Corey Parson, Chris Ventra, and Jim Day open the show talking about how Leonard Fournette is much like Fred Taylor, hoping that after dealing with nagging injuries, he will burst out to be one of the top running backs in the game. Corey doesn't, and will not, understand why air yards are important in fantasy football. #FNTSY #NFL #fantasyfootball #Week6 #LeonardFournette #airyards

(00:43):
Yeah again, Let's do it. Yeah, pull a sling from somewhere,
Broadcasting live from studio at thirty four in Mantown, Manhattan.
It is the Fans Football Frenzy right here on fanc
s Y Radio. Glory pauls in the Fantasy executive, My
main Man, The Cloth of Chris Venture shooting to be shown.
Jones joined shortly at the Big Homie Jim Day coming

(01:07):
up on the program and Day talk about some more
waiver while talking where you cast this, running your fab
tonight dr preview through Thursday Night Football, talk about what
you can expect and that one obviously, telephone lines be open,
so we get you on the horn at eight four
four four three sixty eight seven. Now I'll let you
know when those lines are open. So I started to
get into it and break First of all, good morning,

(01:28):
everybody has every money doing? How you doing the venture?
I'm doing good? How are you feel? I'm I'm doing well.
I'm I'm a little uh you know, spent. Yeah, you
had a nice rand had I exerted a lot of
energy on the Carton and Friends program. So I'm trying
to find the energy because obviously I want to bring
the same energy to the Goon squad. It is going

(01:50):
tober I got energy. I'm a little pissed. I got
like a little bit of anger about the Yankees. And
this is just a football show. I know, I know,
but that that's the truth of the matter. That's one emotion,
But it's a football show. It's a football Think about that.
No more. Um boy, So, did we have Jim yet? Jim? Alright?

(02:13):
So we're working on getting Jim Day up. Shout out
to the homie Jym Day. He'll come on to join
the program. I don't remember exactly what year it was,
but the best fantasy football team I ever had, um
m hm, five or six years ago? Remember the team.
The the quarterback was Andrew Luck, right, the whate receivers

(02:36):
were Andre Johnson and yeah, Dre Dre three stacks it
was Antonio Brown was on that team. Ya uh. Reggie
Wayne was on that team. It's the year Reggie Jane
was with Andrew Luck and he all only person Andrew
Luck through too is Reggie Wayne. And pie Gar Song

(02:59):
was on that teams the that p A gals. Song
led the NFL and receiving. I had the top four
wide receivers in fantasy on the same team. Wow, I
forgot who to all be two and the tight and
the starting tight end was on that team. But to
all by one on that team was Jamal Charles And
because of that, Jamal Charles is like my favorite fantasy
football player of all time. Like that's he was, you know,

(03:21):
so efficient, he was like Kamara before Kamara. Um, he
was so very efficient. Um, he was great. Jamal Charles,
he was great. And then obviously the Wills fell off
and Son has popped and he's watching injury and all
of that stuff, and he never recovered after that and
never was the same Jamal Charles that we all know
and love. Well. Now, Jamal Charles is back and people

(03:43):
are going to the wave wire tonight and you know,
sign up with Jacksonville. So you wonder what they did
with Fonetta is and lose Corey Grant, Grant, whatever. So
I would tip of my expectations on Jamal Charles because
I tell you right now, Jamal Charles is toast. Yeah,
and I love the guy. I told you the best
fancy football team I ever had, the mall Charles was
on the team, right. There's nothing you can do with him,

(04:05):
Nawal venture, No, there's nothing. He's insurance dollar bit. I mean,
if you're like a guy who has for Nette and
you got yelled in and you know pretty much, you
gotta start worrying about when being out for the rest
of the year. Yeah, I'm starting to think that this
Fournette is going to be in the big problem injury thing. Uh,
Jim Day, what's good? What's good with you? My man?

(04:26):
How's everything going? Hey, it's going good. What how you
guys doing this morning? I'm doing well. How are you doing, sir? Well,
I'm doing well, guys. I just I'm so sorry for
your loss. No, no, no, don't bring it up for
my loss. You know, what he's talking about. What Lord,
let me check my phone to make sure that I
miss a message? My God, do I have to leave?

(04:47):
What happened? Something happened to my family? Jim? Yeah, yeah,
you're a Yankee family. Jim The Football Show, Jim, Jim
not here to talk about playoff baseball? What the hell
is wrong with you? Jim? You know what I'm saying,
Take that damn hand off for a change. He's kind

(05:07):
of right. Is my favorite? For a second. This is
my Yankee. I like my Yankee had to beat uh
weather to be tattered. You know what I'm saying, Yeah,
it is. I like. I like a beat up hat.
I don't like a crisp hat. Like a beat up hat.
Look at that size, a little a little smaller side
in small wood. Get my hat small? About this would venture? Jim.

(05:37):
Jamal Charles is back in the NFL, And let me
tell you something that you know. The NFL and Fantasy
is similar in the fact that you can't find running
backs nowhere to the fact that we got to start
bringing back Jamal. Y'all, I'm telling you something. At some point,
so somebody gonna sign Rodney Hampton. Jim, what's going on
Charles back. Can you put a dollar on him tonight? Uh?

