Intermittent fasting has been a positive experience so far. Looking to improve my diet I started at the beginning of the year. At first I really wanted to snack but that went away because I found out what emotional eating was.

I don't have any issues with food. I just want to try this and make an improvement if I could. I've heard a lot of people talk about how great it is and I wanted to see for myself. I see a lot of videos from people who have been doing this for a long time and wanted to give a perspective from someone who is new to this and what my experience is.

In the podcast I talk about my progress. I also give details about what it is, the different types of intermittent fasting, what to look out for, and why its good for you.
