voters this year pass an initiative
mandating drug screening for welfare recipients. That's how tired they are of this that's

(31:36):
how tire we all are of thisSan Diego County city of Vista there mayor
introduce a measure pledging not to supportany program that enables continued drug use.
In criticizing housing first for precluding soberhousing, yes, that is that's it
good. I think we're seeing acultural shifter, people starting to see these
policies are not working when they talkabout housings. I always used the analogy

(32:01):
of if your nephew was living inyour front yard in a tent because you
kicked him out because he's a drugaddict, and you see him coming over
with other people and they're shooting upand they're defecating in the front yard,
right, leave their jack in thebox, rappers everywhere, they have parties
at night. Just he's just witheringaway. You don't even recognize him,

(32:22):
right, He's that down and out. Would you look out your front window
and say to your wife, wouldyou go, honey, I know he's
our nephew, but you know what, let's let's get him a key to
somewhere that where he can go inand be responsible. Would you ever have
that thought of, hey, let'sgo put let's go get him a hotel
and put our credit card down forhim. Yeah, things will start to

(32:45):
be better once our nephew's in ahotel or has a place to live.
No, it would not be better. I guarantee you you're gonna have some
damaged charges on your credit card ifyou went and got him a tel room.
Right, this is our money. And they say housing first that is
backwards, so backwards. No,you need to go into some substance,

(33:09):
use some mental health treatment, somekind of job training, something like that,
and then if you are really goodat that and showing, we'll go,
hey, here's the key. Youget it for three months. Month
four. You got to get yourown place. We've given you a job.
You can do this. You mighthave to have roommates, yes,

(33:30):
you might. It might not beexactly where you want to live in it's
a step in the right direction.Housing first became the law of the land
in California in twenty sixteen when theyrequired all state funded programs to adopt that
model. How did that work out? Yeah, I think we've seen how

(33:52):
that worked out. No, youdo not give them a key. And
that's why I was so against whenmay Or Dyer be bragging about again with
Newsom and with our tax money.Hey, we're gonna go buy this hotel.
Hey, at sixty five thousand dollarsa room, we're going to revamp
him. Are you kidding me?Sixty five thousand dollars a room. I
can build a container house for sixtyfive thousand dollars half a million dollars here

(34:15):
in Fresno for low income one bedroomapartments. I thought Tony Soprano died.
He's here, he's making money.Somebody's this is corrupt, this is corruption
beyond well. I got three stories. Come back and cover the story's next
child porn, a cereal karthief anda family. That's morning. We'll talk

(34:38):
about him next. This is theTrevor Cherry Show on The Valley's Power Talk.
Registered sex offender is arrested for childporn in Kingsburg. And this guy,
they'd already caught him. He wasa registered sex offender, he already
been convicted of committing a loot andlascivious act with a child and at the
age of fourteen, and now theycaught him with child porn. Be cured.

(35:00):
It cannot be cured. But he'salready out on bail. Send it
forty thousand, and he posted bondreleased from jail. Why no pail,
zero dollar pail. He knows he'llprobably be going back to jail. He's
sick, he's diminuted. He'll probablytry at least one more time with a
kid right before having to go tojail. Do not let him out of
jail. Thirty four year old BrandedBoordches of Kingsburg, mph dot com reports

(35:22):
was arrested Friday for suspicion of havingchild porn. He arrested him at his
house, booked him into the FresnoCounty Jail, and then he's out a
registered sex offender. If you're aregistered sex offender and we let you out
and we go. If you're evencaught in the looking in a catalog at
kids underwear, we're going to sendyou back to prison. But now again

(35:45):
caught again, out again, Sowrong. This was wrong. Two men
were killed Saturday. I told youabout this story. The guy police started
to chase the guy on the motorcycle. They were trying to get the air
patrol up and he rams into asixty year old one Armilio driving the car
that he hit in the intersection, and both of them died at the scene.

(36:07):
Well, the motorcycle he was ridingwas stolen. This should have never
happened. This is why get thejustifiable anger to kick the Democrats out of
power in this state and get backin some law in order. This guy
that took that sixty year old man'slife, who was leaving work, going
home, as kids, grandkids, all of that. The guy on the

(36:29):
motorcycle riding the stolen motorcycle was releasedfrom jail on March twenty first. Why
when he was serving a sentence relatedto stolen vehicles before should have never been
let out. He had previously servedtime in prison as well for vehicle theft.
They don't. It does not rehabilitatewhatsoever. This happened at one thirty

(36:52):
in the morning Saturday. Deputy Shrifsaw motorcycle driving fast, try to pull
it over, It took off andthen he slams into a car at the
intersection of Ashlyn and Moroa, andthe sixty year old died at the scene,
so did the guy on the motorcycle. Juan Armilio Sor, his son,
shared their pain and the loss oflosing his father. He said,

(37:14):
my dad was a very hard workingperson. Lovable, always checked up on
us. His dad was close tohome after leaving work at Famous Daves.
He leaves behind his wife, sixchildren, and twenty grandkids. His son
said he was the best role model. He said he hopes to continue to
honor his dad being the best fatherhe can be. And his son said,

(37:36):
and man, this has to bethis has to be Christ, this
has to be Jesus Christ, theHoly Spirit talking through this man. He
said, it's a time for findingpeace through the pain. And here I
am like so angry that they wouldlet him out of you know, that's
that's the Holy Spirit working on him. But there's still the justifiable anger.

(37:57):
This should never have happened. Andthe guy with the kid had porn,
should have never happened. He wasa convicted sexyphy. Change the way you
vote, please, And there aren'ta whole lot of good Republicans to vote
for anyhow right they won't do it, right, will they? Well,

(38:17):
I was two years old. Idon't know how old you were in nineteen
sixty eight. Many people might rememberseeing this on TV and all that.
But Chicago, that didn't work outtoo well up there. See, they
tried to get the permits to protestsin nineteen sixty eight and Mayor Daily Chicago
would not give them permits, sothey congregated in this huge part. What's
happening in Chicago right now. They'retrying to get permits. Will the city

(38:39):
give them to them? No,they won't. Boy, it's gonna be
nasty. We'll talk about it next