(05:58):
You know no, I think really what this isn't you know?
And Chris mentioned it already an indictment of what what
what they're thinking is gonna happen with four Nette. Um,
you know, I think they're making plans in case for
a Net doesn't come back this year, having somebody like
him as its solid backup, and right now, that's what
he'd be, dude, solid back up to Yeldon. But I

(06:19):
think that really is you know, they're starting to get
worried that Fournett might not be back this year. If
hits the eye on. Chris ask forward to August. Is
he a first round rappid, no second round? No, j

(06:39):
woul you would agree with a four that hits the
eye on this year, he's out the first two rounds
next year. Uh, you know, it's really tough to say that. Look,
we've seen guys in the past, and this is one
of my favorite examples. If you look back at Fred
Taylor's start to his career. First few years, all he
did was get injured. He couldn't do anything, gotta go,

(07:00):
and everybody was ready to write him off as a
bust and then all of a sudden he just went
years without getting injured and putting up great fantasy. You know,
for Nick is a talent. If he can get past
this injury, and you know, if they're really thinking that way,
then shut him down now, don't even push it anymore.
Shut him down, get him into total rehab and then

(07:21):
working for next year. That that would be a smart
move if they're not worried about him, absolutely, especially since
Yeldon has been playing pretty well the defense. You know,
the team's playing pretty well, and you know, you don't
want to rush a young guy who you could have
for the next you know, five six years be a
top and running back. Why rush him back and then
ruin his career? Possibly another guy like that too. Staffing,

(07:43):
I mean, at the beginning of staff it's cree like,
oh my god, this guy gonna get hurt. Every year
he was, he was hurt every year, and then the
problem and then now he's played uh about like eight
s three years without missing a game. So close this
curtain damn that closed curtains manager cold. We when we
get to the when we get to the break. So

(08:04):
I think the I think the Red Sox are having
lunch in the back room. Why does Jim keep talking
about baseball on this program? Not a baseball show, Jim.
If you if you want to do a baseball show,
you can work with Lord Michaels on Sunday Night. Jim.
I have called Donald. If you want to talk baseball, Jim,
I have called Donald. Put you on schedule. You can

(08:26):
work with LAWD Michaels. And what's my main man from Montana?
They got the horse name. I'll milk yeah, and I'll
milk you you Lord Michael. And now Melchia got the
horse name. He has a horse son. He he got
a horse like he don't he don't have a horse
like gave got a horse that you race with like
do do do do? That's kind of horse gave guy.

(08:50):
How Malka got a horse like that? Now Melchia got
a horse. He lived in Montana. He could ride the
horse to Walmart. So he don't raise his horse. He
just get on it and do do do do? Do?
Do you do? Do? You can come on in, Mrs
Susman just gonna walk right through horses our expense. Friday
came come on, Mr Susman, I got you, oh man,

(09:11):
that's riding. I'm gonna ride a horse to go all night.
Oh she's watching the show. You ain't riding here now,
beauty to the show. Speak? Um, you know who I
saw when y'all probably might not know. Venture you might
not you might know. I don't see Jim. I don't

(09:32):
see Jim Dave being a big Instagram guy. It's my thoughts,
you know what I'm saying. Maybe he is. Maybe maybe
Jim is, you know, shooting the shot and going people
DM all night. I don't think Jim is that guy.
But I saw your Instagram model, Bernice bur Joe's Pernice
Burd Joe's Instagram models don't know her now? She was
in the lobby. Oh here, Yeah, she was in the

(09:52):
lobby down stairs a little bit. How does she look?
She looks she's a ten son all these Instagram models,
I feel like, right didn't know she's a tin. So
if I you know, I didn't realize it was her
until she was leaving. But if I knew it was her,
out of told to come up stairs and come on
the show with us. Oh, absolutely, just followed you right up.

(10:13):
He spits fine. People be calling me the he spits fine.
She would never she would never go with a loser.
You're wearing it. He's had you keep trying to make
this ball show. You don't look up Bernice Burgos squad.
Y'all would love her, it's told too personally. Could spell

(10:34):
her name Bernie b E R I n C E B.
You don't even try that. Don't even if you put
Bernnie in your Instagram profile, She'll pop right up, She'll
she ain't gonna be the only thing to pop up
that completely. You feel like bobbing with Michelle. Come on

(10:57):
the screen. All right, so let's get let's get back football.
Because somebody criticized me on social media this morning, I
woke up. It was a tweet fantasy executive. You don't
have no substance? What does that mean? Yeah? It was
a woman to really Yeah, I was very I didn't
know how to take that. Maybe, yeah, maybe she's talking

(11:20):
about your small wood adventure. You cut that out, you
know what I'm saying. Cut it out right now. So
fantasy football. That must tough going around in life happening,
all that extra room in your paints. N Jim, nah, Jim,
it's not like that, Jim. I take up the whole

(11:42):
the whole joint. I'm gonna talk with monstuff. You know
what I'm saying. I don't whiskey of jeez. I kid
in type box of briefs, nah and the girdle. I
don't wear a girdle either, Jim. Hey, y'all gonna stop
fooling with me to day. I've had a rough morning already.

(12:03):
Listen up. Chris Godwin um during the during the bye week,
Chris Godwin was dropped in a lot of places. Either
it was to pick up like a Ryan Grant style
or Chester Roger style, So a lot of leagues. Chris
god When is back on the waiver wire this week.
I think even with Jamie's coming back, I think you
still got to make him a priority venture because I

(12:26):
think the Sean Jackson goes down now because Jamis and
de Sean they didn't have that connection last year. Uh D,
jacks was more of a Ryan fitz magic thing. Now
you get Jamimes back got on on waiver wires. If
he's out there, Chris, I think he got to be
the number one while receiver to pick up this week?
You think so, I said, I see a big half
of the season coming from with Jamis. I think Jamis

(12:47):
is gonna lock in on him. I really feel like
Jami's gonna talk at him more than he's gonna talk
at de Sean Jackson. What do you think? I don't know,
to be honest with you, Jamis could end up talking
break the most. When Howard comes back, you got another
leapt and another going to break the bread to go.
I think bread might be the best Tampa Bay, like,
you know, past catching option to pick up on the
wave all right now. I think more so when everybody

(13:09):
that last week, how could he still be out there
because they had they had to buy this week. So
that's probably why, you know, maybe he's out there a
little bit still, you know. I mean some people just wait,
that's why you should have reacted last week. You didn't
have to worry about it. Yeah, I'm I'm always down
to the sneaking to pick up a cat. And when
he's on a buy week, you know, like, I'm not
cool with Godwin and Humphries, like they're just like blah

