Unlearning old, played out beliefs is a good thing. If your “ways” no longer serve you, its time to retrain your brain to think of life in a new, fresh, and more forward thinking way! Today, Tyra is diving into some rules she USED to live by that she is now unlearning and she also shares what she has done mentally to categorize these played out “rules” as beliefs that no longer serve her!
