It's so easy for others to critique us. But how easy is it for us to take criticism?
When you're given feedback, are you grateful? Irritated? Do you take the advice into account, or do you brush it off and focus on your own agenda? Do you know how to filter through unwarranted remarks and find the nuggets of gold hidden in plain sight?