(13:30):
to me, you know what I mean. I feel like
like Ronald Jones, Well that's a different story. There's upside.
It's much more upside on Godwin than it is on
your man, Rojoe Free. Why do you say that, Why
do you think there's much more offside on Godwin than Rojo?
Because God, when we see God might have to take
Chris's side here. You know, he's gonna get the chance

(13:51):
to be in every town that He's gonna get that chance,
whether he does anything with it. I still have serious scouts,
but he's gonna get that chance. Godwin's not gonna get
that women. A lot of numbers don't lie. Who gets
the snaps. Gotlan gets the snaps. He's a part of
the office. Rojoe isn't agreed Godwin has right now because
you know what Ronald Jones floor is zero, that's rond

(14:13):
Jones floor. He could completely be a complete bus but
he who also could be all of a sudden be
the best running back on Tampa Bay and start getting
fifty carries a game. And I love that upside. Whereas Godwin,
there's not a high there's not really a high ceiling.
There's not really anything to look forward to beyond you know,
maybe a fourteen fifteen point day once in a while,
once in a while. I know he's been doing at

(14:34):
the beginning of the year, but that's because fifth magic.
I'd rather have Godwin than QT QT. I love he's playing.
I don't see how Yeah, and I'll tell you on
the wrong side of history. No, No, I love god
a wide receiver. It's Winston. I don't trust. It has
nothing to do with another. Before he got into last year,

(14:58):
Jim Winston was great. He wasn't when a fop he
was playing. Well, I won't say great god Win a lot.
I with you, I'm absolutely with you. But QT right
now has become Houston's running game. Okay, I can dig
that you see in the past and he's gonna see
more targets just because he's being used as the short

(15:20):
running game. Yeah, I can see that. And he's another
guy where you know he's a rookie. He has a
major upside. He could get better and better. Godwin is
as the second second with major upside. Also, I mean,
I don't see the upside. He's a good I think
he's a good bar I think he's better than Humphreys,
But I don't see him being like like a big

(15:41):
time breakout type wide receiver that maybe you think he's
gonna be. Is that what you think he's gonna be?
I think he's just gonna be a guy. He has
two targets on the season. He has a week of
ten targets, a week of six targets. He scored a
touchdown in three of the four games. Three weeks he
had six targets total, five targets total. He's scored a
touchdown in three of the four games they've played. I

(16:03):
understand that, but different touchdowns scored. Jamon's gonna come in
and just throw the ball to Mike Evans. The whole
game's gonna throw it to the other team. He might
throw the d Jacks that too. Thrown it to the
other team too, though, Yeah, that's toward the end. Two
tough defenses. You can't have too many guys in this offense,

(16:26):
That's what I'm saying. But like this, Okay, let me
ask you all the question. If you're a fist Magic owner,
have you got him on your bank when you cut him? Yeah?
Hell yoh done? So you all think that if you
all cut him, you all think Jame's going to job
for the rest of the way. I do do That
doesn't mean I'm gonna play Jamis, yeah, or the guys.
He's like all the guys on his team, all the
wide receivers. It doesn't mean they're all gonna eat, but

(16:48):
you'll play that Jackson. If I was Fitzpatrick, if they
asked me to come back on the field, I would
be raising several fingers in their direction. Yeah, they gave
up on him quick because well he's frying, fitz You
know what the know the outcome is gonna be. Yeah,
we said it years ago. He had almost the four
thousand yards season and dirty one touchdowns. This year he
had such better weapons and they put him to the

(17:10):
bench again. I'm talking, that's true. They pay too decades.
He was in Buffalo Fancy Football for three years to

eight four four A four three six seven nine. You

talk is always fun. But do me a favor. Don't
call up here and tell me this is my team.

(18:34):
What do you think? Yeah, it takes long. It takes long,
and I don't give a ship. Yeah, we want to
help you, but like, you know, like if your whole team, yeah,
you know what I'm saying. If your team is like
in big trouble, yeah, then you can run your team down.
But none of your teams are really in big trouble.
But my man yesterday, his team was in big trouble.
You know what I'm saying. But yeah, it takes a

(18:54):
long time. When you do that, you know what I mean,
and we're going square. This is going Toba. We gotta
be all inclusive of I was thinking about what you
and Jim Jim said at last segment, and I thought
it was very smart. That's why we got We got
Jim on the program, not because not from my look,
because he looks um QT essentially being the Texas Running game.

(19:20):
That was that's that's good. And if you got and
I agree with those guys now, I think I would.
Mainly Jim just talked me into it. I would give
QT the edge over Oh Boy God. And even though
I think God was gonna be solid and consistent, He's
going in some line ups this week. Do you know
why QT is Jim's uh is are the Texas running
game because they don't have a running game? Sucks? Ding

(19:41):
ding ding. I guess I got on board with inging
because I think we all do it. Sucks the first
time I put him in my waiver article. Is a
drop player, especially with DM da Foreman coming back. That's
a yeah. By the way, God and third round pick
eight overall pick That's what I mean, where's the upside?

