Pedro Manuel González, autor del libro «La Justicia en el Estado de partidos», nos habla, en el capítulo nº 44 de «La lucha por el Derecho» (LPD), de que el ministro de Justicia, D. Juan Carlos Campo, se plantea revisar los delitos relacionados con lo que él denomina «excesos en el ejercicio de la libertad de expresión». Pedro Manuel concluye que donde hay un ministerio de Justicia no puede haber ni independencia judicial ni democracia.
