Speaker 1 (00:00):
In case you forgot why we can't trust anybody in
government or the national media anymore. We've gotten a good
lesson this fall, actually most of the year. The woeful
and inept what appears to be intentional misreporting on the
so called border security bill during this election campaign has
truly failed the American people. After watching it all, I,

(00:22):
like you, am likely fed up and deeply disappointed. I'm
left with several indelible impressions. They don't know what's in it,
don't want to know what's in it, and refuse to
report on it. What we have been told by almost
everybody not working for Fox News or the Wall Street
Journal is simply, factually, textually untrue. That's not opinion. Those

(00:46):
are the written words. First. The bill the Vice President
is touting as the Day one legislation that Joe Biden
sent to Capitol Hill through their liberal proxies on Inauguration
Day was pure and simple amnous for any current or
future undocumented illegal aliens. There was virtually nothing in it

(01:07):
slowing down or stopping the invasion at the border, so
it never ever came up for a vote. One of
the infamous bills sponsored by Oklahoma Republican James Langford, the
Vice President, claims it was a panacea that was derailed
by a rogue Trump who threatened bodily harm against any
Republican senator who would support it. The media has left

(01:30):
out how it never got out of committee, lost most
Democrats support, and was eventually flushed by its sponsor. Why again,
the media left all this out. It never closed the border.
It allowed five thousand unvetted aliens per day to enter
at any of the thirty points of entry between the

(01:50):
Gulf of Mexico and the Pacific Ocean. But if you
cross anywhere else, you're in, and that's eighteen hundred mile
of anywhere else. This shutdown still let in one point
eight million illegals a year. Now, would anybody be turned back? No?

(02:10):
If they answer yes, I was scared quote unquote to
three questions posed by border processors, not ice agents, not
judges processors. She said this bill was more humane that
illegals today get free health care, money, food, a cell phone,
and travel to anywhere they wish. That seems pretty humane
to me. This bill provided one point five billion more

(02:34):
in funding of non government organizations which simply use the
money to expand the freebies some think those inducements attract illegals.
Show me how it doesn't. It provided two hundred and
fifty thousand family unification visas, uniting them with supposed family
that then moved them to the front of the line

(02:54):
for amnesty. Your government has already relocated three hundred and
fifty thousand illegal immigrants to fifty to fifty congressional districts,
which will ultimately be counted by the census affecting congressional
district apportionment. You get counted in whether you are a
citizen or not. It provided four hundred million for lawyers. Now,

(03:17):
why would illegal immigrants need a lawyer unless they are
breaking the law. It had twenty billion more for forty
three hundred new immigration officers, again not border agents, not judges,
processing officers charged with simply rubber stamping these people into
the system. How much vetting practically none. Just get a name,

(03:40):
real or not, a photo, and a cell phone number
and then let them go. Here's my personal favorite. It
allowed for any legal challenge to it be heard in
the US District Court of Washington, d C. The most
liberal in the land. One ACLU challenge, one human rights
channe would have enjoined the whole thing and wasted all

(04:03):
the money. Now did you know any of this? I
had to go look for it. It took hours. Where
is the news media? The kneepad media has ignored every
bit of it, In addition to virtually zero reporting on
the one border security bill that has passed on Capitol
Hill House Resolution Resolution two last year, it doud it

(04:26):
would have stopped illegal immigration, shuts off the sieve to
the NGOs, hires more border agents, builds a wall, but
the Senate hasn't even taken it up for debate. If
you did your job the way the news media has
done its job, you'd be out of it.