(20:04):
What's the upside? He's getting it done. He's not a
pill side is he's a good wide receiver and state wide.
He really is a good receiver and runs good round receiver.
You know who runs. He's a good white receiver. He
runs good routes, he creates separation, he's not afraid to
go up and fight for the ball. He'll go over
the middle. He does a lot of good things. Again,

(20:24):
it's not him I'm worried about. It's Winston. I've never
been a big Winston fan. He's not a fan of
yours either, Jim, okay with that. I've got a lot
of non fans out there. I can live with that.
But here's the thing. Like Winston, even if he throws
like three picks, he could still throw easily throw for
four hundred odds exactly. I understand it. Yeah, let's see

(20:49):
where he finishes up and we can talk about it
later in the season. Talk about a beautiful Bernice right there.
Look at that how Corey part in Fantasy Executive. It's
nice her. Now. I couldn't email her closet. I'm not
going to send her a DM. She got four point

(21:09):
five million followers. I'm quite shures a lot of thirsty
cats m So she doesn't even check her d M.
The next time my sister got people check her exactly
the next time I see her in the lobby, though,
I'm gonna be like with cracking, She's gonna be like nothing.
I would recollect to change your hat. Put on the

(21:32):
Golden State Warrior's hat. Don't worry about Nation. It's not
a baseball show. All a fashion I didn't even say
anything about bases. It's not a fashion show either. Right,
we talk football here? Do we really like? When? I
feel like, let's talk about some more wave white Okay,

(21:56):
I thought someone's looking at me. Let's talk about some
more wave with white people. Because I'm little bit confused, Jim,
I asked you the same question I asked you yesterday.
Wasn't later this on in Quincy and Noma. I haven't
seen anything more. I've got no responses back from any
of the beat writers as as of coming on the
show today. Uh you know, last I heard, he's still
had the brace on, and that's gonna be concerning. I'm

(22:19):
as soon as I know more, everybody else will too, right,
So cool? So, Jim, did Dad put Robby Anderson in
place to Night on Way? But y as a as
a speculative. You never know type at absolutely, if none
was hurt and this is something that's gonna linker, you
gotta go after Anderson. You know, at that point, even
Terrell Prior maybe comes into play a little bit. Uh.
You know, he's been getting close to that double digits

(22:40):
last couple of weeks, just hasn't topped it yet. But
if Anne was not out there, if they can't count
on Anne one, he's got to throw to somebody. Hey, Ventral,
I love rashand Matthews. A lot of my better teams,
Rashaan Matthews has been on them because, like Rashaane matthis
is a cat who was perfect through the bye weeks
and he was number one target outside of Delaney Walker
and Tencinati Cincinnati in tennis Tennessee for the past couple

(23:02):
of years and then with Arizona. And I'm like, at
the luster is going, Yeah, I mean they got Kirk,
you know Kirk what they quarterback? They don't got no
quarterback like Rosen, but like he hasn't done anything exciting yet. Yeah,
I don't think that's a guy you want. Don't pick
up Matthews at the mat wait on that. Yeah, I'm

(23:25):
not ready to believe in Matthews at all yet. Yeah,
I'm I'm not even going there until we see, you know,
a little bit more than two targets. Yeah, that's some
more way I pick ups. We'll talk about as we
moved throughout the course of the program. I like mont
Crief right now, we'll explain he's out. He's out there
on waver wise on a lot of leagues, um, And
last two weeks he's been getting up a lot of targets.

(23:46):
He had five, he had five catchers one or nine
one week four against the Jet six for seventy six
last week and the PPR I gets you fourteen points
with no touchdown. I mean, and he's got already two
touchdowns on the year. You're like, mon Creef Godwin, Oh yeah,
I do. Oh yeah, here, I'll get some some reasons
why here, Corey, he's actually hit. Mont Crief has actually
had double digit scores in three of the last four games. Um.

(24:08):
Of course, he had a big stinker in between two
receptions for sixteen yards, and that's gonna happen in this offense. UM.
But you know, in the last two weeks he's had
a hundred and eighty five yards in the touchdown on
twenty targets. And you know, everybody's talking about air yards.
You know, if that's really a true stat that we
can follow, and I'm still not buying into it fully,

(24:28):
but if you look at the air yards here, he
has coal and Westbrook beat by a long margin. He's
over a hundred yards a hundred more air yards and
keeling coal and over a hundred thirty more air yards
indeed Westbrook, which means he's going down the field more
and they're getting the ball in his hands further down
the field. Getting the ball in his hands further down

(24:50):
the field at the rate that they are currently getting
it to him consistently will make him a solid play
every week. I mean, he's getting buckets. Heavy talk. I'm
gonna go on a rand. Did you say talk is
last two weeks about this last two weeks? Yeah, that's
that's a lot. Remind me I have to go on
a rant about this about Creef. Yeah, I'm gonna imagine

(25:15):
there's really nothing about Monk Creef and Corey would want
to run about down. I want to talk to my
people first. A four four four three six am, I'm
hungry A four four A four, three, six A seven nine.
Oh there we go, I got. I gotta look at this,
look at look at look at God. Let me talk
to my man Ralph and the Bronx. But my man Ralph,
what upset? I can't hear round Ralfie welfie. He must

(25:46):
a damn telephone pole. Again, that's a good call, Jim,
Rolph from the Bronx. What up, Ralph? Give me Ralph?
Talk louder son, Ralph? Hear me? Now? I got you,
Ralph without Ralph? What up? Sudden, Ralph from the Bronx.
What up? What's your neighbor? A right? Man? I got,

(26:08):
I got a problem. I got both Camara and mark Ingram.
It worked last year, so it did, but then it
worked for me on Monday night. So I love. I'm
listening should that trade marking room? And I got Larry

(26:29):
Cicera on my bench and upgraded to a receiver one.
That way I could have oh, you know the one,
and I guy Alvin Kamara, who would be the other
running back? You trade Ingram? What are you the reading for? Anger?
From this line? So I got Camara, I got James
Conner also have I need to hear no more Ingram. No,

(26:52):
but but he receiver one. He's not getting a wide
receiver one. Fingram No. He's saying Ingram and Fitzgerald. But
but Fitzgerald really has no trade bounty unless it's to
an old guy like me that just has all that
damn history with um. The thing about it is, uh,

(27:13):
it's like, okay, so you say, who you trade him for?
Who do you have a deal in mind? On Ralph
trying to get Julio Jones, you're gonna give him. See,
I wouldn't do that because he's gonna be Waiver Wire fathers.
I hope nobody has really taking me serious with Yeah,

(27:36):
I'm gonna get it. I'm gonna get to drop Julio Jones. Man,
you can't get Julio Jones for Ingram and fit in
the trade. So like he's an f in the trade.
Get Fitzgerald only gonna do don't say, don't wait. Look
if the guy he's trying to trade him to, he
is in desperate need of running back and has good,
solid wide receivers. And it's now starting to doubt HLO.

