In this conversation Kyle talks about his experience with corporate burnout. How teaching helped him discover his love for guiding people deeper into their own learning process. Why he gives himself the permission to explore. Why his role of being a father matters to him. We find out why he believes success lies in action, being willing to create a simple product, testing it in the marketplace, repeating what works well and pivoting away from what’s doesn’t as quickly as possible. Kyle shares how resolve is built through the process. And why you might need to borrow belief from someone else until you are able to hold your own.