(27:59):
And there's a lot of out there that are truly
starting it out with you freaking idiots. Um, then you
might be surprised. You know, I'd say, throw it out there,
see what happens. Mostly you can do is say no,
maybe even comes back encounters with something that still works
for you. Always throw it out there if you can
get throw it out there. I think a more realistic

(28:19):
option off of mark Ingram could be a guy like
a Julian Edelman, Javis, Landry, Jervis Landry, Allen Robertson type.
Maybe I wouldn't do it for Allen Robinson. You know Landry,
I'd probably do it for. I wouldn't do it Allen Robins.
And I'm not sure. I might be a bieload, but

(28:40):
I'm not giving Ingram for him. That's ridiculous to me.
Are you talking about a guy that you know is
gonna put up good numbers. He put up good numbers
last year even in this mix with with Camara. I
don't see that changing this year. So yeah, no, I
think that's too much. I want somebody who's gonna be
a lot more productive and pretty much consistent each and
every week before I give up in Ingram. So Corey Davis, Okay,

(29:04):
Corey Davis, I'd be cool with that. The Corey Davis,
what about what about Alshon Jeffrey, I'm afraid of history.
If you can go after Julio, go after Hulio. I
would shoot for guys like that. I wouldn't shoot for
middle court guys for Ingram, Yes, Super Bernice Burg, Joe's

(29:26):
did shoot for the sky for the best. You know
what I'm saying, my man Ralph, because my man Ralph
was in the b X. That's what's up? A four Ralph?
High at your big dog A four four, A four
three six a seven nine. Let me talk to Matt,
New York City, Matt, Matt, Matt, what's going on? That's
going on exactly? What would you? Matt? How's everything? So

(29:47):
I'm hurting. I'm hurting it in my fantasy team though, Man,
some about life about life Fitzgerald. Do you think he's droppable?
We've been talking about it all morning. Um, yes, and
I think the BFS was talking about it too. He said,
you mean the talk of the fancy football industry right
now sending life is Gerald old ask of the way Hawaii? Yeah?
It hurt. Yeah. I think he's done. Man. I think

(30:08):
of Kiki, or maybe you're thinking the guy who can't
announce his name in San Francisco, the fullback just check
you s k Yeah, I'd rather have as well to
have Kiki. Also, Kiki, do you love me? Are you? Yeah?
That damn? That damn? Do you think we could do
to get these guys to stop singing? Is good for me?

(30:29):
So I got shot to the Green squad. Squad gol Toby,
how lad you boy? Yeah? M hmm. But interesting you're thinking, Oh, Jim,
Jim don't like Drake. He don't like singing. Jim sing
for us? Something you sing something for us? Yeah, Jim,

(30:50):
I had just sing Sweet Caroline this morning. Jim, you
did a good job. Here you go. They're don't pay
me enough to sing. Sound like William Shatner when I
sing A four four A four three six A seven one.
Let me go to my man Rich in New York.
We're keeping it in New York. That's what's up? What up? Rich?
Are you doing? Chill and shilling? What's good with you?

(31:11):
I'm kid, I'm good. I'm trying to work a trade
and pick up a j Green who's on a team
that's one in four that needs running about help. So
I'm thinking about offering out Damarrius Thomas and Carlos Hide
for a J. Green and one isn't know what your
thoughts were. Yeah, I think this. I think this is
a worthy trade for a J. Green. Damarius Thomas is
not going to be you know, it's not gonna do

(31:33):
much for him at Edward receiver for losing a J. Green.
But Carlos Hide is a good running back to pop
right in there, especially if you have running back issues.
I think that's a good smart deal right there. Rich
what you guys think, Yeah, I pass it, venture would
veto with it. That's good. If I owned d J. Green,
I'd pass on it. Um, it's not a bad offering.

(31:54):
He may jump on it. Everybody's different that way, but
you know, you've got to be concerned with the guys
you're getting, and in this this case, I would hide.
You know, it has been playing well and then we're
starting to see a slip. We saw Chubb have a
big week two weeks ago. Uh they got ums. Yeah,
he's just been losing snaps and that's starting to concern me.
We may see a three headed monster in Cleveland before

(32:17):
all is said and done. So because of that, I
don't think I bite on that, but hey, this guy
may be different. You're gonna be a smart or as
good looking his eyn. Well, he's desperate. No, listen, Philip lindsay,
isn't isn't a isn't a straight time share right now?
So so you'd rather have hid than you're saying, Well,

(32:38):
I would rather have high. But if I'm a j
Green owner, I'm not buying. I'd be looking for more.
So the hot Yeah, the fairest one is probably high DT.
Hey wag just a ten team or twelve team league,
so we don't have raged. I hope he gets the
deal done though, because he sounds like a homie. A
four four, A four, three six, a seven one. Let's
go to Tom in Florida. What a Tom? You know

(33:01):
how you guys doing me? What's good with your Tom? So?
I got two questions mons for my season? Only want
the DFS my season on lead season on league. I
mean it's a twelve point on point five, it's a
twelve man on point five PPR. I got a dilemma
because I got on Michael Thomas and Kenny got a
Dana by this week. So my options from my water
saper to my flex So right now I've got many Sanders.

(33:24):
That's my water scaper warrant now. But on my options,
you got to pick between Doug Ball, Wins a P,
Chris Thompson, Corey Davis and one set. I can tell
you one right now, not bad after at all. You
need time. Let me to start Corey Davis, one, Corey
Davis and Manny Sanders. Well is this PPR point ppo, Yeah,

(33:48):
you don't like Thompson right. Thompson's hurting. They're not even
sure Comps is gonna be able to play this week.
You gotta watch that carefully though. Yeah, I wouldn't go
ball when I wouldn't go ball when you say sign
and I and I picked up when it's small with two,

(34:09):
I'm not worried about windows small wood yet, I won't
see what that split gonna look like. I would rank them.
Sanders Davis, he's already starting, already, I rank him date,
I would rank him, Davis, Davids, Thomas an Ap. I
don't think Thompson. I don't think Thompson's gonna play. So
if he doesn't, then get more and if he should

(34:33):
get hurt as well, So Redskins have no backfields. Pick
up the free Bibs. A P has already said he's
gonna play, and we know Aps Scubborn he's gonna be
on that pieces. But if they don't have Chris Thompson,
I would go with a P. There you go, right,
what's thefst question? Right quick before we get to the break.

(34:55):
Why got the opinion on my GPP lineup? So right
now I got sit on Draft King. So right now
I've got Jamis Winston, David Johnson, Jill Mixing, um A
B Kiki q T, D Jacks, David and Joe qu
Mohammedan new and Ravens. I think it's it's a nice
tournament shot upside. So I think you got a good

(35:15):
shot with that one. Yeah, I might say about D
Jacks make a second lineup? Well for the stack Jack Stockings.
He wants to get that get that ownership in there.
What was you saying, Tom, like your mom like go
back to priest and Jamis Winston was lighting it up

(35:36):
like he had he had Jacks a few times over
the top like he was three guinea He was lighting up.
It goes Tom right there. Tom just broke it down
right here. He could hit him up. I'm jamous I'm
telling him more in jamos. Jim may not lock him,
but I'm always jamous fancy football friends and when we
come back on talk about a yards a Daily Rodo

(36:01):
dot Com learned from the game's best DFS players. We
don't just give you premier advice. We play every day,
all major sports, all year round. We never stopped industry
leading DFS tools and custom projections and now the Daily
Rodo dot Com optimizer in minutes building, optimize line up

(36:21):
for cash games and turneys. Learned from the game's best
DFS players joined Daily roado dot com full squad. Ain't
nutt in f with whell. I don't want I want.
I don't want cats to turn fantasy football into fantasy baseball.

(36:45):
You know what I'm saying, pantasy baseball. You can't even
feel in twelve team league in most city if you
feel it on me. So with that being said, the
reason why, first of all, this is baseball. You know
it is what it is kind of, it's just a
little bit tougher. It's day to day. It's a grind,
I get it right, Yeah, and you take it into
football season, it really becomes a disaster. What are the reasons.

(37:05):
Is they these advanced statistics that they introduced to the
fantasy baseball playing audiences, saber metrics. It's a little too
much for me. It's supposed to be fun. You should
not need a pH d In chemistry to play fantasy
sports with the baseball fancy baseball people. Do they make
it so where you have to need chris not geometry.

(37:26):
We're not talking about rocks. Well you kind of are.
You know, here's a problem only went thrown by Eli.
Yeah that's true, pretty little boyfriend. Yeah, and leave them

(37:47):
in back there. Come to what you're looking at? Son?
Hey baby, what's up? I heard her high heels running
down the hall from here, running to get to the door. Jim,
I'm trying to play me anyway. Sounded like they were
going away, Cory. That's all I could tell you. So,

(38:09):
so you gotta be born into baseball almost okay? True?
Now this is what I this is what I cautioned
the fantasy football people against. Don't make it tougher than
it needs to be, and don't make it like fantasy
baseball where you need to have a degree and triggeronometry
to play the damn hobby. And that brings me the
air yards? Right? Air yards? Is this thing? Like you know,

(38:33):
it's real, like hippie type fantasy dude, you know what
I'm saying. It's like, look at his A dot and
compared to buy his average yard target for death. And
you look at his A dot and then you minded
his air yards and add to it. Because it's shut up.
I don't want to hear it. Can he play? Is
he any good about his air yards? Stop making it

(38:55):
a hippie trendy fatty. You know what I'm saying. Air
yards too much for me. When you start talking air yards,
I start tuning out because because football starts askewed, you know,
like the best quarterback in the league never even gets
thrown to his side, so it looks like he didn't
even do good. If you look at it just the stats,
you know, he probably has like one pick on the season.

(39:16):
The best cornerback in the league. No, it's those surprise
cornerbacks come out of nowhere, five picks. Oh, these are now,
this is the guy you gotta look out for, you
know what I mean? Then they become nothing after that.
So here it is air yards. Air yards are the
total number of yards thrown towards the receiver on a
play in which he is targeted both complete and and

(39:37):
complete because they completely don't make a difference. You knowee
what I'm saying. If you add them up over a
game or a season, you get a receiver's total air yards.
Air yards are charted on right angles from the line
of scrimmins, So air yards on a measure of how
much distance the ball actually traveled. Instead, they measure potential

(39:58):
yards a receiver would dudes, if he caught the ball
and then was immediately tackled. What the f is this?
This is basically, in a nutshell, how far the quarterbacks
throwing the ball to this receiver. No, no, no, because
they're saying it's from the line of scrimmage, not from
where the quarterback throws the ball. How many yards from

(40:19):
the line of scrimmage does that ball travel? That's what
they're saying. Oh, well, you know that it's not really
in the yards. And so then you go to the
air yards dot com website and I think the cat
that created the air yards on the air yards method whatever,
I think he's a cool cat. I think it's I
think something is that Matt Harmon, I did that joint
the yards I think it's one of the NFL network cats.

(40:40):
Whatever the case, maybe or the reception perception one of them.
Stop it. Yeah, we know who could burn and gets
big plays. We know we watched the games football mine,
just watch the games. Just watch the game. You don't
need air yards. So you go to air yards dot Com.
Air yards data and metric for NFL analysts advanced stance,

(41:02):
simple to use. So you have teams, you got the
players to QB efficiency to receive efficiency. Then you have
air yards data, defensive data and snap data. Then you
got the research and then you got what is this
NFL part of the research of air yards is NFL
game speed? Do different turf type effect of players game speed?

(41:26):
What are we doing? Don't make in the baseball don't
do that? Talk about some air yards? Oh well? Else,
which fields in the NFL play the fastest? We don't
give an f Which fields played the fastest? Guess what
whatever field? Tyree killers on that fields? How about that

(41:47):
plus the field to play the fascies you probably more
more like can get injured on that? Do NFL players
run faster in the first quarter when they are fresh
versus the fourth quarter when they are tired? What the
f do you think? What do you think that? Wait? Wait,
I have to throw a little thought procedent in here.
You know, the guys that worry about these things, they're

(42:08):
those guys catching those million dollars checks, draft kicks. Yes,
they are Druth dick Meyer guys like that. They have
these spreadsheets, these algorithms, exactly, they're algorithms. Stuff that's rockets,
that's right. But that's what the guys winning dfs, at
least most of them. A lot of these millimaikers. He's
there a lottery tickets and somebody hits a lottery. But
most of these guys that win consistent, consistently in dfs

(42:32):
for big dollars are guys that are mathletes. For guys
that have these their scientists. Of course out the game.
They don't want to exactly. That's what makes it. That
sucks the fun right out of it. Where's the fun
that then they do it for a business, That's what
I'm trying to Okay, that's great for them, and that's fine,
But they're scientists that don't know the game of football

(42:52):
like we know the game of football. They just know
numbers and they plug them in an algorithm and they
pop out. You guys absolutely break lots of money. Yes,
the ball we follow, all the football we make crap.
There you go make money. But but what what what
what what Jim was saying, These dudes are not watching
the game. They got there, no stuck in the Book's

(43:15):
nothing fun about that? Yeah, where's the fun fun about that?
It's not fun doing a geomeraty question on a Sunday morning.
I hung over on Sunday morning. I don't got time
to be adding up. I don't time to be which
team which wide receiver is the fastest on field turf
versus which wide receiver is the factors on natural turf.

(43:36):
I'm too hung over to do that. I'm trying to
have a good time. Got me doing math equations in
order to start. Somebody keep it. I'd rather watch and
drink a bear and talk with my man Gabe and
Ventory and Jim day. You know how Friday Brains would
be if if we had to do that all day
and just look at stats, all these different stats. Anyway,

(43:57):
you need a team of scientists, which these guys mostly
have to do it for hum with scientists. I need
the pocket protecting to play fantasy football. Stop it with
this A four four four three six ay seven. Now
let me hollow my man queue in South Carolina air yards.
I got your air yards right here at ease, ease.

(44:17):
How about I hope you grabbing something? What up? Que que?
They got me tripping talking about air yards? A man
sounds like something from another for Mars or something from
about which which which track is the fastest? How about
which player is the fastest? Que sounding like an afroithm

(44:40):
for going to mark or something. Let me go to Nassar.
Let's about that. I want to know who's good? What up? What?
I'm cute? I'm gonna help you, hey, man, I needs
about from you guys. Man, I heard you're talking about
that qut guy right and and I got Lamar Miller
on the bench and you ain't done nothing for me.
I'm thinking about cutting him and in this guy up,
but he's said not in at a good pick up

(45:02):
off the wave while just cutting cut k QT without
of doubt pick him up. I would do that at
the heart peak. There you go, cute brother, all right, jess,
y'all be blessed. Man. I'll talk to y'all. I hope
you having a good you don't even have to look
at the air yards or nothing. Don't worry about you,
don't worry about me. You don't really want to look

(45:26):
at the air yards for coute. Anyways, they're gonna be
low catch man. I'm sorry if I'm if I came across,
I had a very uh interest. Yeah, it was tough.
Let me a little my man, Brad and Edmonton, hold
we get Let let bring Brad name. Let me get
bradon Edmonton going on? Guys, Yo, what up? Brad? Was good?

(45:47):
Would you? How can we help you? Just showing man
loving the show today and don't forget next week. I
think the three v should get together and just drive
to Canada, because you know what becomes legal here in
one week out from Canada? Yeah, it's legal right here where? Yeah,
I'm good right here? Thank you? Anywhere. I ain't going

(46:10):
to invite Brand. I would love to join you in
Canada and smoke some brief of with you. How can
I help you? Brand? Alright, guys, I'm just trying to
strengthen the vanche. It's got a question. Um is crab
tree worth a drop? For? Uh? Grant Kirk Richardson COUDI
Kiki or a now rant. No, I don't wait. I

(46:38):
wouldn't drop in for any of those guys. Look, John
Brown has been getting the big place. I totally understand
that Crabtree is doing what crab Tree is doing. The
touchdounds are gonna come for him. And if if God
forsaken uh, John Brown gets hurt. We know he never
gets hurt. But if that does happen, then Crabtree steps
into a great role in that offense that will have

(47:00):
to use him, and he will definitely become a touchdown
guy that you want to have. You know, all these
other guys that you know Coute maybe, but only if
it's PPR and and you need all those short points
that maybe that works out. But otherwise, no, I don't know.
I like he thinks a lot band. You're okay with that,
You're okay with keeping cramp Tree and not picking up

(47:20):
any of those guys. Am. I still I feel what
you're saying, and I can dig that. But I at
least a rookie after two games. Look, I'm not saying
no tote. You know, I think if they continue to
use him in the short running game, I take that
helps him a ton. But there's a possibility for him
and comes back and all of a sudden they get
a running game and they don't use him as much.
That way, He's still a rookie. He's gonna have some

(47:41):
bad down here. Yeah, cramp Tree has a much higher floor.
He may not have the high ceiling. His ceiling is gone.
I think he has that ceiling. His ceiling is gone.
Cramp Tree, he became real and him almost had the
same amount of points. Yeah, so yeah, I'm still not
buy him. Like I mean, he's a solid guy to

(48:01):
have on the bench, but I'd rather have the big
upside guy if you really need that. You know what
I'm saying, And you consider a big upside guy, I
don't know, play with Hopkins and Fuller if they get
forming back and Forman looks anything like he did before
he got hurt. I just don't think he has that
big upside. You might be right, but I think that
he could be a guy that you know, especially in

(48:22):
people y'all could get you fantasy points to pick him up. Well,
I already picked him up. How much have you spend
last week to pick him? All? You pick him up,
you paid a big paid a big, big fee. Then
you so you own him, so I'm respecting. Hey, so, um,
it's out to brandon Edmonton. You know what I was
thinking about? You know who we haven't heard? You know,

(48:43):
we haven't stood up for the Canadian national anthem in
a while. Well I'm not. Do you want to right now?
We don't have to. I do have to say something.
We did offend a member of the coon squad in
the in the chat room, he's saying, oh, you know
John Brown has sickle cell Maybe not a joke. I'm
so sorry. I'm sorry for offending you. I try, I

(49:04):
will try not to do it. It came sickle celling.
Believe John Brown's health alone. Yeah no, I don't mean
it's what it is, you know something? Yeah, yeah, exactly.
Preaching to the choir um right quick? Oh yeah, Bradon Edmonton.
You notice I haven't stood up for the Canadian national

(49:25):
anthem in a while, and that's because dropped Marty. Don't
call no more from Canada? Don't call Why not interesting
that you asked that? So the reason why I realized
that Marty from Canada wasn't calling no More. I was

(49:46):
going through my Twitter scroll and I saw a Marty
and Marty was tweeting at Jake seely great show today.
Jake really loved it. Wow, I stood up and sang
old Canada. That I didn't do that. I didn't do that.

(50:06):
Did that have do that for Brandon? I don't even
do that for mine. I wonder if anybody else did that,
nobody else I wanted that. I wouldn't have Gabe Joe
Pezappia standing up and saying old Canada when Marty called
happened one of the most ultimate respectful things to do,
one of the most venture You know, if somebody sang
the national anthem to me, the Italian national anthem to me,
I'd be you would feel you wouldn't think that you

(50:28):
would continue to listen to that program, right absolutely? I
mean you're kidding me, but no. But I guess we're
not good enough for Marty. I guess I'm standing up
and showing respect to the great country of Canada wasn't
good enough for Marty. I think Marty might be mad
because I made fun of his dance or maybe his
team's own five, maybe his team's own five and maybe
or maybe his team's on five. I made fun of

(50:48):
him dance and his teams might be on five. I
don't like the fact that Marty just dropped the Goon Squad. Yeah,
Marty were Lands, Lances, l D and the Chest the
day because I need to talk to l D because
I need to see if we have to eliminate somebody
from the Goon Squad and I don't want to do that.
I don't want to know. I haven't seen Lance today.

(51:10):
I don't think he's in the chat room today. Lance
is okay, Yeah, I'm sure he's Goods sent me something
home Land said you something You and Lance kind of
thing going on. We talk. Oh no, that's all lancewer
all right. I thought it was Jeremy really isn't here today.
Jeremy and the Chance says f Marty too. But I'm

(51:34):
just my feelings are hurt, you know what I'm saying,
because we stood up and we showed him the ultimate respect,
like you said. Ventrom and Marty is on Instagram, was
on Twitter talking about with Jake Siley a great show today.
Jake really loved the show. Jake and he was in
the inner circle of the Goon Squad Like it's like,
you know, it's not right, it hurts, it does hurt. Hey,

(51:55):
maybe he just likes to check the link. Maybe so
maybe he just like to check the link. Man. Yeah,
I'm just I'm disappointed, you know what I'm saying. So
we got to make a ruling, going squad. I guess
we'll wait for Lance to come back to mall. It's
about to check on Lance. Maybe we talk about too
much small Wood and Bernice Burnard. That's but that's fun exactly.

(52:16):
But I guess maybe taking him to a lot of
air yards maybe he likes and maybe he want to
talk about Maybe mart is in the air yards. But
if Martin is in the air yards, I'm still Marty's friend.
I'm just not standing up for the national anthem of
Marty Stunn. I gotta I gotta treet from someone else,
says man. I love your guys show. The Frenzy is awesome.
I really like it for the entertainment value. Thank you.

(52:37):
That's what we're trying to do. Sit up here, talk
about air y'ards, you know what I'm saying. Yeah, a
lot of people could do that. I might rip fab
small Who are your pointing to? Ventra? Oh that Jomie,
what's going on? That's my boy? Yeah? That a homie
in here. Yeah, I'm gonna come in, no no, no

(52:59):
ventures A farily hotten something from us. Yeah, really from
his girlfriend. You cool? It was a male, So I
will meet you. That's what I'm talking about. You really are.
It's all right, You're gonna be It's a good thing.
Well was your last day this week? Right? Yeah? I'm

(53:19):
all Friday. Friday's my engagement party Friday night. So I
gotta help, you know, Wifie. Yeah, I know. I wish
I could invite it everybody, to be honest with you,
but we only had like a hundred seats available. And
my family is huge because we're Italian. So I didn't
make your top You would easily Italians do it, right though. Man,
it'd be some great food. Again, we didn't make ventus

(53:41):
top hundred. No you should. You would have been in
my top hundred. This is you know Christina is doing.
She made all the tables. Should have a beat to Christina.
I'll all right on the bus at least I want
you back tomorrow. All right. Oh, well, we come back
to mar Goon squad. We gotta vote on um Marty

(54:04):
and figure out what we're gonna do with Marty. They're
just gonna be banned the national anthem or should Marty
be band? Period? Fancy football, Frinzee, thanks for rocking with you,
boy eight foot four. I'm the telephone number now. I'm sorry.
I had a long day. We're back to ball, goon squad.
